Had lunch here and it was very good! Friendly and quick service and most importantly, excellent food. We ordered Bun Bo Hue soup and it was delicious. The broth was clean and bursting with flavor. You can definitely taste the love in the soup. All the herbs and bun nlbo hue and lemongrass seasoning was perfect. Luckily they had pork blood cubes available that day. (Not always available as per owner) We also ordered the bbq Korean ribs over fried rice and it too was superb. We took most of it back to the hotel since they filled up quickly on milk tea boba and a crab Rangoon! For ourselves we ordered chicken & shrimp beef pho. I was feeling a little under the weather during my recent trip to Florida and wanted something like ramen or pho to help with a sore throat. I looked up pho places in the area and this location came up with good reviews. It's near one of the outlet malls. (I believe it's the one with the regular brands you find and not the premium outlets with Prada/Jimmy Choo/etc.) The plaza has a Taco Bell and some other businesses in it - when we went, there wasn't a lot of traffic/people there so it was easy to find a spot to park. You go up to the counter and place your order, before finding a table or taking your food to go. I ordered steak pho, my mom bought a pork fried rice, and my dad bought a beef brisket pho. Prices were comparable to other places I've been to elsewhere (maybe a little more but not by a lot.) We waited about 6-7 minutes and our food came out fresh and hot. The pho was delicious and they gave me a lot for the price I paid. My dad liked his and my mom really enjoyed hers, but said the pork was a bit salty. (Still she enjoyed it nonetheless.) In terms of broth theirs is on the lighter side. 2 of my kids finished their meal with boba and they said it was better than Kung Fu Tea which is their go to place. The noodles are done just right not mushy. The vegan eggrolls a little mushy inside but have good flavor. We ordered the Vietnamese ice coffee and love it. The tarot buba tea is a good surpirse. Just went for lunch. It was good. We both got the steak & brisket pho bowls. Good for lunch. Definitely wish there was more meat but love how generous they are with the noodles. The brisket and steak were hard to tell apart when eating. May or maynot have found an eyelash in my food. I wont hold it against them because im genuinely not sure. The broth was super clear, not as flavorful as other pho broth ive had but still good. They have the normal condiments that you can add to add more flavor to your broth. All and all its really tasty. Pho 16 Express is a good option if you are stuck in the tourist part of Orlando and craving something than the usual chain restaurants. While I will not say that the Vietnamese food here is earth shattering, it is pretty good and considering that it is in the tourist part of town, I really do not have high expectations of many of the restaurants in this section of the city. I went with the pho, which is honestly my go-to when I am in a Vietnamese restaurant. It was good. Not great, but good and again, my expectations are not high in this part of the city. All in all, I guess that I would definitely recommend this establishment. If you are in the tourist part of town and craving either Vietnamese food or maybe just something different, this particular restaurant is a good choice. I will give it four stars. read more

While the obvious choice would be the delicious soups, topped with your favorite protein, the highlight is the summer rolls. I really enjoyed the shrimp roll, and the beef broth with beef. My family also enjoyed beef broth with chicken and a chicken bento box. Fast service, friendly staff, and great flavor. The business is convenient, but lacks sitting for the amount of customers it welcomes. They have placed outside sitting to help this, but it isn't always the best when the temperature high. The business also shares the space with other restaurants and other businesses, which mean parking is limited. Allow yourself some time to find parking, especially on the weekends. My wife and I decided to try this place out during our visit from California since it was just around the corner from our hotel. The inside was clean and inviting, and the first thing I noticed was the scent of fresh basil. I ordered the grilled chicken bowl (N3 on the menu), thinking it was pho soup but it was a dry bowl with lettuce on the bottom, then vermicelli, then a generous serving of BBQ chicken pieces on top. When the server discovered I had wanted pho soup, she was nice enough to bring me a bowl of broth. What great customer service! It turns out I enjoyed the dry dish as it was, but was curious about what made the broth taste so sweet. She told me it was rock sugar and their blend of spices cooked over 15+ hours. Delicious! The owner even invited me to the back to see their huge soup pot that they use to cook the broth every day starting at around 3:00 pm to get ready for the next day at 10:00 am. This is fake Vietnamese food which is more commonly known as the Americanized version. I would never in a million years come back here.
