She pays attention to details, keeps me informed while I'm away, and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is well cared for. What I appreciate most is her willingness to help when it matters most. About ten years ago, my mother passed away unexpectedly in California. I had to leave town with virtually no notice. Despite having a very busy schedule, Linda stepped in and cared for my pets for nearly three weeks. Knowing that my animals and home were in such capable hands was an enormous comfort during a difficult time. As others have mentioned, she takes detailed notes about each pet so she and her team can insure the best care. When we started with Four Footed Fitness, we had 3 senior cats and scheduled two 30 minute visits each day. We've stayed with this schedule, even though we now have younger cats. The team is great! They open shades when they come in the morning and take care of feeding, freshening water, and play time. In the evening, they clean the litter box, take care of feeding, and play with the cats. They also bring in the mail, close the shades, take out trash, and check the fountain outside - adding water, if needed. We get photos and a message from both the morning and evening visits each day. The team also checks in to make sure we arrived home at the scheduled time. It's nice to know that they have our cats covered if we're delayed for any reason!
