    Just stopped by this location to pick up last minute things for our puppy, the staffs were very helpful and communicative. Even gave us a few coupons for some of the items. I recommend this store.

    Took my border collie mix to get groomed and wow does my boy look amazing! He got a bath and full haircut with the furminator package. The last time my pup got groomed we went to a local groomers and he looked exactly the same as when I took him in. Fur was different lengths and still shedding. When I walked into PetSmart grooming I explained my concerns with his fur since he is short haired and can't be shaved. They made their suggestions and I am so happy with the results.

    My experience with this location started 13 years ago. My husband was stationed at DM AF base and we live close to this location which I used in past places we had been stationed. I started using a groomer for my new Shih Stz puppy and I have never experienced the upkeep of this breed vs just using a groomer for bath and nails into having a groomer shave all over and the up keep it was recommended. Not only did I meet an employee in the groomer department I learned so much on cuts and I trusted Damian on any suggestions the he said . At 8 months old my dog was attacked by a neighbor dog, which created a fear with her and affected her which made my fear bringing in an environment I was leaving her in while being groomed while not in my care epic. I trust Petsmart but I trust the employee more then just a name because the employees of this site have still been employees . I knew if Damian which is the groomer she used when I could book him or using someone that I knew would be ok because if Damian was working in a department that he would never be worried even if my dog was groomed by someone else I would be happy with everything about maycee's treatment . Damian moved locations down the road and became manager and the teacher of teaching other groomers. I also changed my vet from the military vet to Banfield inside Petsmart and with another shih tzu addition we took advantage of picky and intermediate classes to help us with making life better with a puppy . Needless to say my maycee pasted away without any warning but before she did the Thursday before we were taking a weekend her for our weekend I had scheduled a grooming with Damian like always and I would of went with any groomer at this location but it made the experience so happy and I couldn't of asked for her to be groomed before she passed by anyone . I always love how she looks after. My experiences with all of the employees and every department will make me a lifer of Petsmart. I In closing after maycee passed I felt I had to call and let Damian who had just groomed her not even a week before, of her passing so in my severe grief, I didnt want him to think it had anything to do with Petsmart or the groomers . I reached out to Damian because of how I felt the 12 1/2 years of working with her and how she was not a dog that liked everyone like she did him. She would be excited to jump in his arm and cuddle into his neck like she only does only with me. I have taken dozen at least of Damian over the years that as I write this are stored in photo albums but i are posted pictures of her from what she looked like before 4 months and when we had orders to move to tucson and why the decision of grooming and removing her hair because we aren't used to desert living and where we came from she wouldn't of been shaved. Disclaimer on the pictures .. the youngest picture is what maycee looked like and until she was shaved I did not know she was spotted like this . I questioned it this was my puppy they gave me .     I will only bring my cats here to get groomed from now on. Mystri does a wonderful job with them and they actually enjoy it. After a couple visits with Mystri, my older cat actually lets me brush him for the first time in 15 years! Pricing for a brushing and nail clipping is very affordable and you don't need an appointment unless you want a full bath/spa experience for your pet.

    We recently had the displeasure of shopping @ this Petsmart location on 9/19/2020. Sales associate HAELIE gets the award for the best WORST customer service provided by a Petsmart team member! Our family shops here regularly either in store or curbside thru the App and we've never had an unpleasant experience such as this recent shopping trip. Haelie had a bad attitude and was not making any customer feel appreciated or valued. If we didn't need what we were buying right then & there, we definitely would have left, after speaking with management about her, to go to another store. We hope this staff member Haelie gets the coaching & training to either rise to the standard of customer service or move on to the next job.

Very accommodating, I had less than a day's notice to find boarding for my cat and they worked with me to get things sorted. 2. Fairly priced 3. My cat hates boarding bc it stresses him out to the point of not eating or using litter-boxes for the first day or two, and mentioned as much at drop off. The cattery staff did a great job because he was eating and using the litter the whole time (3 nights)! Huge win for us and will be returning here if we need boarding again. Cons: 1. No info offered on arrival or intake form. It would have been nice to have a paper or something to make notes on and photos of where my cat would be staying. No tours or entering facility due to Covid, which is fine, but an alternative would be nice! 2. A update on how my cat was doing would've been nice since it was an expressed concern, but I should have asked for that. An intake form would have helped with this! Overall I'm pleased!

    TLDR: THERE'S NO ONE THERE AT NIGHT! Terrible communication! If your dog has any kind of anxiety…read moreissue, please don't leave it here. I have a 3 year old rescue poodle mix with a history of separation anxiety and inability to tolerate being crated. When I first got him 2 years ago he hurt himself pretty bad trying to get out of a crate. I explained this to Erin twice - when I went for the tour and 10 days later when I called to make the reservation. On the tour Erin showed me the standard "suite" which is a long hallway with animal shelter-type chain link kennel and the "deluxe" suite which is a single block wall room with walled outdoor run. I told Erin he would need a "deluxe" suite and lots of human and dog play time due to his separation anxiety disorder. This place does NOT require a meet and greet with your dog. I left my dog at 4:15 pm on Thursday 2/9 and again asked for as much dog and human play time as possible. I did not have to sign anything or leave a credit card. The next morning, Erin called me to let me know that Max had a little scrape on his nose and that they didn't want me to be surprised by the injury at pickup. I asked her what happened and she said there had been a big wind storm during the night and that the morning feeder person found him bloody - he had been trying to get out under the steel door. That's when I first realized THERE'S NO ONE THERE AT NIGHT. When I picked him he could hardly walk. The bridge of his nose was badly scraped. His chin, lips and gums were badly injured. His toe pads on his two front feet were shredded - he was limping from the pain. He looked like he had been beaten down. I asked Erin why she didn't tell me there's NO night staff and she said "You didn't ask." AYFKM?? There is NOTHING on their website indicating they have no one there overnight. For my dog this was no "vacation," not a "resort," and he was not treated like "family" despite what their website says. And the vet bill was twice what the boarding fee would have been - at least. And FWIW my daughter's lab won't be back - my daughter was also shocked to hear there's NO ONE THERE AT NIGHT!!!
