Absolutely delicious Vietnamese food! I have worked at 2 different Viet restaurants & keep coming to this one when I come home. The rice/glass noodles are unmatched. The broth is always fresh and yummy. The service is quick and attentive. The ambiance is clean and well-kept. Love the murals on the left side of the restaurant! Thank you guys for all you do. I would recommend the vermicelli bowls (i typically go for shrimp/chicken) if you are on a date and someone else gets the Pho ;). The Pho is delicious. The in-person experience is unmatched. Heard some good things about this chain so decided to try it out on a super cold day. We ordered the veggie pho and tofu banh mi and it was pretty basic. Nothing particularly amazing about it. The prices were normal for what they are nowadays and the quantity was filling enough. I do wish there was more flavor or some sort of sauce in the tofu banh mi, it was super dry. Pretty good pho, broth is savory. I got the beef pho to go (ordering online is really easy) and it's true, you can only order XL pho to go, but that's pretty standard. Also, I know that some reviews report bad customer service, but the employees here were nice today and greeted me when I came in for pick up. The only star off is due to the little amount of cilantro, basil, and lime. For an XL order, the amount of additions should be proportional to that size--like I want several, bountiful stems of basil and cilantro and maybe two or three lime wedges. Did you know how I said I LOVE THIS PHO RESTAURANT in my last review?? Well, every single time, my mom and I come here for lunch, there's this woman who works there who has a VERY VERY TERRIBLE ATTITUDE! My mom asked her if she could get a scooper for the extra-large pho soup we ordered and she said to her, "You can use the spoon". Mind you, this spoon was a dinky lil plastic spoon that would take FOREVER to scoop up the soup into a small bowl. I flagged her down, again, and asked very politely if we could have the scooper. She comes and slams down the scooper very hard on the table and we were so shocked that she did that. SO RUDE!!! Also, the soup came out lukewarm to cold. At this point, I was just so annoyed with the terrible customer service of the waitress (foul attitude woman who seems like she's maybe the owner's sister?? Not sure.. but family-related, perhaps?) I flagged her down, again, and she stood there and asked, "What you want?" I told her the soup wasn't hot and if she could heat it up, again. She rolled her eyes at me, then she took the soup nearly spilling it everywhere. She comes back a few minutes later and it wasn't even hot. It seemed like she didn't care. I still gave her a 20% tip since that's the average amount I normally give. But I'm NEVER EVER coming back to this restaurant!! So HORRIBLE!! Just... ugh!!! read more

One of my favorite places to come when I'm craving some Pho! A big plus is that the service has always been amazing, and the pho it's great. Definitely the broth it's sooo clean and refreshing (I don't know if that makes sense lol). But you'll know if you are a Pho lover. I believe they have two sizes for the pho, medium and large. And let me tell you that large means LARGE. If you have the stomach to finish one off then my hats off to you :D The freshly squeezed lemonade its always one of the items I get with my pho since it's very refreshing. I think pho 24 has become one of my favorites places to come when I want to have pho. Decided to grab some food while car was charging. Guy at the counter told me to sit anywhere so I sit where I can see my car and the other side was full. My car charged from 25% to 72% and no one came to say anything to me. So I just got up and left since the car will slow charge at 80%. I've been coming here for almost 2 years now and it is my favorite place to get Pho and Bahn mi outside of the perimeter. They have such a wonderful variety of choices very rich broth, sweet noodles, and friendly staff. Their bahn mi are literally $5 and are so so amazing. Crispy fresh bread, and I recommend the grilled chicken or the pork. It's a no brained to add it as a side to every meal and just take it home! They give you so much food here and it's made with love. The prices are unbeatable and the product absolutely delivers. I look forward to supporting this place for many more years to come. I'm so sad! I generally love This place but on my most recent visit was severely disappointed. I will start by saying that the rice noodles were amazing and I likely will go back just for those, but the service we received was terrible. Me and my partner both ordered bubble tea. When the drinks arrived they had no boba in them. When we asked about that the waiter said that they only had one serving of tapioca left, so we'd have to choose who would get it. We thought that was so weird. I let my partner have it and told him I didn't want my drink without boba... but he still charged us for both. Then as the night went on. It's great to have a pho spot in the area! This is our go-to spot when there is a chill in the air or if I have the slightest hint of a cold (I swear the pho - loaded with jalapeno - is medicinal!). The restaurant has ample parking with a large lot. There are often a number of patrons inside, but I have never had trouble getting a seat. Wait times vary - I think it just depends on the staffing. