Looking for a local groomer to help with nail trims and this spot popped up with high reviews…read more Booked online and got in same day. The shop is small but I was drawn to the cageless grooming so dogs aren't kenneled the whole time. Aniyah took time putting the loose dogs behind the gates so they could test taking Penny back and she instantly warmed up to her as she walked back. When I rescued Penny, she had never been groomed so her quicks are pretty long, but I liked how they utilize the "alternative cut" style then filing each nail so it's short as possible. While she was nervous on the table, Aniyah did a great job talking to her the whole time and kept her as comfortable as possible. Forgot to take the before, but they came out amazing afterwards. Will definitely be back, especially knowing they do cats too!!

I portioned out his food with instructions that he gets 1 portion the night I dropped him off and in the morning the following day. If all of the flights were on time, I would pick him up around 6 and feed him when I got home. In case of any flight delays, I included an extra 3 portions of food. I picked him up and all of the food was gone. Why go to the trouble of portioning out his food and writing up instructions if no one is going to pay attention? I mentioned that my dog was on a particular weight management food. Think I'll start shopping elsewhere for pet boarding for the future.

Aaron deserves special praise for his kind and calm demeanor and adorable teddy bear cut he did for her. So many lessons learned when you move 30 miles from where you used to live…read more... So on a whim... and because diesel is over $6 a gallon and Lily is part Great Pyrenees (IYKYK) we thought we'd run her down the street for what was quoted on the phone as a $50 bath, nails, and deshedding. Well... as if I didn't already hate myself for "cheating" on my long term ... sigh... they DOUBLED THE PRICE without any call or conversation. Now, when I called perhaps they could have found a reasonable explanation. But, what I got was, "prices go up" and "it's fine, don't bring her back if you don't like it". Well... lesson learned. The dog is traumatized and so am I. There will be no repeat visits from us... even for the self-wash area. Dammit.... I hate businesses that don't think they need repeat business!!!! NO to Barking Dogs Self-Wash & Grooming.... Unless you like surprises... of the not so good kind.... The one star is because you have to choose a minimum... 1 experience 1 star... Ha... nice try on your comment, and I don't see how to address that directly. She is MIXED with Pyrenees, yes. She is predominantly Aussie, and only about 50 lbs. My DAUGHTER dropped her off and picked her up, so nice try with your generational crap there buddy. And you just solidified the "no accountability " of businesses like you these days! If you stand by your $90, that's your business choice. If you quote one thing and charge another... that's sneaky and underhanded. Own it. Don't use my daughter's AGE as your defense!

But we have had only amazing things to say. The registration was so easy and the booking of appointments are even easier. We have not run into any availability issues and could even book an appointment the night before. Price (5/5): They have a number of options, but would recommend a membership. Right now they are running a one month special for unlimited visits during the first month. The prices, otherwise, are competitive with other pet suites. Facilities (5/5): incredibly clean! Staff (5/5): The team goes above and beyond to know each owner and their pet. They were ready for our little doggy before I walked in through the door! Pet Happiness (5/5): Our little doggy came home happy every day! Definitely consider this place, if you're in search for an option. For your furry friend.

While Charlie (golden retriever) is a typical cleanup and well mannered, Larry (sheepdoodle) is not. His hair is crazy and I was expecting to need a full shave down on him. They did a beautiful job with a light trip and scrub to keep him fluffy, which we love! Not only is his hair crazy, but he is still on the puppy side of energy and is a handful. They had nothing but nice things to say about him and quickly realized that him and Charlie needed to stay together. I can tell they put their love into their practice and I love that in return!
