Best customer service. We had the beef spring rolls and the crab ragoons as the appetizer and I was blown away. The pho came out FAST & warm/ fresh tasting. Also try the pickled lemonade. 10/10!! read more

By far my favorite pho spot. The broth always has great flavor and isn't to sweet from cinnamon like other places I've tried. The portions are great, staff is very friendly and one of the servers even has my order memorized which shows great customer service. I also love to get the com dac Biet which is a combination rice plate that comes with pork, chicken, and ribs. Everything is so tasty here I highly recommend coming here if you're ever in the mood for some pho. read more

Despite dealing with understaffing problems due to the pandemic, they somehow still deliver great food and quick service. Their combination rice plate is so flavorful and piping hot. Love this place! read more

pho is pho.. and they cant be too off. well, i stand to be corrected. they are definitely not equal and some restaurants do so bad with the noodles. for several times i had pho at Pho 777, always came out perfectly. not too soft (mushy) or not hard. you kinda forget how good you have made it till run into trouble. without much thoughts, if all of the below specs are met, then i am ok. dont get me wrong. i dont actually take the list and check them off. -broth: salty, sweet, flavorful? -noodles: portion size and softness -meat: quality and quantity -garnishes (bean sprouts, ngò gai, húng qu (basil) and chilli paste, sriracha and hoisen -size and price nice comfy place with great ventilation. no smell of fish sauces or sticky tables, parking is easy service is good, priced right and also good boba drinks. only gripe can be the dirty carpet. you can see the dark spots around the table and walkways. can you spend some $ and get that carpet cleaning guy some business? read more

I don't know why people review so poorly. The food is so good here. It's my go to in Aurora.

My first pho experience annnd it's not all that!! Unfortunately I wasn't as hyped as I thought I would be. I guess for me the process of mixing dipping stirring etc is to much work for me lol. I like to just dig in and eat. This place was cool but the first thing I noticed was they had water already pre made?!?! Yeah we looked over and seen they had over 8 cups of pre made wanted just siting on the counter and when a new guest would enter that's the water they served. Brahhh I was like naw...no water for me! The food had flavor, the broth was good and the meat was cooked the way I wanted it and pricing wasn't to bad. Overall I really don't have much to say about pho. I may try it again at another location one day. read more

I normally don't go to the Pho chains or ones that I've never been recommended to but I was drawn here by Yelpers reviews and I was not disappointed at all. My son and I started with egg rolls which were crispy and tasty. Then we proceed with the combo meat rice plate and the combo meat noodle plate instead of Pho. We both were famished so ate the entire serving. The real test of course is how it behaves in your belly after. And I must say no complications there. Fast, fresh and worth every bite. . Would go back if in neighborhood again. Sorry about already started lunch... read more

I'm visiting here with my grandson he's in the military at Buckley. We all wanted a eat at a new place so we're here. The soup #12 vegetables was delicious. There portions are a good size. I had medium size with needing to take home. I would rate this excellent. The service was also excellent. Nice atmosphere, loved there music. Hoping to find Pho77 7 in St. Louis. Mo read more

It's a bit flavorless I will definitely not be back it's also overpriced the receipt said it was $72 dollars but I was charged $82 dollars on my card regardless of having left a tip on the table I wouldn't recommend this place go to PHO DIA 92 on tower instead read more

Thought they were decent at best at first. Turn out to be dishonest. Don't give military incentive but say they do. The rude little girl said, "I don't have the code for that." I wasn't born yesterday, there's no "code". I know how cashier machine works, and you were the one who put in the "code" before. Please don't advertise something when you don't intend to honor it. Honesty goes a long way, specially in business too. ALSO, PLEASE WASH YOUR HANDS AFTER USING THE RESTROOM! Won't be recommending this shady place to anyone at the base and will spread the word how they truly run their business. read more

I'm not a huge fan of pho but my fiancé loves it. We stopped in after a really long and tiring day and I've gotta admit, it was pretty good! Their spring rolls were super delicious and crisp; the meatball pho wasn't bland, like most other places I've been and made me think of giving pho another try. I ordered the sesame chicken which came with white rice and that was good, nothing over the top but again, it's a pho restaurant. Overall, this place was delicious and I definitely plan on coming back to give pho another chance!! read more

Very clean and great service! The egg rolls are absolutely amazing honestly might be some of the best iv ever had! Pho was good but I wouldn't say the best. The broth didn't have as much flavor as I thought it would but over all great place will definitely come again! read more

