We've had multiple orders with Hawkins for our company apparel all due to a recommendation from a…read morefriend. The first order we made with them was great, all items were printed as directed and we were happy. - The second order made was exactly the same, however the positioning of the embroidery was different to the original and was noticeably off. * We had to go back and forth about the specific details we made were clearly not followed, and they covered the correction order! * - Our last order with them was submitted and we never heard back for over a month, come to find out it was never MADE! I gave the faith we would get a courtesy or atleast special attention to see our order through. AND AGAIN, the order was missing a specific patch coloring that was ignored or missed on all items! On top of this we were charged 20% more than we were quoted in-store. * After reviewing with the manager, he blamed the loss of communication on us for not double checking the details after it was submitted over a month ago. Now we have to pay for the order all over again if we want the correct final product * A lot of babysitting with this company and staff, especially if you aren't a large client you'll be provided minimal customer service. ************************************************************** - Pricing 1/5 (charges premium pricing but doesn't provide premium service) - Customer Service 1/5 (no consistency from start to finish) - Quality of Services 4/5 (Good work, just no attention to detail) - Speed 3/5 (Average order time when submitted was 1-2 weeks) Overall I wouldn't recommend if you don't have more than 1,000 item order, even then you'll be taking a chance on accuracy and pricing increases.

They are friendly, but a perhaps slightly too persistent. Told them I was not interested in multiple shirts multiple times when I was in the dressing room. But overall, they were friendly enough I would browse again. I have purchased a few things from them but only after being completely positive the item would fit and make sense with my existing closet. The credit only thing makes it so I'm not going to take chances like I would at competing stores like nordstrom (who carries many of the same brands) where I can return things for full refund.

Within a half hour we had everything sized, picked out and paid for. The tux arrived on schedule and we went to try it on. I think it looked great, but way more importantly, so did my son. A guy who wears hoodies and sweatpants almost every day was thrilled at how he looked. That was awesome. Can't thank Yuri enough for his professionalism, knowledge, and very friendly demeanor, despite the fact that I walked in thinking I had an appointment and did not. Please, don't ever try to consign your clothes here. I had the most ridiculously HORRID…read moreexperience. You drop your clothes off, they send you a list of the items they plan to sell, and they take 50% of the proceeds. Anything they don't want, they will donate automatically, unless you ask them not to. Then you get about a two-minute notice to pick them up, or they're gone. Anything that doesn't sell within two months, they also donate, WITHOUT SO MUCH AS CALLING YOU. PS, how are you supposed to know that they didn't just sell your stuff and pocket all of the money? (Is this their way of saying "we donated it"?) They expect you to do all the work--you even have to remember to call them before the 15th of the month just in order to get a check by the end of that month! Funny, I thought the money they made off of my clothes would be enough to offset the small, small effort required to do things like CALL ME when I need to pick up leftover clothes or SEND ME a check. I meticulously washed/dry-cleaned all of my clothes, hung them on matching clear hangers, and all they had to do was attach a freaking handwritten price tag on them. I'll never work with this place again--I thought it was wasteful to donate tons of clothing (most of it was new!) to Goodwill. Apparently, that's your best bet. I went through so much effort--so they could screw me over and give my clothes to the American Cancer Society. Next time I'll just bring it there myself. When I finally got the time to call and ask about my clothes (as in, where's the check, too?), a teenager argued with me and insisted that I should have read their contract. Are you kidding? The only thing missing in that contract was a line stating that "Hey, we're totally random and rude, but we'll be happy to take your money." First she claimed that someone called me to get me to pick up my unsold items. Then she told me I was responsible for calling THEM, so nobody had called me. Such consistency. Impressive. I'm waiting for a call from the manager--but something tells me I'll have to call and remind them about that as well.
