I called today about a refill on a newer prescription that tends to be out of stock and the person I talked to was unbelievably rude. Before I could even finish my sentence she cut me off asking for my date of birth. I just brushed that off and she went on to tell me that they didn't have enough to fill and it was set for tomorrow but they couldn't guarantee it. I was trying to figure out if that meant that they could do a partial fill or if they were completely out and she was obviously annoyed and interrupted me again asking if I had any other questions.... I told her that I understood they get busy but didn't need the attitude and she hung up on me. How is this allowed? read more

Ally the pharmacist was super rude and interrupted me several times when I was trying to give descriptions about what my medication's were. When they said they didn't have the medication and said that there was a nationwide shortage, I asked for them to see if another Rite Aid had it and they refused to even look. This is not the only I counter I've had here just the cherry on top. read more

Went here yesterday in hopes of getting a very hard to find prescription filled. They were fresh out BUT offered to call a local pharmacy to see about their stock. I was in luck and drove 5 minutes over to Bartell's to get what I needed. The nice ladies behind the counter saved me so much time and hassle and I was so impressed they offered this option. The basically sent their business elsewhere but at the end of the day, helping the customer was their main concern. I give them an A+ for customer service and this experience will ensure my return! read more

Amazing customer service! Walked in after the pharmacy had closed to pick up some medication for my son. As I walked up the employees said they were just filling the prescription and could ring me up at the front. They were quick and did not make me feel bad about helping me after close. I've been with them since Kusler's stopped and this year they've dropped the ball on getting my meds ready religiously, I call my meds in a week ahead and they don't call in refills or forget then tell me I have to call the doctor, excuse me, but that's your job! I get the same recording they get. I miss Kusler's they never messed up my meds always had them ready and were so friendly. It's really sad these big companies just don't care about the people only the mighty dollar. read more

Lk. Stevens Rite Aid has been my pharmacy for several years. It's a great place to go and I'm real partial to attempting to stay with the same business if at all possible. I feel if I can, I'm always treated more personable, because the employees get to know me. The only thing like with any place you frequent often, the staff tend to come and go. To me this is difficult at times because I feel with something so personable as medication you do get to know them on a first name basis. Then when one leaves I really admire I miss them. To me all and all the pharmacy department does pretty good when they do keep the same staff. Never have they put me in a life or death situation, as in giving me the wrong medication or not getting my order right. Like I've said before and I'll stand behind my words. If you frequent a place so crucial as a pharmacy, they get to know you and you them and it makes it so much more easy for all. They even go out of their way to make sure people get every discount they can. The prices on the store end are a little higher than other pharmacy's , but you can't have it all. read more

This pharmacy is the slowest pharmacy ever. Waited in drive thru for over 40 minutes! then we got up to the window we push the buzzer and no response for about 3 minutes before we even got acknowledged. The prescription had already been filled we were just coming to pick it up and on the inside of this location there was a line of folks waiting as well. What are they doing in there?! Rite aid pharmacy staff is hit and miss. Some of them are friendly and try hard. Others lose your controlled prescriptions and pick arguments with you on the phone. My daughter's prescription could not have been more mishandled. It took 4-days, 5-trips back and forth, 7-phone calls and finally, a call to complain to the district manager to get my daughter's acne medication. The pharmacist kept blaming a computer problem. But instead of notifying internal IT (those in a position to fix the problem), she kept the maddening runaround going. Frustrated, I contacted the store manager to figure out who the pharmacist reported to. The district manager eventually handled it, but it wasn't an issue that should've needed escalating. During our next doctor's appointment, we switched to Bartell's and couldn't believe how smooth, painless, and professional the same prescription was filled. Seeing all the bad reviews makes me glad I finally switched pharmacies. Truly they are incredibly slow. Even after I learned to add several hours to their given fill times, I would stil get burned on occasion and have to come back for pickup.The final straw was when for some mysterious reason they billed my old plan(which I had not used for months) for a prescription and of course I was overcharged. The lady acted like I was the one who comitted the error until it slowly sunk in that they had messed up. Was then given the runaround on getting a credit and I became frustrated and told them to just keep the money and have never returned to the store since. They even sent me $50 coupons if i'd switch back. No way. Buh Bye. read more

This is the worst pharmacy. Super slow and incompetent. Refused to call my Rx plan about something that should have been covered. I ended up buying something OTC for $30 that would have been covered for $4 by my insurance if they would have done their job and called about it. Don't bother with this place, they don't have a clue what they're doing. I have a problem nearly every single time I go in there. Switching pharmacies immediately. I would give this rite aid pharmacy a 0 if I could. One gal in the pharmacy in particular is SO rude, every single time I go in or go to the drive thru. I believe she's discriminating based on the personal information of mine she has access to. She rolls her eyes at me and she always makes me wait a very long time at the window and she never says "thank you bye" or "thank you have a nice day", she just slams the drawer shut, turns around and walks away. Even when I have new medications. She doesn't ask me if I want the pharmacist to go over it with me. I'm changing pharmacies and have filed a complaint with cooperate. read more

TERRIBLE! If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I walked into rite aid on crutches yesterday on a rainy day and just past the entrance, with the wetness, my crutches slipped out from underneath me and I fell down very loudly. I struggled to pull myself up unsuccessfully for a couple minutes while one checker and a couple patrons ignored me. At this point I'm in tears both from pain and humiliation. Finally a kind older gentleman came to help me up and check to see if I was alright. While still in tears, I gathered what I needed to and checked out. On my way out the manager came to check on me in such a cold way that I can only assume she wanted to make sure I wasn't going to sue. This is the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. I call in refills and the auto system says when I can pick it up... Never ready! The drive thru takes 15 mins to get someone to help and then another 20 to get your script. I highly recommend going anywhere else!!! read more

This pharmacy is full of incompetent people and the staff is constantly changing so you know nobody is happy with their jobs there and you'll get the same customer service. The screwed up and blamed it on me when I GAVE THEM MY INSURANCE on January 1st 2017 updated and in person, the knucklehead didn't even enter it in the computer, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY they will blame you for their failings. My advice tell them your insurance and make them give you a copy of it from their computer system to avoid a potential bill of over $600.00!! If I could swear I'd be doing it now but good manners do not permit me to do so. They are slow, pathetic, and the staff changes. I should know I fill about 7 prescriptions a month and never see the same people there after a month or two. read more