Food is so good but you fear that there was spit in it or something fishy was going on with your food. There was no professionalism. We were greeted with attitude and sass. When giving our menu, they tossed it on our table and when we said thank you, the reply was "mm". After we ordered they sat at the counter giving us stank faces which didn't make sense because we haven't done anything to expect the kind of attitude we received. They brought us our food and never gave us our drinks we ordered. We didn't bother thinking they just forgot and we had water anyways. When we went to pay, the man literally rolled his eyes at us and mentioned we also had drinks. We knew then that they didn't forget, they were just being petty. The food was great and everything. But the customer service was nowhere near 3 stars. I see that also most reviews were made from friends of the owner and whatnot. SMH. read more

My first time at a Pho resturant, I always heard great things and needed to try for myself. We ordered to go and They sent us home with a box full of food!! I kid you not, I never felt like I ordered so much food in my life. Ordered: crab Rangoon was really good, and gave us about 6 pieces. Two types of soup, can't remember the exact types but we had leftovers for days. Was really good, fresh and they separated everything for us so we could add it in the soup ourselves. I loved it and would come back. We orderd a small and it was huge! We also got a main dish, chicken and rice. Which was good, but nothing rememberable and the sause that came with it, I did not like at all. Would not order this again. Plus a mango bubble tea that was good, but very sweet. All in all pretty good especially the soup and I would come back if I lived in Denver. read more

Reasonably priced and always delicious. The service is great too. Food is served quickly and the boba is my favorite. This is our pho spot. read more

This place adds a tip amount to your bill which they do not tell the customer. They also still expect an additional tip when paying. I asked the person who took my bill why they add a tip on the bill? she said that people were leaving and not tipping and I said I understand this but you cannot put a tip on there and expect people to pay another tip in addition without letting them know! Her response was that she could take it off and I said no it's that's not the point. They need to let people know! how can they just automatically assume how much money you're going tip?? it's all about service. I always tip and I tip well for great service. They just lost my business. I don't contribute toward Scandalous people. read more

I absolutely love this place!! I prefer to only come here when it comes to pho, noodle bowls, egg rolls & spring rolls. Their broth is unmatched. I'm not even joking but I come here at least once every two weeks if not more. Reasonably priced with friendly staff. order a boba for me? (: read more

We have been going here for a long time now, and everything was good. We often get take out and now we are being told they do not let you order kids meals to go. It is interesting when restaurants stop selling what is on their menu. I guess we will go to Pho 888 which is ranked better anyhow. read more

Very bad service..swear at customers..never come back..you should review the service staff..

Busssssssn p7 and egg rolls, I ve had the rice and wontons and everything just has tasted really good

I had high hopes for this place based on the great reviews. However, I was slightly disappointed after I sat down and flipped open the menus. The menu pages were a little greasy with pieces of dried food stuck on there. Not a good first impression at all! The prices are very reasonable ($7.99 for a medium bowl) and the portions are very generous. You get your food within a few minutes of ordering, which begs the question whether everything is prepared fresh or has it been heating on the stove for a while. I ordered the shrimp Pho and my friend had the steak Pho. The broth was average, definitely not the best we've tasted. Her bowl had only a few noodles vs mine with a good serving. The beansprouts and basil were plentiful on the side to accompany the noodles. The chair cushions are pretty worn down and they're not the most comfortable to sit on. The servers were very friendly and helpful but I wish the Pho broth had more oomph to it. They seriously need to pay more attention to small details to ensure an enjoyable dining experience given many options in the area. read more

Greasy egg rolls and meat. Orange oil came out of the egg rolls. All the meat was burnt. Service was good. But the food was burnt!

People like to say pho is pho, and how can you actually mess up pho? There's many ways people can mess it up. In this case, this pho joint specifically messed up on the fresh meat in the pho. The broth and noodles here are decent, and the portions are good, but the quality of the beef is subpar at best, it just kinda tasted old to me and I don't like that all. I got rare steak and brisket and they both didn't taste that great. Even though I live near this pho I'll still make a trip to pho 888, they're always consistently good and the beef actually tastes good. read more

I don't remember what the name of the Chinese restaurant that was in this space just a little while ago was called but I do remember wondering how they stayed in business. Well I'll wonder no more. Had the pho dac biet here and thought it was pretty good and there was a decent amount of toppings but not overly generous either. There was a LOT of noodles in the bowl though which may be them being generous but I think it was a bit too much. I may ask for less noodles if I visit them again. I liked that their was culantro on the garden plate as well as the other usual veggies and the limes had some of the rind peeled off which shows attention to detail to me. The service was good so that helped to turn this 3 1/2 star review into a 4 star. read more

Amazing food I would die for this is just too good to pass on and if you do well you're missing out.

