My sister is currently battling a rare form of kidney cancer, and her doctor recently called in a prescription for a medication she urgently needs--one that her regular pharmacy doesn't carry. Unfortunately, her experience with this pharmacy was deeply upsetting. Not only did they refuse to fill her prescription, but staff openly discussed patient information in a way that appeared to violate HIPAA privacy standards. To make matters worse, when her oncologist called ahead on Friday to confirm they could fill the medication, the staff responded with rudeness and even accused her of being dishonest. Facing a life-threatening illness is already overwhelming. Being treated with such a lack of compassion, professionalism, and respect only adds to that burden. If you value your privacy and expect to be treated with dignity and respect, I would strongly encourage you to consider other options. 11/26/2021: Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital sent my plethora of prescribed medications to Creekside Pharmacy after being discharged from the hospital ward~WAITING, AGAIN! AUGH! It's really not Creekside Pharmacy's fault due to Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital egregiously dropped the ball failing sending my prescription orders to Creekside Pharmacy via E-Mail/FAX. Nevertheless, I WAITED AGAIN for well over an hour in order, receiving all the prescribed medications needed for my severe asthma/lung condition. Complications? The attending Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital Doctor had to be tracked down in order, obtaining my prescriptions I desperately needed BUT, the Doctor was performing SURGERY so, I had to WAIT until, the Doctor completed the surgery! If I could give a negative star rating I would. I was sent to the pharmacy to get medication my usual pharmacy doesn't carry. The employees there openly talk negative about their customers. The told me I would need to go to my regular pharmacy to pick up the medication. I explained to them my doctors office called them on Friday and they confirmed this pharmacy carried the medication. The employee called me a liar. I called my doctors office about what was going on and they asked to speak to someone at the pharmacy. And employee yelled at me that the office would need to call the pharmacy directly. The doctors office did and they pharmacy still said they would not fill it, I would have to get it at my usual pharmacy. You know the usual pharmacy that doesn't carry that medication. Pharmacy is literally the worst pharmacy ever they withhold my pain medicine from me always make me feel like I am a drug addict when I called to talk to them on the phone to check on medications they're very short and I just got hung up on when I was trying to ask a question when you call to talk to somebody you're on hold for at least 30 minutes when you finally get a hold of somebody they're usually not very polite at all or helpful I do not recommend this pharmacy to anybody read more

Updating, wish I could give this place -5 stars. They totally screwed me over by filling the controlled prescription but not giving it to me. So when I went to the pharmacy they recommended to get said medication I was told I would not be able to get it anywhere at anytime due to on my account because it had already been filled. Yelp plays games. The 4 Reviews with 1 star are accurate, but "not currently recommended by Yelp." Creekside has been sold again, new pharmacists all the time. They request 24 hrs notice for Rx, so earlier this week, I called, and they said my Rx would run out over the weekend, so drop by Friday, and they will fill it. Today, Thurs, Creekside lft msg on door, stating attempted delivery, call Creekside. I waited on hold 26 min, then called again. The lady who answered said she would check which prescrip. attempted delivery. Another new pharmacist came on, and said "You should only be taking 1 pill a day, I counted carefully, so should have plenty till monday. I told him the Rx is for 1 and 1/2 tablet, then he said, so you should have extra. He accused me of taking too much and insulting him. I said, The last time I spoke to someone, they said I should come in Friday, because refill is over weekend. Consistently bad service!!! We would order meds, tHey tell set for delivery in a few days, they never deliver on time!!! So frustrating, we always have to either escalate the matter or pick upp the meds ourselves whenever they're even ready. I've been going here for my meds over 20 years. It's a small pharmacy with a mom & pops feel to it. They are well coordinated and efficient. You can pick up your meds or get free delivery. They have an app where you can request refills. The staff is very nice and do well with difficult customers, not that I'm difficult. Fives stars all the way. I'd never go anywhere else. read more

We have been using Creekside pharmacy for a few months now and love it because they are one of the only pharmacies in Santa Rosa who regularly has my sons much needed medication. I am leaving a one star review right now for the absolute worst sales customer service experience that I've ever had in my life. I called and was immediately put on hold for about 10 minutes before I got a live person on the phone which I totally get that they're busy but it was just a little annoying. That's NOT the reason for this review. When Griselda finally answered the phone, she was short, extremely rude, very unprofessional, and then once I was made aware that my prescription was ready to be picked up, I said, OK, great thank you very much and then I was extremely rudely hung up on. I've been in the customer service industry for over 20 years. I hope the owners of Creekside pharmacy. See this review and there's some accountability. If I could give -5 stars I would. Friendly staff and rapid service. I use creekside when I am in a hurry and don't want to wait two hours or more for a prescription. I have never had to wait more than twenty minutes to get my prescriptions filled even when they have been busy. I would use them exclusively, however, they are much further from my home than the grocery store. I wish I lived closer. read more

I've been coming to Creekside Pharmacy for years. They are fast, they get things right and they deliver. The delivery drivers are always friendly and reliable. The staff are very efficient and knowledgeable and they've kept the personal attention I care so much about. They are never too busy to answer a question. The workers at the counter are always friendly. They even saved a coupon for me that helped with the cost of my prescription. I just heard that Ed Campion retired last week. I'm going to miss him. I know that his high standards will continue on at Creekside. If the doctors office got something mixed up, he always helped me straighten it out. I'm so grateful to him. When there was a problem with my insurance it understandably took a few more minutes. I have two small children that were getting restless but not out of control. They were playing when one of the employees came and handed me fish food and told me they would appreciate me taking my children outside to the fish pond and feed the fish while we waited. So off we went into the hot sun where my daughter burnt her legs on the hot bench. The water was disgusting and you could hardly see the fish. I decided to take my business elsewhere.
