What a relief today was. I could actually sample products before purchase. I gotta admit online I was limited to products that I had purchased before. Although Ulta has a generous return policy, which I find reassuring just in case I'm allergic to something, I'm not really comfortable buying completely new products online. Giving the testers a try gives me a chance to figure out if I'm going to have a bad reaction. For me, this makes the physical store significantly more attractive. Customer Service was very cheerful. I was greeted at the door and one of the staff members although busy stopped to ask if I needed help. I just went into browse and had a great time looking for new products. I didn't really buy anything partially because I was in a bit of a hurry to get to my next errand and didn't really have time to try too many testers. Although they had a pretty good looking sale, I managed to get lucky with my favorites at the last sale and I'm still completely stocked up. She gave me duplicates of the blush (Although she showed me 2 different ones that she said was perfect for me), she said that a soft black eyebrow pencil was good for me although I'm a brownsjin female with dark brown hair (Which I mentioned to get ally my hair color) and then she suggested 2 different highlights, but gave me 1 that was totally different than what she chose for me. I think she needed to pay more attention to what she was passing me and recommending instead of trying to make a sale.
