A few things about this experience were frustrating....I waited several minutes when there was no line, they saw me standing there and still proceeded to shut the screen and then they closed before the scheduled 1:30 lunchtime while I was standing there waiting. The guy in sportswear was so helpful and he tried so hard to find the missing umbrella. We ended up just buying one and it was great. Our past visit we had help from a great employee who talked us through price matching. I understand these are stressful times but sometimes I think people take out their frustrations on service personnel. I feel the folks here have always overperformed for me and always tried to help.
