Very accommodating, I had less than a day's notice to find boarding for my cat and they worked with me to get things sorted. 2. Fairly priced 3. My cat hates boarding bc it stresses him out to the point of not eating or using litter-boxes for the first day or two, and mentioned as much at drop off. The cattery staff did a great job because he was eating and using the litter the whole time (3 nights)! Huge win for us and will be returning here if we need boarding again. Cons: 1. No info offered on arrival or intake form. It would have been nice to have a paper or something to make notes on and photos of where my cat would be staying. No tours or entering facility due to Covid, which is fine, but an alternative would be nice! 2. A update on how my cat was doing would've been nice since it was an expressed concern, but I should have asked for that. An intake form would have helped with this! Overall I'm pleased!

TLDR: THERE'S NO ONE THERE AT NIGHT! Terrible communication! If your dog has any kind of anxiety…read moreissue, please don't leave it here. I have a 3 year old rescue poodle mix with a history of separation anxiety and inability to tolerate being crated. When I first got him 2 years ago he hurt himself pretty bad trying to get out of a crate. I explained this to Erin twice - when I went for the tour and 10 days later when I called to make the reservation. On the tour Erin showed me the standard "suite" which is a long hallway with animal shelter-type chain link kennel and the "deluxe" suite which is a single block wall room with walled outdoor run. I told Erin he would need a "deluxe" suite and lots of human and dog play time due to his separation anxiety disorder. This place does NOT require a meet and greet with your dog. I left my dog at 4:15 pm on Thursday 2/9 and again asked for as much dog and human play time as possible. I did not have to sign anything or leave a credit card. The next morning, Erin called me to let me know that Max had a little scrape on his nose and that they didn't want me to be surprised by the injury at pickup. I asked her what happened and she said there had been a big wind storm during the night and that the morning feeder person found him bloody - he had been trying to get out under the steel door. That's when I first realized THERE'S NO ONE THERE AT NIGHT. When I picked him he could hardly walk. The bridge of his nose was badly scraped. His chin, lips and gums were badly injured. His toe pads on his two front feet were shredded - he was limping from the pain. He looked like he had been beaten down. I asked Erin why she didn't tell me there's NO night staff and she said "You didn't ask." AYFKM?? There is NOTHING on their website indicating they have no one there overnight. For my dog this was no "vacation," not a "resort," and he was not treated like "family" despite what their website says. And the vet bill was twice what the boarding fee would have been - at least. And FWIW my daughter's lab won't be back - my daughter was also shocked to hear there's NO ONE THERE AT NIGHT!!!

I just got him within the same week and had a very important appointment out of town. As a new owner, of course I was a bit worried about my pet and could not risk leaving him home alone for the weekend. When dropping him off, I immediately felt relief. The reptile living quarters were super clean. When I walked in everything was orderly and she had food for my lizard prepared and ready for him to eat. You can tell Chelsea really cares about animals. She is also very knowledgeable about reptiles and gave me some great advice. My inherited tank set up wasn't the best and she was able to give me advice on proper lighting. She also referred me to several informative groups and recommended a good vet. If Scaled Sitting & Services is available anytime I go out of town, I will definitely be contacting them for my pet! Highly recommended!

No shade at all to them I absolutely loved the ladies there, but the commute just wasn't sustainable anymore. After a little searching, I found this hidden gem tucked next to the RV lot on the corner of Valencia and Kolb, right across from the gas station. Honestly, it feels less like a grooming appointment and more like you're dropping your fur baby off at a birthday party. When I went to pick my dog up, I saw her interacting and playing with other dogs something I had never seen her do before. Of course, she didn't start whining until she saw me (classic), but it was the cutest thing. You could tell she felt completely comfortable and at ease. The ladies there are genuinely kind and welcoming. From drop-off to pick-up, they were warm, attentive, and clearly care about what they do. That matters. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a groomer who treats your dog like more than just an appointment slot.

This is very important to me since my dog is like my best friend and isn't just a dog to me. He is a very important part of my family. After doing some research I chose Dogtopia in Tucson Az on Tanque Verde. I stopped in to say hello to get a feel for the atmosphere. The person behind the desk was very polite kind and understood exactly what I was looking for. We set up a meet and greet. The meet and greet went extremely well. When I brought him in a staff member met him in the lobby. She kneeled down and to my surprise, my dog ran over and started giving her kisses. I knew right then and there this was the place for him. The staff absolutely loves dogs and if my dog could see and feel it, I was in. I started Yote on day care one day a week, then added a second day. During this time I had concerns about him being comfortable and going potty while outside of his environment. I must say, the staff is amazing! They go above and beyond. They sent me a text and called to let me know he was able to go potty and was making new friends in his class called beach. One time when I went to pick him up, I was waiting for him to come out. His coach was in the lobby. When Yote came out, I said his name and expected him to run over to me like he always does, only this time he ran to his coach and gave her kisses. Then he came over to say hi to me. I was so happy to know he loves his coaches very much! Then there was the time I picked him up and was given a very nice report card saying he was the coaches positive for the day! I Absolutely love the feedback on his day. He is now doing overnights while we take short trips. They are very accommodating and made sure I knew to bring my dogs bed and two safe favorite toys. They also go to great lengths to make sure Yote eats and is happy and comfortable. I love it! I have now interfaced with at least five staff members as well as the Manager and assistant manager. Each of them are compassionate and love all the dogs as if they are their own. I couldn't ask for a better, safer place to take my best friend. This experience has brought back memories and feelings of when I was taking my kids to their first daycare. What a great feeling knowing my dog is in great hands! Thank you Dogtopia, Sincerely, Yote Conrad and family
