At checkout, we were told the pants would be ready for pickup in 7-10 days. After 10 days, we called to check on them and were told it would actually be another 8 days. When we reminded them that we had specifically been told 7-10 days, they were very resistant and asked what we needed the pants for. They repeatedly insisted that they had told us it would take 18 days, which is not what we were told and is not a timeline we would have agreed to. Unfortunately, the quality of the work was also poor. Less than two weeks after getting the pants back, the hem started fraying badly (see attached photo). For $28, I expected a much better-quality alteration. Overall, the long wait, inconsistent communication about the turnaround time, high price, and poor quality of the finished work made this a very disappointing experience.

When I told them an item was missing they told me it was nothing they could do because my receipt listed only 5 items instead of six. Even if the list was itemized incorrectly I should still get all my items back!! They then told me to follow up with my hotel. This to me is not only poor customer service but theft!!
