If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Took my dog here a couple of months ago & today one of my girl friend brought this place up during a conversation... I literally have PTSD.. The worst grooming place ever!!. 1. Took my 8 months old Goldendoodle in & All of the ladies were rude except for one. 2. THE PLACE SMELLS like it has not been clean for AGES. 3. We went in asking for haircut, bath, ear clean, teeth clean, nail trim. 4. picked my dog up 6 hours later, the hair cut was horrible but that's the least of my worries. Still have stuff stuck on his fur, nails ABSOLUTELY has not been trimmed, breath still smells not clean. 5. Most important one, HIS EARS!!! THEY WERE BLEEDING FROM BEING PLUGGED!! They said "oh this is normal it'll go away in a couple of days some dogs are just sensitive" ummm... yeah.. it turned into a whole ear infection... we literally had to spend over $100+ to get him treated for his FIRST EAR INFECTION EVER from them plugging his ears... also the top of his nose ... like his nasal bone, WAS ALSO BLEEDING.. looks like a razor burn.. idk what the freak they did to him within that 6 hours but we took him out of there & NEVER TURNED BACK!! I wouldn't recommend bringing your dog here. Pleaseee please please save your $ & take your babies somewhere else. Oh.. haha... & to top it off, on our way out one of the rude ladie's (that works there) family/friend came in to say hi to her or something.. while I was paying, the family member walked in, my 8 months old goldendoodle greeted her (he ran up & sniffed her), she was like "omggg ahh no" & almost kicked my dog... it didn't seem like she was mad it looks more like she's afraid of dogs.. like um... this is a place that needs dogs for business.. & I know for a fact she was a family/friend or someone close to them bc one of the lady started bringing her outside to the back door and both of them were chit chatting... so unprofessional.. read more

They've seen me through 2 of my, now deceased, babies and are taking care of my third who is a 6# Yorkie. They always remember him and are quick to point out any issues and offer homeopathic suggestions which have worked, saving me thousands in vet fees. I wouldn't rate them at all. They deserve zero stars and everyone needs to stay away. I went on recommendations that I found on my local Next Door. Went to visit on Saturday.. all seemed good - great sales talk!! Dropped our 2 off on Tuesday morning. We had even shown the owner a photo of our Schnauzer and told her we only needed him trimmed and cleaned up. We were told that they would be bathed, nails trimmed, teeth brushed and groomed. When my husband got there, the owner said that he had some matting and he told her that just a trim was needed. He had a couple of knots, no more. About 5hrs later, he picked up a dog that looked like he had been skinned. All of his beautiful show coat was gone. She insisted that he was completely matted. All lies, he had a couple of knots that could have easily been cut out. His back legs and back area are almost raw looking. His eyebrows are crooked, his beard sides are mismatched. They did a great job on our 2 long hairs (baths, hair cuts, nails trimmed, etc.) and 1 short hair (bath & nail trim). Worst haircut EVER. My yorkie was all chopped up. Asked that NO hair cut get from his skirt and it was all cut off. Didn't do ANYTHING I asked, left off cutting his hair from legs, butt area, ears and neck... Horrible Horrible Horrible job..... will never go there again.. read more

I own an Aussie, and I know what it takes to get all of the loose hair off of them. So, when I am promised that my beautiful registered Aussie will be washed, trimmed, ears cleaned, and the loose hair removed, I expect it. This was not the case, she was picked up with loose hair blowing off of her, very stressed out from being in there, and her ears were not even touched.
