No waiting room. You have to drop your dogs off with strangers. They never called me, to tell me they were done. They have a 3% extra charge for card payments. That they will not tell you about. They do a sub par job at best. Employees are very dry, and not friendly. read more

If I could give a negative star review I would... We took our 13yr old rottie, Xena, in for a bath and nail trim. It was the most disappointing experience we have ever had. In dropping her off the young lady seemed uncaring, dismissive and didn't care to hear what we had to say about our dog. We told her she needed to be muzzled for her nails and she said "that's a rottie". We got a call 40 minutes later saying she was ready for pick up. She said she had a panic attack with the blow dryer they had to stop the groom. The text also said "...it's best for their well-being not to continue grooming here in the future." They gave her back to us soaking wet and still smelled like a dirty wet dog. We have taken her to other groomers and were never treated this way and our dog was always treated good. Never got her nails done. Because they were close to our home we thought we would try them out...Even though they did not charge us because they couldn't finish the groom we felt this young lady was disinterested and couldn't get us out of there fast enough. Sure wish Xena could tell me what happened behind the door. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! read more

Prices are not correct in the app. It said 75-85 for a bath and a cut of a medium-sized dog. I was asked how I wanted them cut and was charged 110. It was a breed cut, nothing special. I typically pay 60 for a bath and cut. I also brought in a dog in with a skin condition, she gave him a bath and started the cut but didn't finish. He looks awful - she charged me $70 for him. Plus the force tip at the end was set at 18% and up - I was flustered because of the experience and accidentally tipped. In addition the was a credit card fee. Sticker shock for sure and we won't be returning, I was hoping for an honest small-town business. read more

Unless you have a dog that just needs a complete shave down, I wouldn't recommend this place. I was warned not to go, but I thought if I told them we wanted fur left on the dogs, they would listen. She did not! I asked them not to cut the ears, and they did! I'm not sure they know how to cut dogs with curly hair. This was on all three of my dogs. There is nothing I could do about it either, it's not like they could put the hair back!! read more

The ladies at bark & bubbles always do such a fantastic job on my little Schnoodle Cooper.

Very nice people but I was charged $75 for a bath and a face trim and my dog looked the same. Her hair wasn't even completely dry. The end presentation was no different from when I brought my dog in, except she smelled good. read more

Julie does a fantastic job with our furries! My doodle always looks fantastic. He recently had some matting on his tail and I was concerned she'd have to shave the tail. She was able to trim it and shave very little. We won't go anywhere else! Julie is the best! read more

Was looking for a good groomer in the area for my 10 year old dog. Made an appointment and took him in. Friendly staff, price was a little higher than I expected for a bath , brush and nail trim. So after an hour and a half I picked up my dog and was told he was very nervous and anxious. Brought him home to find one of his dew claws was bloody. They could have told me when I picked him up but they didn't. read more

I am new to the area and made an appointment with BarknBubbles weeks in advance just to show up and have the building be closed. I waited outside with my dog for 10 minutes trying to get ahold of someone on the inside. The owners of the building next door came out and told me they hadn't been there in a while. I left a message and 4 days later I'm still waiting for a call back. Horrible service. Do not recommend. read more

We shouldn't have to work this hard to pay someone for a service. We are extremely disappointed with this groomer. We waited 6 weeks for an appointment, when we showed up for it the shop was closed. We waited 30 minutes, tried numerous times to call, left a message, emailed twice and got absolutely no response or explanation. We even waited a couple days then attempted to contact the groomer again. I understand things happen, but to not get ANY reply to ANY attempts at communication is just rude. We even tried calling the alternate number on the answering machine, that number wouldn't even connect to complete the call. I am astounded. read more

Not happy our coton has been to her a few times. This time we were told upon arrival to pick her up she had to shave her tail do to mattes.. I have grown up around dog groomers and everything can be picked out. She didn't even give us a call asking what we wanted to do. Never ever again read more

I brought my senior dogs here for the first time and last time! I told the receptionist about health issues both dogs have, she seemed disinterested, just said "OK". She did not try to connect to the dogs. One hour later, I received a phone that one dog had a nosebleed, she said possibly due to stress and the other dog is too nervous. When I picked them up, she tried to tell me it's probably because my dogs don't know the groomer. Both dogs have been to other groomers, and there was never an issue!! I wanted to try out this place, since it's close to where we live. read more
