After about the 3rd visit in the middle of summer we pre requested that monica trim our dog shorter because of the extreme heat. our dog returned home with nothing but a small face trim I voiced my concerns and she argued over the phone but said she can make it better or how can she satisfy. I let it go and never got anything. so yesterday my son texted her for a time and she replied, no thank you! no thank you!!??!! I then called with no answer I then texted her and asked for a date she asked if I was myself and I said yes. and then she replied no, I dont want to work for you anymore. I told your son so now I'm telling you, you complained about my services before so I no longer want to do business for you. so, I guess being the owner she reserves that right but, this in my opinion is very unprofessional and immature. I am also not the first person she has done this too. apparently acting similar to a adolescent and refusing anyone that EVER had negative feedback is her companies MO. I don't recommend to ANYONE to use Got Dogs because if you ever have constructive advice , you'll be fired for it so why bother building the repore. After a little searching, I found this hidden gem tucked next to the RV lot on the corner of Valencia and Kolb, right across from the gas station. Honestly, it feels less like a grooming appointment and more like you're dropping your fur baby off at a birthday party. When I went to pick my dog up, I saw her interacting and playing with other dogs something I had never seen her do before. Of course, she didn't start whining until she saw me (classic), but it was the cutest thing. You could tell she felt completely comfortable and at ease. The ladies there are genuinely kind and welcoming. From drop-off to pick-up, they were warm, attentive, and clearly care about what they do. That matters. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a groomer who treats your dog like more than just an appointment slot.

While I understand that accidents can happen during grooming, it was concerning that this wasn't mentioned or documented so we could monitor the area or seek treatment for potential infection, if necessary. My elderly mother, who picked up the dog, didn't notice the abrasions right away. When I saw her the next day, I immediately noticed both sides were cut. Upon speaking in person with the manager, she insisted it was just "allergies" and offered no apology or refund. This was very disappointing, especially since my mother recently moved here from South Carolina, where she had a groomer she absolutely loved and trusted.
