Ironically, the people are not the friendliest in the Ballard location- I've shopped there for years but am often ignored by the hipster sales staff even if I'm the only other person. I went to two other bridal stores and Jennifer's selection and pricing blew them all out of the water! I found the dress that I loved but was looking for a different color. A few weeks before the wedding we found out we would be having an outdoor wedding due to the Governor's restrictions. An outdoor wedding in December in Washington....who would've thought! One of the suits was also missing the shoes that were supposed to be included. We went back to the store to exchange the incorrect sizes, and the associate told us to "just wear a belt," even though the suit pants were three to four sizes too large. Additionally, one of the suits we were told was brand new had trash in the pocket. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and we would not return.
