Michelle the groomer did a fantastic job grooming my one-eye Shih Tzu. I called this morning and was able to get him in this evening at five! The manager was friendly too. I find my new pet store!

I have to recommend you guys to not come here for grooming any more. The groomer said it took 3-4 hrs for the process then I planned to running errands within that time. Just 2hrs after, they finished & called to pick my dog up. I was running errands outside and told them that I'd be there around 1 hr. When I went there, they charge me $10 more without any notice. They only said that it's their policy with their bad attitude to me. I have to pay extra without expectation or I can't go. When I ask the cashier for the payment and he threw me his bad attitude as well. There are many grooming salons near me but I want to support them. Waste my time and money. Hope you guys would not get bad grooming experience like me.

    Freshly groomed by Julie!

Absolutely love bringing my girl to the groomers to see Ms.Julie! She is always so kind, greets us with a smile and takes such great care of my baby. You can tell that she really loves animals and makes sure to treat them as if they were her own. Cannot say enough good things about Julie! Just mentioning her name and my girl gets very excited to go see her! Thank you Julie for being so amazing and your great talent of dog grooming.

Julie, at the Chandler location, did a 3/4" hair cut which was perfect for my Poochon.

Sir Winston's (Poochon) hair was overgrown and he had an appointment with Julie on 5/28/24. I've never used her before; she was friendly, listened to my concerns, and cut his hair down to 3/4". She did a terrific job with him! I purchased the upgraded package that came with the coupon book. Sir Winston walked out smelling great with a bandanna around his neck, a cookie treat and looking very dapper!! Thanks Julie

    Throw up

Clean out the cats cages more often. Every single cat had full litter boxes and a few had throw up. So sad to see.

Do the employees care very little for the Disabled?? My wife and I were looking for a Handicap parking spot and found one completely taken over my shopping carts... Luckily it was late, there were plenty of spaces open but if this were in the middle of the day we'd be screwed

Does this look like she really tried????

    Leopard Gecko

I have been to this specific petsmart countless times, and I usually walk over there on my lunch hour a few times a month. It seems that every time I'm there, there is a reptile that is not being taken care of at all. Today was by far the WORST I've seen. A leopard gecko was extremely dehydrated, malnourished, and had a bunch of stuck shed everywhere. I informed an employee and he just looked at it and was like "I'll let someone know."Looks like the poor thing has been ignored for a while. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in this petsmart. If you're going to hire employees, at least properly train them to take care of these poor reptiles.

The training we received from you was instrumental in helping us in keeping our two boys safe. Your training was not for them, but for us. Capone and Pawlie appear much happier now, much more responsive, and Jodi and I are much more confident in our abilities. When our boys started becoming aggressive with each other, it broke our hearts. We had so much happening in our lives, we had forgotten that we project on to our kids. Instead of having one step forward , three steps back, we are now four steps forward and one step back. We just know, now, that we have to be more diligent with them and remember they too are our children. Your guidance, and teaching, has helped us regain our lives, and feel that our kids are safe, and they have been playing together. We, as Mom and Dad, still stress and want to make sure they are always safe, but our lives are much calmer because of you and your teaching. I look forward to actually getting to the group classes, and seeing you soon! Thanks again! Shane Brough

Sending…read moreour 9-month-old pup, Lilo, away for three weeks was a big decision, but it turned out to be one of the absolute best things we could have done for her -- and for our entire family. The dog that came home to us was absolutely remarkable. Lilo returned with confidence, structure, manners, and an understanding of commands that completely exceeded our expectations. The difference is honestly night and day. What has impressed us the most is that this wasn't simply about teaching Lilo to sit, stay, come, or follow commands. Erika helped give her the foundation she needed to understand boundaries, expectations, and how to make better choices. Walking her, having people over, taking her places, getting her attention, redirecting unwanted behaviors, and simply enjoying everyday life with her has become so much easier. Our life at home has completely changed. Erika clearly understands that every dog is different. When a dog is struggling with certain behaviors, there is usually a reason behind them, and great training isn't just about correcting the behavior -- it's about understanding the dog and figuring out what they need in order to succeed. Erika did exactly that with Lilo. The three weeks of training were worth every single day. The amount of progress Lilo made in such a short period of time is incredible, and we now have the tools and commands to continue reinforcing everything she learned. If you have a puppy or an adult dog who needs training, structure, better manners, or help with behaviors you simply haven't been able to solve on your own, do not hesitate to contact All-American K-9 Dog Training. There is a reason behind the behavior, and they will help you understand it, address it, and give both you and your dog the tools to move forward successfully. Erika, thank you for taking such wonderful care of our Lilo and for giving us back a completely different dog. You didn't just train Lilo -- you changed the quality of life in our home. We are beyond grateful. Without question, 5 stars and our highest recommendation!

