I used to go to PetSmart Groomers all the time which the groomer I had there did good, however their prices have increased ridiculously so I decided to find another groomer who is awesome but unfortunately my groomer that I have been using is on maternity leave so I had to go back to Petsmart. I took my dog. She's a multi poo about two weeks ago. I often wash her eye brush her do whatever I can in between. However, she was a little matted & they charged me a ridiculous about for just a hair $100 and when she came home it's been about two weeks. She is extremely skittish scared when I go to pet her it's like somebody hit her there. Her attitude has totally changed. She bit my mother when she tried to pick her up but she's never bit anybody and now she's peeing a little bit of blood which I read can be due to stress, again this all started after we left. I'm not sure what happened, but again this did not start until after I took her there two weeks ago. I am very angry. I paid all that money. She came out with no cute bow on her head or even a little scarf around her neck. You would think for $100 haircut she would come out with a little bow or something like they used to do there..Her attitude and reactions have been crazy. I WILL NEVER RETURN THERE AGAIN. I do feel like because she was a little matted they were too hard on brushing her out. I have no idea, but my dog is NOT the same and it's very concerning and I do not have the money to go get her checked out when the blood started coming a day or two after she left there. I AM SO USPET WITH THEM. It's been 2 weeks and she is still not acting like herself. I am pretty pissed. I will be calling the corporate office. This is unacceptable.!!!! read more

She did such a great job on my finicky puppy and when I walked into the store to pick him up I cannot believe that he was actually letting somebody cut his hair and he was sitting and the haircut was so great and needed. It was excellent customer service and she even topped it off with the little St Patrick's bow on his collar. She offered to recut the hair if I wasn't happy but of course I loved the haircut that she gave him. I have a morkie which is a mix between a Yorkie and Maltese. He gets anxiety so he was really nervous but she was great with my dog. I always come here and I will definitely continue to come here for grooming!!! read more

I came in the other night and couldn't believe the unprofessional in front of customers. The cashier lady was so rude, dark curly hair with glasses, and the groomer maybe was looking for a lady named Crystal she was yelling around the store and finally asked the cashier lady for help and the lady said it's only 3 of us every night, I'm feeling like you irritated and ready to go home, I figured as she was really rude to me as I was at the register. The girl in the grooming outfit and the cashier were going back and forth complaining. Why complain so much when you CHOSE to work here? My "appointment" was set for 12:30 but was told it would take 3-4 hours because they were "really busy." For being busy on a Sunday I saw 0 dogs on the tables. Guess appointments here really mean.. The first one was awhile back where literally no one answers the phone and I had to call 5+hours after I placed an order to see if I can pick it up. After repetitively calling someone finally answered. I had to have my husband go in store to get it. Then today we pull up during open business hours and we alerted the store per the app we were here and we waited a few minutes before I sent my husband in to get it. DO NOT BRING YOUR DOGS TO GET GROOMED HERE!! I received a phone call from the groomer, HEATHER A., that cut my dogs hair saying that she had cut him under the arm while trimming his hair. She said she took him to the in house vet clinic (Banfield) to get it looked at and he was ok. I know accidents happen so I didn't act like a crazy person... I even thanked her for calling me and letting me know!!! SMH....When I picked up my dog and got home, I noticed he was uncomfortable and licking not one but 3 areas so I got a flashlight to look over him and he had 3 cuts!!!!, not just the one Heather called me about. Thats when it dawned on me that I was only called because the bigger of the 3 cuts wouldn't stop bleeding. I really feel that if it didn't bleed like the other 2 cuts I wouldn't have been called at all because they weren't mentioned to me. I'm sure my dog had to have yelped or pulled away during all three cuts. She didn't check to see if she had cut him during those moments? I highly doubt that she didn't know. As a pet owner, you think you're sending your pet to get a nice spa day and it's the total opposite. I hate that I put him through that. He was so miserable, laid around for 2-3 days until a scab formed and he wasn't in pain. Like I said before, I'm a very relaxed laid back person and understand mistakes happen but the reason I changed my mind and decided to write this review is because I thought PetSmart would have handled it and protect other dogs after what happened but nope! Heather A. is still grooming dogs like nothing happened. I think at least there should be a suspension period, desk duty? Something!!! while getting more training which did not happen. So I ordered a rabbit cage online and had it shipped to this location. Two days later I came to the store to get my order. They were friendly and immediately brought my rabbit cage up to the front of the store. I was so happy with my order. The rabbit cage/ habitat is a lot bigger than I realized it my bunny loves it! She has plenty of room to run around and jump up and say hi. It's so nice to be able to see her in her cage. And she likes being able to see me and look around at the dogs. It came with a cute green dish for food, and it came with a water bottle dispenser. The water bottle dispenser is glass- this caught me off guard because usually they are plastic. But it is a very nice bottle and big size too. I'm just hoping it doesn't fall or get bumped and fall off on the floor and break. That makes me nervous. But other than that it is an amazing cage!! This review is for PetSmart grooming at this location. The reason I only gave three stars is because of the fact that I scheduled a grooming appointment specifically with Shelby and when we brought our dog in for her appointment, Shelby was not available because she was fully booked. The starts are mainly due to staff overbooking the groomers and us not getting the groomer we wanted to do our dog. I scheduled my dog's grooming appointment on Tuesday, 6/19, before noon and her appointment was scheduled and confirmed for Saturday, 6/30 at 12 pm. I chose Shelby as the groomer on the online booking page and Shelby was confirmed as the groomer to groom my dog. I chose Shelby based on all of the reviews I read about her on Yelp since I'm very picky about who grooms my dog. Therefore, I was very disappointed that she was not available. I was told that although you choose a groomer online to book an appointment, it doesn't guarantee that that will be the groomer that does your dog. I don't understand why booking a groomer online is even an option then? Anyway, since I wanted my dog to get groomed anyway and I wanted to give the groomer they appointed my dog a chance, I kept the appointment. My dog ended up getting groomed by Hannah. I told Hannah that I wanted her coat as short as possible and to fix up her ears and tail. I basically gave her free reign on the style and was not disappointed. Hannah did an excellent job and was very sweet. I'm glad I didn't take the opportunity for her to groom my dog away. If I decide to go back to PetSmart, I would book my dog to be groomed by Hannah since she did great. :) read more

