Butter Beef (Thinly sliced rare beef) Garlic Wings (heavy on the garlic - FYI) Filet Beef Luc Lac (Tender stir-fried beef) I had a Vietnamese coffee, but it was lame. I've had better elsewhere. The taste of these dishes is orgasmic. I didn't notice nor feel a high sodium content but perhaps maybe a hint of MSG. Regardless, there's a reason why PP has won several awards year after year, including the prestigious - Michelin. Get here ASAP & find out why PP continues to impress foody lovers from everywhere. The chicken wings should be called crack wings HIGHLY addictive. The deep-fried squid is prepared the same way as the chicken wings, and the calamari was amazingly tender. The Butter beef was simply fantastic, with flavors that balanced sweetness and saltiness perfectly, topped with delicious accompaniments. I wish the pea shoots had a bit more flavor, but they were cooked just right tender with a satisfying crunch, not overdone. Overall I give this experience 5/5!!

Everything was incredible, the portions were so filling with lots of actual seafood and not just fish cakes. The broth was just perfect in every way and the desserts were so tasty and appy was so umami and crunchy. Service was fast and friendly and for the price of the food, you get alot. And the bowl of pho was very large with sliced beef and beef balls. I liked the broth but was not a fan of the noodles...too thick for me. However I was disappointed with how salty the soup was and I suspect it's the MSG that I'm usually sensitive to on an empty stomach.

The portions were less than other places - usually the vermicelli and meat fills from edge to edge and the spring roll sits on top, but here there is a big space left for the spring roll to sit in. The meats had a subtle lemongrass flavor and were cooked nicely. The spring rolls used rice paper which I favor over the wheat dough. The stars were lost for the nuoc mam - it was quite flavorless and the vermicelli depends on the sauce for flavor.

Like other cart noodle places, you get an ordering sheet to build your own soup noodle. You can pick the type of noodle, broth, and 1 to 4 ingredients. It's $1.50 for each extra ingredient. They also have a bunch of HK style appetizers, mostly fried or curry flavor. We tried the fried tofu with fish paste on top, and that was decent. As for the cart noodle, I got the round rice noodles with satay soup, and with pork intestines, curry pork skin and beef meatballs. The soup is quite mild and has a hint of satay flavor, but over time it does soak up the flavor of the ingredients. Out of what I had in my bowl, the curry pork skin was probably the best since they really had the curry flavor cooked into the pork skin. Portion was okay. Considering that was cart noodles, they weren't very quick with the food. Could be because they were busy. Overall, food is solid, but not my favorite cart noodle place in the area. I never had to wait more then 10 minutes for my food. The noodles are always cooked well, broth is well made and the toppings are plentiful. The combination is always a good comfort food for me.
