They suggest you email for delivery questions so at 11:30 I sent an email, no response. At 2:30 I sent an email, no response. At 4:30, day totally blown, I sent another email. At 4:50 I received a call from the local store apologizing about the mix up and said all of their drivers were out making final deliveries for the day and that they should be there by the end of the business day. I live only 10 minutes from the location so I went outside to wait...that was an hour ago and still no mulch. I just tried to call the store and was blown off by the guy who answered the phone. He told me they'll get there when they get there. This is the last order from me, I'd rather pay a few bucks more for good service and someone you can talk to.

We had tried two other local nurseries plus Lowe's and Menards without success- sad looking plants and no help who could advise us on planting for our mostly shaded area. Natorp's was completely different and above and beyond our expectations! As soon as you drive in, it's beautiful and clearly marked. The woman at the customer service desk directed us to a perennial specialist who was so knowledgeable with 30+ years of experience! She helped us find everyone on our list and more. The plants are so well organized, labeled, and easy to find. And they were so healthy- even though it was fall when we visited! I can't stress enough how helpful everyone here was. We were helped by at least 4 people who were so smiley and engaging and willing to find anything for us. They shared that they grow everything there and that they have hundreds of acres! And the prices... you would expect a place like this to charge more for the experience and plant quality but they are an outlet so the prices are amazing. My mother in law is a seasoned gardener and told us she had paid almost 3x what we were paying for some of our plants. You get the "club price" just for buying it- so easy! They will load the plants in your car after, truly taking care of you until the last moment. We were still shopping til closing time and they didn't rush us out and helped us even a few minutes before close. This was a bit of a drive from us but worth every minute! We already know we'll come back when it's time to plant more of our yard, and will recommend it to anyone in the market for plants and a wonderful customer service experience.

We purchased a custom outdoor furniture set from Watsons in February. We were told we'd receive…read moreupdates during the waiting period and never did unless we called them. The furniture was delivered badly damaged, which the delivery team noted and they said they'd start a remediation process. We didn't hear anything and called, only to learn that no one had started anything to fix our issue. Throughout the process Watsons has said they'd call us within a timeframe and they never do. You have to practically beg for information. They will not do even the bare minimum required to pass as successful customer service. We still have no resolution, no eta on a replacement, and they just keep putting us off and telling us to call again later. Truly awful experience for what we spent. I will not do business at Watsons in the future and I highly recommend avoiding them if you're considering them.