Usually I don't leave reviews. But I'm beyond irritated with how my situation was handled. After being on the phone for 14 minutes, I got nowhere. Picked up a curbside order. Got home and realized my dog food was missing. Called the store and got put on hold 3 different times. They told me they would put a bag to the side for me to pick up. I said I am on medication and I can't drive and the person who drove me earlier is no longer available. I asked it it could be delivered. The guy said he understands it's an inconvenience but he can't do that. I said this is more than an inconvenience. So, now I have to use extra gas for their mistake when gas is not cheap and wait until someone can take me to the store. After I said to just leave a bag to the side for me, the guy just hung up. I have place online orders to pick up dog food numerous times but I usually go to the Temecula location because it's on my way home from work. Today I decided to do it through this location because it's closer to my house. I wish I would've read the reviews before doing that. I placed my order at 10:39 AM and started my wait. Around 1:00 pm I called the store to make sure my item was in stock when I spoke with the guy on the phone he told me that the person who was doing the online orders went to lunch and that I would have to wait another hour. I called back around 2:00 pm to cancel my order because it's taking longer than what the Temecula location does. When I spoke to the guy he said it takes 3 hours for them to complete the online orders. I then proceeded to tell him that it's been way longer than 3 hours and I would just rather cancel and go to the Temecula location. This location is very unorganized and instead of apologizing for their incompetence, they try to say that it's normal for it to take hours to pull an order. The Temecula parkway location is more organized and the staff is actually doing their jobs. I also find it completely UNPROFESSIONAL while a customer is on the phone the person who I spoke to had me on speakerphone while continuing a conversation with someone else in the background. This review is for their dog training services. We stopped by this Petsmart earlier in the year when we were looking at properties around the area. We observed Courtney in one of her training classes and knew we wanted her as our dog trainer (this was when we only had one dog, a 4 year old Chihauhau mix). Fast forward a couple of months and we unexpectedly adopted a 3 month old puppy (a German Shepherd/Shar Pei mix) from the Humane Society. We immediately enrolled Evie in Puppy 1 and Puppy 2 with Courtney after closing escrow on our house. Each course is for one hour once a week for 6 weeks and time flies by! Evie gets so excited when we let her out of the car and she sees that we're at Petsmart! We would definitely recommend you enroll your pup (no matter the age) in a class with Courtney! read more

My dog got the best training here. She (Gracie) took all three classes from Courtney (Beginning. Intermediate, & Advanced). These classes enabled her to pass her Canine Good Citizen's Test from an outside tester on her first try which was my ultimate goal. Courtney is professional, knowledgeable, patient, and has the best strategies that truly work with all dogs. I got better results here with Courtney, than I did when I used one of Oprah's famous Chicago dog trainer for two dogs I had when I lived in Chicago. Thousands of dollars later those dogs could not do one command. Yet with Courtney's training, Gracie will follow a command the first time... every time. For far less time and money my dog Gracie, working with Courtney, far surpassed my highest expectations,and she has been accepted to participate in a Pet Therapy group. I am more than pleased with my results and I could not be happier or more grateful. The scheduling of classes was varied and convenient for anyone to attend. I called prior to driving to the store and spoke to the Manager "Alex" indicating I purchased the lights at the Temecula store, but I needed to return the lights because they were not bright enough. He told me on the phone that would be fine, just bring my receipt and AMEx card for return. Once at the store, the checker called the manager "Alex" as the items would not ring up. Alex now told me that, "if you want your fucking money back, go to the Temecula store". I was in Murrieta as we had a family member in the hospital there and couldn't drive to the other store. I have been taking my dogs to get groomed by Coley for 7 years now she is amazing! My dogs always look adorable. She is now grooming my niece's rescue dog that was scared of everything but she is not scared of Coley. She is not only amazing with our pets but all pets. Once when it was busy I was standing there watching the groomers and one girl was having problems grooming the dogs face and the dog was getting agitated and anxious Coley walked right over and started talking to the dog and it calmed down and let her groom its face. Don't take my word for it have her groom your fur baby and you will see what I mean!! I wouldn't have followed her from Lake Elsinore and stuck with her for 7 years if she wasn't Amazing because my dogs mean the world to me. Love this location for the grooming department. Anyone who works with my pup there does the best job and let me tell you this little one does not care for bath time. I do not have children yet so my dog is my child as far as I'm concerned lol. I was thinking of her and worried if she felt comfortable while I was away only to open my e-mail to adorable pictures they took of her during her grooming appointment.
