Brought a somewhat expensive cashmere sweater here that was just starting to unravel right and the front on the collar. I didn't have high hopes of saving the sweater, but thought it was worth a shot. They were like "no problem, piece of cake". When I picked it up I was really impressed with their work. You couldn't even tell that there was ever anything wrong with the sweater or that it was repaired at all. It was perfect and looked brand new.
