Had to find a doggy daycare on the fly recently. That's how I came across PetSuites in Chandler. I have always been worried about having a newer puppy in a daycare and giving her bad habits. But we have had only amazing things to say. The registration was so easy and the booking of appointments are even easier. We have not run into any availability issues and could even book an appointment the night before. Price (5/5): They have a number of options, but would recommend a membership. Right now they are running a one month special for unlimited visits during the first month. The prices, otherwise, are competitive with other pet suites. Facilities (5/5): incredibly clean! Staff (5/5): The team goes above and beyond to know each owner and their pet. They were ready for our little doggy before I walked in through the door! Please don't bring your dog here. save yourself some time. The customer service is absolutely terrible. I don't expect five out of five service, but they don't even do a bare minimum. Got caught in the middle of workday,after dropping off my dog for the first time to get yelled on by a lady that my dog wasnt neutered. I provided clear documentation that he was just to get a passive aggressive response back. Do yourself a favor and don't trust people to watch your dog that cannot even tell if your dog is neutered, when it is super clear. Please do better. This business is a joke. read more

I boarded my dog and cat here while I went on vacation (10 days). Staff updated the report book and pictures enough to where I felt my animals were loved and safe while I was away. When I got back, my animals appeared well taken care of (groomed) and had been sticking to their diet. I can tell my dog and cat enjoyed the short stay/had no issues and were a joy once we returned home. I would definitely use PetSuites in Chandler again, and recommend them to anyone looking. read more

I am a first time user of boarding my "kids". I had more anxiety than my dogs. The staff here were extremely helpful in calming me down. They were open and honest. My dogs stayed 4 nights in a townhouse suit and I could check on them whenever I needed with the cameras and they provided paw reports. I also saw all the negative comments and I never experienced anything for a negative review. I would recommend and I will be using them again. read more

This location had just opened when we put our house on the market. At the time, they were having a special for unlimited doggie daycare for the first month for a flat rate, with a discount for the second pup. My dogs had never been to doggie daycare before and were not thrilled on the first day, but when we went back the second day, they were so excited! I love being able to watch them via the video camera in the play area. They are in play all day, and always supervised, which I truly appreciate. They are put in an area for dogs their size (mostly small), away from the big dogs which gives me great peace of mind. I've never had anything but friendly service at the desk, and they even know our pups by name now. We like it there so much that when we need daycare we are willing to drive the 30 minutes from San Tan Valley. I wish they would open a location in the San Tan/Queen Creek area!!! read more

Pet Suites of Chandler originally told me they could accommodate an early drop off @ 0620 because their doors are open at that time for employees. I clarified this with the manager and she said no, that's not true. Twice I've dropped my dog off at 0620 with no issue. They were kind and professional. Today I was there at 0620 and they purposefully kept the door locked until 0630 while standing behind the counter watching me with arms folded I find that behavior petty, vindictive, and it was definitely personal. Because of their game playing, I was late for work... for the first time in 4 yrs. NEVER AGAIN will I use this place. I will now take my dog to DOGTOPIA on Arizona Ave. They are very accommodating to medical professionals that need a slightly early drop off, they even offered a 0600 time for me. read more

This is a great establishment. I was very nervous about leaving my hyper 6 month old puppy. She broke her leg 4 weeks prior. They were very accommodating with her medications and her separation anxiety. She was very well taken care of. She was happy when we dropped her off and very happy when we picked her up. She was so busy she has been taking a lot more naps. Everyone was great. The manager there is the best. She loves her job and it shows. I knew I picked the right place after I got a tour from her. Our dog has come home with cuts from being attacked another dog. The first instance was with a shelter dog who was brought in by one of the employees. The second time, we received a phone call that our dogs leg was bleeding and there is a clear puncture wound. They checked the cameras and " could not see anything that may have happened". While the employees are friendly, I question how attentive they are with the animals or who is actually keeping an eye on them. Being a lover of animals does not make you a trained professional in animal care. I do truly believe the employees love animals, but I am not convinced the practices and training are at a professional level. Our dog will not be back. read more

I brought my dog in for boarding for about 5 days. They texted me a few days beforehand and said she needed to do an evaluation before she was allowed to play with the other dogs during daycare. She asked if I would like to schedule that for her day of arrival and I said yes. Apparently they don't do evaluations after noon so she wasn't able to get evaluated then even though they texted in advance and never mentioned that. She also wasn't able to get evaluated until 2 days after her check in. So she was forced to stay in her kennel the whole time besides potty breaks and individual play time which is much shorter. This was my only complaint. Besides this evaluation debacle, the staff was very friendly and patient. They answered all of my questions and gave me a tour. They were very detailed in their questioning about my dog. And I was able to watch her on a live stream during group play. She seemed very happy when I picked her up although extremely tired and happy to be home. She will be back. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. It was my first time boarding, my dog and doing daycare. I called two days ahead to ask if he would be able to be in daycare all day and then bored at night. They assured me that he would play all day and then go in his crate at 8 PM. I dropped him off at 7 AM and they kept him in the crate until noon. He then went back into the crate at 4 PM and was expected to stay in the crate until 10 AM the next morning when they would give him a bathroom break. I ended up going to get my dog because there is no way I'm going to pay that much money to have my dog be in a crate for that long. Their communication is terrible. I have use several other doggy daycare and boarding. I have never had an experience like this. If you care about your animal at all, you will not board or send your dog to daycare here. The staff members just stand around staring at the dogs. There is no interaction. read more

the last two times my dogs have been boarded here has been problematic and stressful. to start they came home with kennel cough in june. my dogs occasionally fight with each other and are to be kept separate but were not this weekend (i pay for them to have their own suites and playtimes). after a fight and me responding to their messages asking for them to keep them apart (to which nobody responded) they were involved in a second fight. my youngest had bite wounds and was taken to a vet without my knowledge due to them writing down and calling the wrong number in an attempt to contact me. i received a message directly from the vet stating she'd been seen there having no idea she was taken out of the facility in the first place. i appreciate the care given to my dogs but i expect better and should not have consistent problems every time i leave town, they won't be back. read more
