After a scary encounter at the Groomers in a specialty pet store (not a national chain) I knew I needed to move to Mobile grooming. After my first conversation with Rhea I felt really comfortable with having her work on my Pom. My initial feeling was correct, Rhea has been the best groomer I've encountered the area. Efficient with time, understands the needs for the dog breeds hair type, and gets everything done. When Rhea was on hiatus, and I had to try other groomers (Mobile and other wise) it became evident that she was truly a gem! If you have made it this far in my review , then you truly understand how important it is that you have a groomer who not only has the "skill"but the "heart" as well. The groomers that lacked the "heart" would act as though my Pom is difficult and wouldn't even complete the grooming she needed. A waste of time! They make you go through a process of filling out a form online. They have not gotten me back and it's been over two weeks!! I could of gone with another company because this place is a waste of time. If they do not accept new clients anymore then say so! Don't advertise to customers to fill out a form and not get them back! I am within their location and I don't live in an apartment so there is no reason for me to not get a response! RESPONSE TO RHEAS RESPONSE: I had already had a second appointment scheduled with you, I have a huge emergency that I had to leave the country for. I was a little skeptical about the Mobile idea but it turned out to be great. My dog was never caged because she came to my home and gave him right back to me as soon as he was ready. The groomer was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, caring and nice. You can tell she knows what she is doing and loves dogs. I can honestly say that my chihuahua now looks his best.
