I have generally had great service at this Pharm-a-Sav in Monroe. Throughout Covid 19, they were our go-to stop to get vaccines as everything was generally pretty painless and the pharmacists that actually administered the shots were very very good with children. Much better than other locations in town, for sure. Unfortunately, I had a pretty rude experience recently and I feel its worth mentioning as I now agree with the review below that mentioned "It depends on who you talk to". I didn't get the name, but she sounded like an older lady and she was simply unnecessarily rude when I inquired about getting a Covid 19 test. At this point in time, I do realize that Covid 19 tests are de-prioritized quite a bit. If you wanna be vaxxed, you are vaxxed, the mandates are lifted, cases are down, etc. But just the same, my son has symptoms and a fever and so I called around to figure out where to get a test. Naturally, I called my "go-to" place to do this and was first told to go to the website to schedule the appointment. Okay, no problem! So I do that, and there was no options to do so. I clicked on "today" and it said there was no available appointments. So I then clicked on future days and it wouldnt even let me click on them. So I called back and asked what I am doing wrong, because while I understand appointments may be filled up for a couple of days, the inability to make ANY appointment for ANY point in time for the entire month was confusing. I was told, shortly, that "We do not do tests on weekends", and I responded with, "Yes, I understand that, but..." and was interrupted for the woman to say "I WILL JUST LOOK AT THE SITE" in a huff. So I tried to continue with what I was saying, "Yes, I understand you don't make appointments on weekends, but I can't click anything for the entire month of April..." and she snaps back at me with a "LOOK, I CAN'T ANSWER ANYTHING UNTIL I LOOK AT THE WEBSITE MYSELF". Lady? Are you having a bad day? Because literally all I am trying to do is take care of my kid and get him a test. I don't need your rudeness and I don't need to be snapped at for asking basic questions. 3 months ago there was all the resources we needed in order to get a test and now they are all gone because apparently everyone has put Covid 19 in their rear view. Try to be more patient with people who just have simple questions to ask. And if you cant handle it, let someone else answer the phone. "Alex", who I spoke to first, was significantly nicer than you. I hung up on you because I do not have time to be spoken to like that. Happily, I was able to find a test site. If anyone else is curious and finding nothing but dead ends, simply go to Providence Monroe. They will get you in for a test with no BS, no website seemingly created in 1996, and no appointments. Just walk in. I will think twice before coming back to Pharm-a-Sav. read more

The most reliable pharmacy in town for me. My meds are always in supply and on time. Sometimes I'm in need of mobility super reasonable and exceptionally helpful in all my needs. The staff. I don't appreciate a pharmacy that threatens to tow your car when you're at the Recovery Center taking a class. I don't work at the hospital in Monroe. And the threat of towing my car is not appreciated. If they're that rude to those trying to ensure they maintain current licensing to care for others, they show that they don't care. On 6/29 I received a phone call that unfortunately they are out of stock of my medication due to nation wide shortage. They also didn't know when they would be receiving more. I was taken back by this as it's the first time it's happened to me in almost 2yrs. I understand all of this is completely out of their control and unfortunately there's nothing they can do. HOWEVER.... Today 7/19, I call to see if my prescriptions were in stock yet and ALL 3 of my prescription were in stock. Why has my prescription been sitting at the pharmacy for 3 weeks now not being filled!??! It's extremely frustrating that nobody communicated anything to me about my prescription being back in stock. read more

Above and beyond!! We had a failed controll module issue with a Pride lift chair originally purchased from Pharm A Save several years ago. Ben Weaver went above and beyond what was expected to quickly help us get quality parts quickly to resolve the issue. The chair is now working as good or better than it did when it was new. I called no less than 20 places trying to find someone to come out and take a look at my lift chair recliner to see if it could be fixed and could find no one. I was resigned to having to purchase a new chair. There were more calls to my doctor, my insurance, etc. and I finally ended up speaking with Sue at Pharm A Save, advising I was looking for new lift chair since I couldn't find anyone to look at my broken one. She immediately offered to send someone out. Today Ben came and within 5 minutes had my chair working once again! Sue could have simply sold me a new chair but instead offered to help. Ben was knowledgeable and here when he said he'd be. After a week and a half of frustration, I am so grateful for their service. read more

Staff here are very rude. They call people who are in wheelchairs fat. Also, they charged us a $75.00 re-stocking fee, but nowhere on their website or in store is there anything about a fee. The staff then told us that there is a sign but you just can't see it. What is the point of having a sign if this sign even exists. This place should refund the fee since it wasn't advertised anywhere except on a small, hidden sign. Overall, the staff here are rude and if you have a problem with them, they do not care. Sue, who is one of the owners I guess, is also the one who is rude and calls people in wheelchairs fat. Avoid this place. read more

The answer you receive varies by the person you talk to. I called three times for a prescription to be transferred from Fred Meyer. It was completed only after a second call and when I needed the scrip, I was told it was not available there and I would have to mail order. There seems to be poor quality service and poor training and this cost me an additional $55 since I had to pay out of pocket for a replacement prescription. read more

I had requested my prescriptions be mailed and for the second time they missed that note. Not only did they own up to their mistake, they immediately delivered them to me when they realized the error, they waved my copay, and also brought me this adorable heating "pad" stuffed animal! I have been using this pharmacy for many years. My doctor's office used to be right across the street, but they closed and moved to a new location. However, I continued using pharm a save because of the personal service. They keep track of my RX use and when I am close to running out of a prescription, they call me and let me know that they are refilling it for me. They have a convenient drive up window and will even walk outside to hand my meds to me. They are a keeper. Thanks Connie! read more

Quick service, staff is so friendly and helpful. They made sure I had everything to be able to give my child her medication and they always give her a candy while we wait in line. So quick, no matter what Rx I drop off it is always filled within 15-20 minutes, by far the quickest and cheapest pharmacy in town. Staff is so friendly, kind, helpful. I recently moved to Bellevue but the service at Pharm A Save Monroe is so great I drive to Monroe to pick up my prescriptions. They care about their customers. As a handicapped person I so appreciate the drive up window and that they will get things that I need from the shelves as well as calling me when my prescriptions are due to be refilled.