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The eggrolls are light and crispy. They can be a good starter if you are looking for a taste of something fried or something with a little crunch. The last time we ordered them, the insides were a little mushier than I would prefer, but I would be willing to give them another shot. I don't really visit for the eggrolls, anyway. The pho satisfies my comfort food cravings. Portion sizes can be huge! I always feel compelled to order the medium, but honestly, the small would be sufficient for me. My husband opts for the extra large and does a pretty good job with it. I always go for the well-done brisket with a side of chili sauce for dipping. I have found the quality of the pho to be reliable and consistent. We are not fans of the banh mi here and have not tried other menu offerings, although, on warmer days, I am tempted to try the tofu and vermicelli dish. Pho was good but Service was weak. Pretty slow when we went to try this place so the wait staff ended up sitting down at the table right next to us while eating their Thai ice cream. The Cook in the back even eventually came out to sit at another table and watched videos with his volume very loud. The spring roll was a big thumbs down . I swear that this is my first time ever i write a review on Yelps and it's also the very first time i give bad review. All staff and even the owner know me well. The food here is so so but it's pretty close to my office so always pick it as priority when i am rushing on lunch. Today, i had a shaking beef fried rice as usual and a small portion of chicken broth. The fried rice was okay except the chicken broth soup. When i tasted it, it's like someone had squeezed a couple pieces of lime into it so i spoke with the manager calmly. A few minutes later, There was another lady walked to my table and said that why i always had problem with "her" broth (this wasn't a first time i had issue with the chicken broth soup. Last time i did tell them that it was so salty). I was really shocked by the lady in kitchen as kitchen staff is not supposed to come to the front and argue with customers. She is kind of overeact with the situation. She put the new broth bowl on my table while I was done and kept saying that my taste has a big problem (!!!). One of the best pho places and it's always consistent. They take all the oil out of the broth for you and the broth is crystal clear. The food comes out quick and they are very nice. I go twice a week and love their pho!! Someone gave them a bad review saying they only sell XL pho to go/carry out. And was whining about how they have 800 employees at their company who will not be going bc of this. I almost spit my food out laughing at that stupid comment. 99% of pho restaurants only sell XL for carry out. It's been this way for over 20 years. You guys... this is absolutely my favorite place to have Pho.... the customer service is always consistent... prepared fresh of course and nice and hot. I had a new coworker in house and said it's cold and rainy we definitely need Pho! I always go to my staple with is Pho with an order of egg rolls on the side. The Pho here is darker in color compared to other places I've been and saltier in taste which I like. If you are a first timer it will come with a side of fresh herbs which includes fresh basil, fresh cilantro, fresh jalepeno, bean sprouts and lime... all which go great in the Pho.. I also like to add a nice squirt of Sriracha sauce to it for a little heat! The fresh shrimp rolls are refreshing to the pallet and comes with peanut sauce... I know it sounds a little different but definitely try it! The shrimp on the inside is the size of the shrimp in the Pho, a nice serving size! My co worker got the chicken fried rice as he wasn't convinced the pho would fill him up but I told him he was totally wrong! If you are on Peachtree Industrial Blvd definitely make a stop at Pho 24! Pretty solid spot for pho. I came today, a Sunday and service was quick but it wasn't busy. I ordered the combination 7 upon the servers suggestion. There was plenty of meat especially at the bottom of my bowl! I only wished they had more tendon which is my favorite! Other than that the broth was good and on par or above average compared to other pho places I've had in the Atlanta area. There was a decent amount of noodles as I ordered just the small. Love love love the guys who work here. They treat you like family and are always genuinely happy to see you. It makes you want to keep going back! The food is pretty good too, Ive tried almost everything from their egg rolls, spring rolls, pho, vermicelli. Just pick anything from the menu, you really cant go wrong! My personal favorite is their combo vermicelli with everything in it. Its a noodle dish with salad and meats and comes with a sweet and salty fish sauce to drench it all with. So good and relatively healthy(?) Whats really surprising is that the drinks here are SO good. Although it is a pho place, I feel like they can be very successful if they promote their drinks more. I have tried the avocado shake (amazing), the limeaid, a papaya smoothie, and taro slush. Everything is so good. I stopped here on the way to my fantastic hair salon (Jay Hair). Turns out they're both in the same little complex, which means I'm going to start frequenting this restaurant more often. The broth was delicious on its own. I would definitely recommend the P3. They gave a very generous amount of noodles, which made it feel like there wasn't enough soup in the bowl. Also, I'm not sure if it's COVID related, but I got a pair of wooden chopsticks and a plastic fork and spoon. The experience would've been better with a soup spoon, but it was still great!
