AIDEN came through the store at about 1:50 and basically told me I would have to wait 10 more minutes so he could finish his lunch. After wandering around the store, I went back to the grooming area to see AIDEN trimming another dog's nails. AIDEN'S attitude was extremely dismissive and arrogant. He, AIDEN, has absolutely NO UNDERSTANDING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. And the way he, AIDEN, handled the little dachshund was VERY ROUGH. Needless to say, I was NOT going to let AIDEN touch my dog with a ten foot pole. He, AIDEN, is definitely in the WRONG JOB. He, AIDEN, is also FAR FROM PROFESSIONAL. Remember and AVOID that name-AIDEN.
