I like this store, well organized and stocked. Fun season stuff too. Last night staff is profession, helpful and friendly. Check for coupons on the machine (could be closer to the door. My only complain is the parking lot is too dark for a 24 hour store from the 4th street it looks closed because parking lot it dark. Only the handicap parking is lit up. read more

we had out covid snd flu shots on time and painless. The shot nurse was very speedy and funny!!!

My husband gets his meds here and always goes inside to get them. Sometimes, when he asks me to pick them up, I use the drive thru, which I fin to be easy and fast. read more

Absolutely terrible! Just now waited on my iPhone 25 minutes to see if a certain product was available. Never did find out. Ended up going to my favorite CVS on Yulupa Avenue in Santa Rosa. By the way, this wasn't the first time this has happened. read more

Pharmacy is the worst, workers are rude and they NEVER answer the phone. They answer, tell you to hold and then forward you to VM.

If we could give this useless CVS Pharmacy a ZERO score it would be TOO GENEROUS! We scheduled vaccines and had an appointment scheduled. We live in rural Sonoma county on the coast and this is a two hour drive ! We arrive and they say "our computers are down" come back some other time. The store is open and operating fully despite what we are told. We left with no vaccines, no satisfactory resolution and no rescheduled appointment. Getting vaccines elsewhere today. We will NEVER RETURN to CVS for medical care. Absurd. read more

I normally order my pictures through this location because of their efficiency versus other CVS locations. Lately I have found that the service and the efficiency has been lacking. I received the communication that my pictures are ready for pick up, but when I come to the store to pick them up, they're either not ready or they can't find them Today my pictures weren't ready, and Shirley was very frustrated because she couldn't find them anywhere and other projects were sitting there not ready to go so she proceeded to demand her needs to other employees in front of customers which I feel is embarrassing and should not happen. Reprimanding your colleagues in the public is a huge leadership no no. There's a way to talk to your employees and ask them kindly to get things done so that was a shame that I witnessed that today no matter how frustrated you become. read more

Thank God they were open at 2:44am !!! Was able to pick up a few items for a late snack after arriving home later than anticipated. Thanks! read more

Waited 15 minutes behind five cars in CVS pharmacy pick-up window while the lead car never moved. Inside the store there were at least seven people cued up at the pharmacy counter. Went home, came back 2 hrs later. Only one car in line, and it again took close to 20 minutes to serve them. My wait was at least 10 minutes, even though the prescription was ready for pick up. At least half that time, the person serving us was crouched down and appeared to be searching through a hand-basket under a counter. It SHOULD NOT TAKE THIS MUCH TIME to simply pick up an already-filled prescription. There is SOMETHING VERY WRONG with CVS' process! read more

Pharmacy phone system is a disgrace! Heaven forbid that anyone has an emergency. It's impossible to talk directly with a pharmacist. You just get a continuous recorded loop where they say they'll call you back later today. Unacceptable! read more

Chronically understaffed store. I usually pick up scrips at drive thru. Shocked to see carpet dirty everywhere in store. Talcum powder spill. 4' x 2'! Today a Friday, but: ick. Get out the vacuums and maybe I will feel better/healthier in the store! read more

The people in the pharmacy are not friendly and very rude. Not happy with how I was called up to be helped and then told me I had to come back in hour after waiting 15min in line because they said they couldn't give me my prescription cause the pharmacist just clocked out for lunch before helping. And the lady was super rude about it. read more

CVS Pharmacy - Pokemon cards - Drugstores Near Me - Santa Rosa, California

This is the worst store of the worst chain in the country. This CVS is filthy. Their shelves are half empty most of the time. Their pharmacy sucks! They have 1 shopping cart, seriously! I couldn't even find a hand held basket. I guess they make all their profits from their shtty pharmacy so they don't give a damn about the rest of the operation. Before I quit going in this store I used to regularly just leave the items they did have on the floor in the middle of the aisle after not having half the stuff I went there to get. This company should just go out of business. read more

Can't believe they are still in business. It is dirty and full of empty shelves. Pharmacy wait times are a joke. Count on at least an hour to pick up a prefilled prescription. read more

I was told the prescription is ready for pick up. Well that wasn't accurate. It's a Very slow pharmacy . Waited 20 minutes in line for the pharmacy to tell me the 30 more minutes for the prescription to be ready. read more

Sad and unimpressive pharmacy. Based on the location I was expecting more .. like it would be nicer than some of the other CVS stores in town but no. I think corporate has cut back on paying a decent wage as well as cutting staff to save money resulting in a store that looks deserted. read more

Rude, unnecessary wait times, unhelpful- asks me to step aside so he can help the person behind me. I ask, aren't you in the middle of helping me? Overall 50 minute wait. And the lady he had me step aside for, he told her they were closing for 30 minutes and to wait until they reopened. She explained that's why she called the prescription in earlier that morning he just reiterated their closing. read more

