Our first time here and I gotta say, our little fur baby has never looked better. We have taken her to a few groomers, and never had such a great groom. We walked in and were greeted and they seemed to really appreciate it was our puppies first time there. When we picked her up, she was happy, wagging her tail and seemed super happy. If you are looking for a very reasonably priced Groomer that does excellent work and very quick this is the place. Amber is wonderful to work with always willing to do what is needed for your Dog. She has groomed our Pom Kirby and our Long Hair Chihuahua Andy, our Yorkie Lucy. And this coming week she will also be grooming our older Pom Teddy and our Pom Chi Jake. She has always done excellent work, the Dogs look beautiful and happy when you pick them up. This is my first dog and my first experience taking him to the groomer. He is a rescue with social anxiety so I of course was worried. The girls there are so friendly and loved on him. Amber is the one who I have interacted with and she is so personable and professional. She explained what they did and what he needed. They were very helpful and professional. Always loved the owner. My dog always looked great coming out. However the owner isn't reliable. We were told to drop off our dog in a range of about 2 hours. Starting at opening. And we were there right at opening and she didn't show up. TWICE. Once on a Saturday and once during the week. I had to get to work and couldn't wait. I left. She called later and asked where my dog was. I told her she wasn't there when her business was supposed to be opened. She said "sorry I was running late." Doesn't cut it for me. You have business hours for a reason and people work. Sorry. We changed groomers. read more

I just took my pain in the ass chihuahua to get a nail trim. Normally this is a nightmare(she's a screamer). Luckily one of the girls at this shop handled her perfectly. I was able to walk in, hold her tight and have her nails clipped in just a minute or two. It was great and so convenient! The employee was very knowledgable and also recommended great shampoo for my dog that has had trouble with fleas. This place is a little hard to find, it's behind the chevron that your GPS will probably take you to. It's next to a place called Crossroads and you can't see it from 377. But seriously, it's directly behind the Chevron. read more

Amber is amazing!! We have been going here the past 3 years. She does nail trims and anal gland expression for our pups (I'm sure it's not the highlight of her day but she's always so sweet)! They are short hair so don't need much grooming, but I have seen so many other dogs there, always looking good! Our dogs are high-maintenance and moody. She is always so friendly and good with them! This was the best dog grooming experience we have ever had! Our dog gets really nervous and usually doesn't let anyone touch her paws. We took her to Ultimutt this past week and they called us halfway through her grooming to say they couldn't do her paws. They invited us to come up and try to calm her. Before we even got there they had tried again and succeeded. They noticed they other dogs were making her nervous and waiting until she was the only dog and she did much better. I was so appreciate that they were so observant and able to help our dog finish her grooming. All of this AND their prices are incredible!! We will be going back regularly! read more

I have an Aussie/Blue Heeler mix who is terrified of everything including strangers so I was really nervous getting him groomed for the first time but Amber was super friendly and understanding of his breed and was able to get everything done I was hoping for! He has a lot of long thick hair but they trimmed everything up very nicely and brushed him out completely after a nice wash, he smells and looks so good! ever since i can remember my parents have taken my dog dixies to dixies to be groomed. She always did a great job and we NEVER had any problems with anything. The lady is very nice and tries to do whatever she can to keep the dog comfortable. my family liked it so much my grandparents started taking their dog there too.
