I wish there were more stars to give!!! I took my 14 yr old, grouchy,stinky and I mean stinky dog into the grooming department. I talked to groomer Scarlet. She is a very nice young girl. I was scared to leave my beast of a dog there. I told Scarlett she was going to need a muzzle on my dog.. Then I left. flash forward a few hours. When I seen how Scarlet had cleaned up my stinky dog, I was amazed!!! She shaved her down, just like I wanted. She trimmed her nails, cleaned her ears. I didn't recognize my own dog.. Scarlet, you are the BEST! I will always bring my dog to this store and this groomer named Scarlet!! I wish I could give you 20 stars! You deserve it!! read more

Love this place, as does my pup! Whenever we walk in, the employees treat Taki like she's their dog. They did great with her nail trimming and were excellent at calming her down. She typically gets very anxious when I leave her, but she did great. They even I cl died a nice bandana for her. The dog wash stations are awesome. Lots of room and you have everything you need. The store often has good sales too. Two employees, I didn't get their names unfortunately, were very helpful in helping me find a new dog food for Taki as I wanted to increase the quality of her food. read more

Fantastic store and amazing staff! I agreed to take a dog last minute so it wouldn't go to a shelter and I literally went inside the store and said "help". I had dogs growing up but not one since. Aiden walked through each and every aisle with me helping me pick products and figuring out all that I needed. Mika the groomer also took the time to explain dog brushes to me and how to take care of my new dog's coat. They were so nice and very knowledgeable. This will definitely be my new store. read more

This is my go-to pet store. I live about 30 minutes (but it is the closest location to me) and I will continue to drive every bit of 30 minutes specially to go to this store. They almost always have everything I need, the staff is always so willing to answer questions and help me with anything I need and the one time they didn't have something I needed the manager went above and beyond to help me and ensure I got the pet food I was looking for. The products are great. This review is about the pet baths and staff. The water kept going cold and the blower was super cold! Also the shampoos were mediocre. I had to wash my dogs three times to get them clean with that soap. My dogs were cold and stressed leaving there. I have used the self baths at the pet store on Teasley and was very impressed. This one was $5 more per wash and even the towels were gross! Not worth the extra money or stress on my pups. Staff was nice enough but I felt like an inconvenience coming in. I will drive the extra in the future instead of coming back. So sad. read more

We have a 1 year old puppy Shih Tzu Luna, she got her first professional and takes her time to get it right. Our pup was extremely matted in her hocks. She looks like a new dog now. We will be back to see Sharlet in the near future. She is truly a dog lover. Price was great, to have had her totally groomed nails, anal glands, ears cleaned, teeth brushed an what a great job she did. Naturally, I was very nervous. Sharlet promptly greeted us at the counter with a warm smile, was very calm and gentle with the dogs. Sharlet was patient and gives the dogs time to relax.