She was food aggressive, she was aggressive with our family - bit all of us at least once - attacked our other two dogs and literally went to the bathroom wherever she preferred. I'm not one to give up on dogs but knew that if we kept her we needed help! We decided that if we were going to work with one of our dogs - we'd also work with our other naughty dog to retrain him of his bad habits. IN THE FIRST SESSION we saw significant changes in their behavior! She is so knowledgeable, so professional, and she got my kids involved so they know what to do! We just finished our last session and I'm so grateful to her for all of the tools she's given our family to help our dogs be the best behaved versions of themselves! We still have our homework, and they still have a ways to go but this experience has been so amazing! Thank you girl, love ya!!!

We moved away earlier this year and were so SO bummed to leave such a great training and caretaking provider. All of her team is prepared to deal with difficult dogs and help reinforce good behavior, so all of our lunchtime visits included built-in training for our little pups. The team also sent photo updates and left detailed report cards every single day without fail. Lindsey herself is such a boss when it comes to training and is so so patient and welcoming. All of her own dogs are super patient too and were incorporated into the training sessions to help our little pups get used to being around other dogs. We (pups included) miss Lindsey and TLDSH tremendously!

But once we met John and Shauna, the owners, we quickly realized our fur babies were in the best hands possible. They were not only warm and welcoming but also incredibly professional. If you're a pet owner looking for a true 10-out-of-10 service, this is the company. Our pet sitter, Karen, was nothing short of amazing--so loving, so attentive, and so patient with our very needy black cat, Jax. She didn't just stop by; she stayed, hung out, and genuinely spent time with him. And even though our gray cat, Dolce, didn't come out very much, she was just as incredible in caring for her and making sure she felt safe and comfortable. Wow... just wow! We were floored by her love for animals. THANK YOU SO MUCH for taking such great care of the fur babies we love dearly. I would recommend this company to absolutely anyone. And honestly, anyone leaving anything less than a five-star review? Shame on you! These people love animals and treat your pets as if they were their own. Amazing, amazing, amazing! (I thought since the reviews were perfect, they might come thru... but instead... nada!) We were considering giving them a pet sitting job for over a month in length. But unfortunately they can't be reached via the phone. I left a vm and waited an entire week and got no call back. Backstory: Ironically I believe there's someone named Shauna who operates the website and Yelp(and does a prompt job responding), but John the caretaker is the one who's phone number is associated with the biz, and he is unable to be reached to line up appointments!! (I contacted them a year or two ago when we were considering using them. We didn't end up needing them, but when we tried them last week when we finally did, John did not decide to call us back.) I'm glad others have good experiences. But that was not ours. ‍

If you are struggling with behavioral issues that go beyond the basics, I highly recommend working with Joel. We are incredibly optimistic about the progress we'll make in our upcoming sessions.

When we adopted Angus, an American Bulldog, he was extremely reactive, had zero impulse control, and was tough to manage. Walks were stressful--he would bark, lunge, and completely lose it around other dogs. Recall was non-existent, and previous trainers had little success with him. After his time at CharlieBar, everything changed. Angus now walks calmly on a leash, his reactivity has decreased by at least 90%, and he thrives during his daily training sessions at home. The most remarkable part of Ricardo's approach is that it goes beyond basic commands--he teaches dogs how to think, make decisions, and self-correct. It's not just about punishment or praise; it's about helping dogs understand their choices. With a simple "uh uh," Angus now stops, thinks, and chooses better behavior--without fear or confusion. We're beyond grateful for the results and highly recommend CharlieBar to anyone looking to make a lasting difference in their dog's behavior.