We walk in, don't need menus, they just verify that we're getting our "usual." Super nice, always friendly, and the food is always good. Absolutely delicious. I'll say that right off the bat. I've tried Pho at numerous restaurants in the area, and Pho 777 definitely is one of the best. The restaurant is very clean, has fast service, and the staff were attentive and all smiles. The spring rolls were very fresh, and really tasty. I had the vegetarian pho, and my dinner companion had the rare steak and well done brisket pho. As far as I know, this is the only pho restaurant in the area that has a truly vegetarian broth. I know it's not traditional, but it's incredibly flavorful and a great meatless option. According to dinner companion, the beef broth was amazing. Tons of flavor, and a lot more meat than he had expected. We'll definitely be going back a lot, especially with the cold weather on the way. read more

Excellent PHO!! The quality of their soup is BETTER than ANY Pho restaurant I have been to. This restaurant has better tasting Pho than Pho 79, Pho Duy, Pho 888, or Top Pho, all of which I have been to oftentimes. If your looking for real flavor in Pho, then you gotta try pho 777. The meat ball and rare steak are my favorites. read more

I tried the combo meat plate (com dac biet, #15 I believe) & I thought it wasn't as good as the 1 @ Pho 888. However, it is still very yummy & satisfying & has the additional benefit of an over medium egg on top of the meat (yum). The 1 @ Pho 888 has grilled shrimp which was the drawback to this combo plate. The meat was also better I think @ Pho 888 because it wasn't three huge pieces stacked on top of each other like a cake. Despite this, the dish was super enjoyable & was more than enough to keep me full for most of the day. I couldn't finish my portion & had to take some home. I also tried their green tea sinh to (smoothie) with pearls. The pearls didn't have a great texture to them but the smoothie was great. It was more of a milk shake since it tasted like they used green tea ice cream to make it. The Vietnamese coffee was strong/sweet (as they all are) & was great for my morning meal. They play Vietnamese music here & the interior is pretty nice/well kept. The workers were busy and semi-loudly verbally feuding about some personal issue but they were still super attentive to our table. read more

This place is really...really good. The thai basil was fresh & piled high, the pho broth was delicious, egg rolls were crisp. Also the staff was friendly and attentive. 10 points for Gryffindor! We're lucky this place is in our neighborhood! read more

We came by for a late lunch, when the original Pho restaurant that Yelp recommended turned out to be closed. We were fortunate. The service was excellent. The portions are huge. The food hit the spot. The pho is a generous portion. The regular size, I would consider a large, while the large was almost too big to finish. The bun bo hue was flavorful, but we did not have room to pack it in. The only thing that was slightly different was that their spring roll came with seasoned beef, not sure if I was a fan. However, the server was also excellent. We asked for a pair of scissors to cut the food, which they provided, sitting in a cup of steaming hot water. They also provided plastic utensils. Left very satisfied and very full. read more

Awesome! I want to say to peeps reading these reviews....I think more than businesses padding their reviews with fakes....I think COMPETITORS write bad reviews. Of course the general public is too dumb to think of that. This place is GREAT! Albeit, tonight was my first time here with my husband....we are true Pho heads! And loved the pho here! We also had the crab cream cheese wontons and boba drinks. All of it was fabulous. We will return. Oh yeah...and one more thing....one reviewer said there was hardly any meat in the pho....uh...maybe that person wasn't at this place...because there was so much meat and noodles in our pho, we could not eat it all...we took left overs home! That has never happened with us at a pho restaurant before! Never. Love it! We will return and take the kids! read more

I'm still a little miffed at this restaurant for replacing my favorite Chinese restaurant of all time, Chef Liu's, but I'm happy to say they'd done well with the place. As others have said, it's kind of hard to mess up pho, but I've had bad pho and this was not bad at all. The lychee boba smoothie was just ok, but I was impressed by the quick and friendly service so overall I'd say I'm a fan and will be back soon. read more

I ordered a large pho thai nam. It's my favorite. Lots of meat. Not enough noodles. And that's strange in a large usually there is way too much!!! The broth was average. I didn't drink it so that says something. Pick up was fast and easy. Customer service was really great. (We accidentally called the castle rock location. Oops.) And they gladly helped. Vietnamese egg rolls were small for the price. All in all okay. It's worth it to drive to pho 888 on 6th though. read more
