I am a mobility disabled senior with balance issues resulting from a serious accident many years ago. The issues become more disabling with age. Breaking my ankle recently escalated the problems. I could see the need for assistance in the near future. Began searching for obtaining a mobility service dog. Only a few agencies in Calif. train dogs for this disability and their wait list for starting the program was upwards of 4 years. I was planning to use my 2 yr old Black Lab. Since I had "hit dead-ends" in my search, I decided to at least look for some obedience training for the dog. After interviewing several trainers in my area, I found Erin to be my choice. I met with her to discuss the training and discovered that she had experience in training mobility service dogs! She was a bit hesitant to commit to the training and wanted to evaluate my dog to see if she had the right temperament...it seemed that she did! I signed up for the 3 week board and train program, with the understanding that basic obedience was would be addressed as well as introducing some service dog training to see how the dog performed. My dog seemed to be a good candidate for becoming a mobility service dog. We have continued with the training taking part in classes, private sessions, and another 2 week board and train session. Erin has helped me pick out equipment, met me in public places to train, and we have passed the CGC and PAT tests. Lots more training to do, but Dynamite Dogs has us on the right track! This was the first time visiting Dynamic Dogs. Our pup really needed to be groomed and I was very unsure how he'd do. This is the 4th place we tried after 2 previous groomers either left or went out of business. The last groomer was very new and didn't have much experience with challenging dogs. Our dog is a rescue dog and is nervous around strangers. When we arrived Emily came out to meet us and she was great with him. I could tell she knew how to handle dogs. I explained his issues and was very reassured she'd be kind to him. Everything was great, she did a wonderful job and I was told there no problems with grooming. I cannot recommend Dynamite Dogs enough!! With a hope and a prayer, I was able to get 2 same day appointments for my dogs who were covered in stickers from our property. This business is so clean and the owners and groomers are so kind. When I picked my dogs up, they looked AMAZING! They got the best haircuts they've ever gotten and I will never go anywhere else!! The groomers here were able to trim my lab/pit mix with no fuss at all. I know it doesnt seem too crazy but we have been through a minimum of 10 other groomers who at best were able to partially trim her nails. The facilities are amazingly clean and they have every possible thing you could need to bathe your furry kids. I literally can't recommend this place enough. But the petco in menifee has low blowing dryers that take ages and the Temecula location has 1 dryer to 3 tubs and that dryer is dying slowly. I am SO happy I found this place! The facility is clean! Had an appointment at 1pm. I was hoping it would be a lil different than Petsmart in that it wouldn't take hours to get her back. The owner had told me she "should" be done by 3:30. So I headed to the area around 3p and by 415, still hadn't heard from them. So I just went in to wait. 30-40 minutes of waiting and didn't leave there until 5:00. Very nice people, but what did they do w my dog between 1-3:00? Why have an appt at 1 if she's not going to be groomed for 2-3 hrs? She looked good but not happy with the time frame. read more

I have had show, sport and pet dogs for fifty years. This place has the nicest most skilled people and the cleanest facility with state of the art equipment. I am so grateful to have a place like this in Murrieta! Anna helped me today with two large GSD's. She was so sweet and spoke to them as she worked. Nails, ears etc...all perfect. If I could leave this place with less than zero I would. Went there to have my pooch bathed and it was a terrible vibe. Right when I walked in the person at the front was on a personal phone call. I tried to fidget on my phone as I patiently waited. It took ten minutes for her to even glance up. Who dies this in a professional place? They have horrible customer service, and a bad attitude when it was brought to their attention. My precious Bubba got an infection at this horrible place! Took him to the Vet and it was diagnosed as Furunculosis! If you love your pet do NOT waste your time or money here. They are rude! I attempted to ask Erin the trainer a few questions and was completely blown off! Erin has poor customer service, this place needs to train employees! read more

This is the best self bathe set up I've ever seen, with so many tools available for you to use (like beekeeper hats for those of us with huskies!) 10/10. I also was able to witness the trainer working with a dog while I bathed mine (separate areas) and her training appeared very fair and effective. Definitely recommend! read more

This place is great! It's very easy and they supply everything for you. Shampoo, conditioner, q-tips, brush, aprons are all included. The dryers work fast and efficiently. I will definitely be back. This place is amazing because if you want to bathe your dog or not. You have the options. There is also grooming onsite but you do have to book an appointment for that. There is also training. The place is beautiful and clean. I had our border collie bathed by them and they did a great job. A great job I actually noticed and loved the way they brushed her out!! It may seem small but it makes a difference on the appearance vs. going to PetSmart and we had similar service and our dog did not look any different when we picked her up.
