This has been my go to pharmacy since moving here 2 years ago. They recently made some staffing changes (cut hours, reduced staff?) which has significantly impacted the customer experience in a negative way. For example, it takes a much longer time to get prescriptions filled and to even pick them up. Wait times have easily double or tripled while waiting to pick up a script. Getting a script filled is even worse, often taking hours. I miss the amazing and friendly staff and service that I used to get here. read more

Customer Service. Wanted to transfer a prescription and got the runaround. No help said I had to do it online.

Unable to maintain the brand of generic due to a few cents profit and zero listening to customers. Generics from India are questionable? It's a big problem, corruption there in our drug supply, here ! This is the best of this obviously horrible company to work for . It's in Target and reminds me of the USA Safeways / Target CVS philosophy. Use the employees, no careers,don't expect anything extra , let up subsidize their pay w government benefits! So we have a baby. Two times we ask for help after baby saw a doctor and the pharmacy would not give any help or help us to find the medicine. It was not crowded. They are lazy. read more

What could improve? Literally everything. The hours they keep are terribly inconvenient. They never have items in stock, despite me getting monthly refills of medications. They take days and days to fill prescriptions, and often won't fill them unless you call them to prompt them or show up in person. They change the quantity of prescriptions without telling you. Their customer service is incredibly poor. I finally transferred all of my prescriptions out of their store to another pharmacy that was recommended by my doctor. read more

Don't usually leave reviews but had a very odd experience here trying to pick something up. Literally waited in line (I was the only one) for 10 minutes while everyone avoided looking at me, honestly made me feel so uncomfortable. The pharmacist, a young Asian woman has been very rude to me. Every time I am due to refill a prescription she refuses to fill it and refuses to work with me until my doctor and/or assistant calls themselves. I've had enough and will be filing a complaint with the California Board of Pharmacists. This woman should not be working as a lead pharmacist. Treat people kindly with dignity and respect. I've gotten dozens of prescriptions filled here, never any issues and the crew is usually very helpful, cheerful, and overall very pleasant and keeps me coming back. Apparently this time I got the pharmacist and boy was she lazy, short, and not helpful. I had 3 pharmacy items in addition to a prescription and she couldn't be bothered to sell it out and told me to go to the other line. She must just be splendid to work with.... And that mentality is why I just get most things delivered. Guess I'm switching to Amazon for prescriptions too... read more

Update: I have been fired as a patient for calling them and telling them that they were heard talking about me when I left. They now refuse to fill my medications that are in processes at all cvs pharmacy locations. Filing a complaint with the state. I have been going to this pharmacy for years and they still struggle to have my medications ready every single time I come in. Today I went in to pick up a medication I was told Monday would be ready for pick up today, I spent my entire lunch hour here 2 times this week. The pharmacist advised me it would not able to picked up until Friday. After leaving the entire pharmacy staff proceeded to make rude comments about me and talk about me after I left. They didn't take in to account that my best friend was sitting in the back in clear ear shot of them speaking about me and other customers, while waiting for her flue shot. I don't really know how I'm a terrible person for being upset that my medications are never ready when I am told they will be. The staff has always been kind, so I was absolutely flabbergasted to hear they were talking about a me in front of another customer. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Update: received a call from the manager- refused to apologize, lied and stated that no one was talking about me even though my friend recorded it. Then told me this problem is between me and her pharmacist. So incredibly unprofessional. read more

Sarah the Pharmacist is on an intense power trip. She literally failed to fill my prescription and realized HER mistake while I was trying to explain the process I had to go through with my doctor to get the screenshot of the prescription being confirmed...they received my prescription and had it in stock. She hung up in my face and told me she didn't have time for me today. Then warned me that she wouldn't fill my prescription if I questioned her about her performance. I was the one who suffered not SARAH .. but you wouldn't have ever known that by her desperate attempt at making me the problem. She even had the Asian lady at the counter in on trying to make me the problem by leaving me on hold for 15 mins... in that time I drove over there and when she asked how she could help me with no customers in sight. i showed her my phone and said I'm still on hold. Can You show me where you are so busy that you find it appropriate to leave me on hold. She began to get loud and I told her to calm down because I'm not engaging with someone who's showing no control over her emotions. She then turned and went and got Sarah then disappeared. I have been very very impressed with the service at the store within a store (CVS within Target). The customer service feels more like an old school pharmacy vs a national mega brand. They have really done a great job. read more

Worst pharmacy in the world! Their "rules" and excuses constantly change. First they wouldn't fill my scrip because is was 5 pills/day and they said the max was two, so I had it changed. Then they said my doctor was too far away. Then they said they said it was because I saw my doctor on Zoom. They didn't tell my doctor that they are refusing to fill it when he called them, nor did they tell me. For a week, I thought they'd been working on it, but they just quietly discard the requests. I had been getting my scrip there for four months, and suddenly their rules change and change again with no regard for the patient's health. Borderline malpractice and total negligence. read more

After experiencing long wait times, unfilled prescriptions, and poor customer service at other CVS locations, I began to lose confidence in CVS pharmacies altogether. That is, until I decided to give this location a chance (and I am so happy I did). Natalie is so accommodating, empathetic, and efficient. Thanks to her, I have been able to successfully receive continuity of care between refills and have decided to stick with CVS despite negative past experiences. read more

On a good day, this pharmacy merits a single star. Marjorie, is a wanna be physician without professional knowledge. Once again, she delayed my refill because she thinks she 'knows' more than my primary care physician. In this circumstance, she threatened my life. The smoke is so severe that I can hardly breathe, she single handedly chose not to refill my prescription 'because she knows better'.....needless to say, I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Excellent Pharmacy in a convenient location. Marjorie is fantastic - she goes above and beyond to help get thru the menagerie of doctors and insurance companies! The other staff are also great, very friendly. The hours are limited on weekends but it is open later on the week days than my health network's pharmacy. read more

Had a bad tooth infection and went to urgent care. Urgent care was a disaster. Said they sent my meds. Didn't. Marjorie from the pharmacy called right away and had them in no time. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I had no insurance and the girls here gave me a discount and saved me a ton. Only good pharmacy in town. read more

I want to like this pharmacy because it is convenient and the people are nice. However they are severely understaffed, and the only way I can seem to get a prescription filled is to go there and wait for it. Every single time. And the staff members, while very nice, are also very new and don't know how to do everything. "Can you call someone for help?" "Yes, but they are busy helping customers at their store and can't talk me through it right now." If a pharmacy is open, it should be fully functioning with knowledgable staff, and enough staff to handle its business. Calling a few hours ahead doesn't work either; I tried that today thinking it would save me the wait. Nope. "Your prescriptions are ready but the pharmacist has to look at them first." Ok, then they are NOT READY. Very frustrating. read more

Pharmacy's by definition are usually poor. But the CVS pharmacy at Target in Coddingtown is the exception. The staff is friendly and efficient. They are quick to fill your prescriptions. If you are unhappy with your current provider, you should switch. read more

Worst pharmacy ever. No one knows what they are doing. I stood there for about 20 minutes (with no other customers) before they finally told me they didn't know how to help me. I took my prescription and went to Walgreens on Piner road where I got my prescription filled within minutes. Never go here if you actually would like to get your medication in a timely or professional manor. read more