Really mean and degrading treatment from staff every time. I'm deaf and I rely on ASL or written English period. No I don't read lips. No I can't hear. And I've made it clear many times on paper, and shaking my head no or literally telling him and pointing to the notepad to PLEASE write. Yet still refuse to accommodate my request. They just choose not and will still speak with other employers or customers BEHIND me right in front of me like as if I don't exist. So incredibly degrading and rude. Also they never answer calls, always closing on their own behalf and doesn't consider updating it on the web... read more

If it could be a zero it would be... this pharmacy is so slow and the staff are obviously very unhappy with their jobs. They are rude to each other and the customers. No notification when meds are ready... takes HOURS to fill if not more than a day. Don't come here, read more

The owners of this store should be ashamed of themselves. I have been here multiple times over the years and am shocked at current conditions. Twice this month we saw one, yes one, employee covering the entire store. Try getting something unlocked or asking a question when the poor soul working is trying to keep his/her head above water. Local news needs to do an investigative report on owner and conditions! read more

I've had interactions with a couple people working at this store and they weren't the best. The lack of normal social skills is strong at this location, but I dealt with a guy named Melky the other day and he was absolutely amazing. Very kind and helpful. What has happened to all of the CVS stores!? They are dirty and cluttered. The carpet is disgusting. All of the stores from Santa Rosa to Sonoma and Napa are in the same state of disarray. The pharmacy never has your prescription ready in a timely manner. Bring back Longs! read more

CVS on 4th St. Just went through the Drive-Thru as I do every week and Nikki is the BEST! For me all of the employees that I've come across are pleasant and helpful - I mean seriously the one star reviewers must look creepy and spooky themselves - I don't get it. I come in here often enough to know if something is off. The lighting is fine, The shelves are full, and the staff is friendly. I was leaving and saw a fellow cool yelper at the stop light and talked to him, Ryan, Great guy. NIKKI (hope I'm spelling that right) is ALWAYS AWESOME - so helpful and super on the ball. Really Appreciated!!!! read more

This review is specifically to shout out Sadie in the pharmacy! Typically I have been frustrated with the automated systems for CVS not matching up with real time in the pharmacy. It is extremely frustrating when you arrive after receiving a call that your meds are ready for pick up but when you arrive the pharmacy says they won't be ready for another 15-30 mins... I have had the pleasure of served by Sadie on 3 occasions now and every single time she has gone above and beyond to take care of me! She has exceptional customer service and has helped me to stop dreading coming to this CVS because she is so great at what she does. Thank you Sadie! read more

Like most CVS stores, easy, well-stocked, and friendly service. The pharmacy was very good. read more

33 Minutes Later... First off, let me say I love some of the in-store employees, especially Michelle. She's always helpful, always kind, and always ready with a sincere hug. My rant has to do with the drive up supposed "quick test" for antigen/C19 test. I showed up at the pharmacy drive-thru at 2:25 for a 2:30 appointment, mom had a 2:45 appointment. Handed over our IDs, supplied confirmation numbers, and we're told it would just be a few minutes (mind you, they claim that the whole process takes under 5 minutes). Cars were piling up behind us in the Drive-Thru, but the employee didn't seem to be too concerned about it because he kept leaving the window to go do something else. After 20 minutes of waiting, I asked if there was a problem. At which point he said, it just takes a while to set up. Here's my question; if someone is coming in for an appointment at 2:30, wouldn't you think they would start getting everything ready at least a half an hour before that if it takes a while to "set things up"? I don't know if they're TERRIBLY unorganized or if they're just SEVERELY short staffed. My advice? Make an appointment anywhere else on the face of the planet for a rapid test other than CVS on 4th Street. Yours truly, Christopher Davis read more

CVS Pharmacy - open 24 hrs 7 days a week - Drugstores Near Me - Santa Rosa, California

I feel for anyone who has to deal with the public during a pandemic, particularly in a store like CVS which is often understaffed and whose employees are seriously underpaid. So I offer not a complaint about CVS employees, but rather, a suggestion for CVS customers: If you need anything from this store, get the information any way you can OTHER than actually calling the store. I repeat: Do not call this store seeking information. Your quest will end in sadness and tears. They just don't have the bandwidth for it right now. read more

I agree with all of the 1 and 2 star reviews. Yet, it seems that most of the other large pharmacies are having the same issues with customer service, poor inventory with shelves half-full and very high prices. I expect most of these chain stores will go out of business in the next five to ten years. read more

If I could do less than 1 star, I would. I tried to pick up medication for my girlfriend after her surgery here. The surgeon said it would be ready by 12pm. CVS said they are going to lunch and it will be ready by 1pm. I came in at 2 pm, and they said it would be ready at 5pm. This created a lot of unnecessary driving around town. I tried to call and expedite/escalate the issue as my girlfriend was in a lot of pain. After requesting to escalate the issue, they hung up on me. I understand being busy, but treating people like this who are concerned about their loved ones is deplorable. Terrible, terrible experience, and the CVS company as a whole should be ashamed of their customer service. read more

