Since moving to a regular 9-5 non-business owner, I wanted pet care for our dogs during the day. I also wanted in-home pet sitting and overnight care for our dogs so as not to disrupt their routine of having us in the home. I love, love, love Susan and Dan (the owners) and their entire scheduling staff as well as their "Pet Gals and Pet Guys". When our baby was due, Susan and the entire Pet Gal team went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us plan for her arrival. There is nothing like feeling relieved that your home and pets will be well taken care of during one of the biggest life events. They really did go way above and beyond for us, adjusting to an ever changing situation as well as helping to make sure we had coverage in case something didn't go to plan. They even sent us a wonderful, thoughtful welcome home gift when we arrived home with our new human addition. I can't say enough good things about this company. Our favorite sitters are Jason and Claudia - my dogs LOVE them. They also leave the most wonderful updates and our home is always left better than when we left it. Pre-pandemic we counted on them to care for our pets during the day, and post-vaccine, they are able to care for them during travel time. The Pet Gal team members are all properly insured, trained, and you can trust them to show up, no matter what. You may not get the same sitter each time, but you will get the same care and attention each time. I am so thankful we're clients of The Pet Gal - they are truly a wonderful company.

Monday through Friday they come over to our apartment while my fiance and I are at work to take they boys out on a walk and train them. We have seen huge improvements in the past few months since we began services with them. Jody and Sarah came to our house to meet our dog and talk to us about the services they provide. I was impressed that they had paperwork with just about every possible situation accounted for. We needed someone to stay overnight at our house for 4 days. Jody came back again before our trip to go over everything we needed her to take care of, and to spend a little time with our senior Chihuahua. Jody is really great with our little barky boy, and she texted me pictures and videos so we could see how he was doing while we were gone. She took in the mail and turned the outdoor lights on/off for us, and offered to take the trash out on garbage day. She even left a little Halloween treat for Lucky. We felt very comfortable trusting Jody with our pup and our home, and wouldn't hesitate to hire her again.