I live 5 minutes from this CVS Store, is is the worst. It is dirty outside and inside, and the Pharmacy is a mess. After waiting 24 hours, and confirmation of a question for a routine prescription, they still hadn't filled it. I heard the Pharmacist say, I haven't checked the recorder yet on it. Took the prescription back, drove to Costco. Never again. read more

I ordered my prescription by phone, was told my it was ready, went in and it hadn't been ordered yet. So ordered again. Waited a 12 days, and was just told they cancelled it. They never notified me. No concern about my wellbeing. It is a legitimate scrip, yet they now refuse to follow my doctor's orders. It is the second time my order (controlled substance) has vanished. I've been having trouble with them for months, since I started going. Will go elsewhere next time. The people are nice though. read more

The pharmacy people are great, but they are understaffed, and there are frequently 20-30 minute waits for picking up prescriptions. The pharmacy hours are too short, hence the massive crowds and the long waits. Also, as a woman alone, I frequently come here as at night, and there is no where safe to park. Some idiot decided to make the ENTIRE FRONT OF THE STORE ALL HANDICAP SPOTS. There are like 8 handicap spots right in the front, and then a few normal spots off to one side in the dark. I don't feel safe parking there, and they really only needed one or two handicapped spots. So the rest of us are inconvenienced and at risk for no reason. So here are 3 stars for the pharmacy staff and their efforts to take care of the customers as best they can with the limited time and resources that they are given - I do appreciate you all - and minus two stars for the CVS corporation for not respecting our time, providing substandard hours and not giving us a convenient and safe place to park. read more

A totally understaffed location. I waited 45 minutes in the drive thru with just 2 cars ahead of me. Rx was not ready even though it is automatically refilled. They need to do better. The amount of customers they have demands such. read more

I drove here at 3am because my 3 year old daughter is sick and I need a new thermometer to take her temperature. The only other store near me is a Safeway but they don't keep their shelve stocked and didn't have what I needed. I made sure to check the hours of operation online before I drove to cvs. When I arrived there are small hand written signs in the window saying they are closed and open at 7am. This is bullshit. Don't advertise open 24hours if you won't actually stay open. I drove 20 miles for nothing. read more

CVS Pharmacy - False advertising of open 24 hour - Drugstores Near Me - Santa Rosa, California

Wish I could give zero stars! This pharmacy is the worst! Unprofessional, understaffed and ALWAYS closing hours early! After showing up at 7:10 last night (after they sent me email at 6:58 that my script was ready!) to find them closed 2 hrs earlier then listed hours. I went today, Only car in drive thru and waited 15 min before even being greeted! When I first pulled up someone got on the PA system and said "we will be with you when we can" After waiting 10 min I pushed the talk button to be told "we are with customers you need to wait" CLICK. When they did finally assist me, she was clearly frustrated and it only took her 15 seconds to grab my prepaid prescription. Didn't ask me if I needed consultant or had questions just put it in the drawer and walked away. So rude! So ridiculous. On another note 1800 customer service agents are so polite and very helpful when I called to report my terrible experience at this particular pharmacy. Go elsewhere thank me later! read more

I stopped here to make a quick return for a product that I purchased just 2 days ago. it was the wrong item, and I was purchasing other items. SAGE - whom I assumed was a supervisor, or store lead, has no clue about customer service. At first he said, he could only do a store credit to which I said fine - I've got other items to purchase. then he hemmed and hawed (with a line 5 people deep) and said he wasn't supposed to do it. Mind you - I had the receipt, I just didn't have the credit card used to purchase on me as my husband didn't come into the store with me. He made me go outside to the car and get the credit card. I brought it in, ready to finish the transaction except it was the wrong credit card. He still would not let me finish the transaction. His reasoning was that I could have fished the receipt out of the trashcan outside the store and was therefore potentially committing fraud - for $4.19!!!! Apparantly he values that $4.19 more than a lifelong CVS customer. I've had a good 12 hours to cool down - and still get hot over this. read more

Zero stars. One of the pharmacist at this CVS is downright abusive to customers and should be fired. I went in to purchase some sinus headache medicine from behind the counter. When I got home, I realized the pharmacist gave me the wrong pills. I returned a week later to exchange them. The same pharmacist was on duty. I placed them with the reciept on the counter and told him I received their wrong pills and asked to exchange them, he immediately started yelling at me that he wasn't tasking them back, and asked me who sold me the pills, with a accusatory tone (like I had stolen them or purchased them on the streets.) When I told him he waited on me, he again yelled at me that he had never seen me before, and has never sold these pills. When I again stated that he sold them to me a week ago, he then changed his story and said I asked for them, and he gave me exactly what I asked for. I took the pills and left feeling completely abused by this pharmacist. I was afraid to go back and get his name, but he was a tall man had an accent. CVS should be ashamed of themselves for hiring and keeping employees like this. I will never shop at a CVS again. read more
