My issue is immediately following my first experience (and I mean IMMEDIATELY like same day) I have been inundated with hard sell follow up pitches by email, phone and text . Multiple and incessant pitches per day. When I didn't respond to a recent text I Received a text "Jeannie?". Obviously they can't take a hint so I've resorted to blocking all of their contacts. It is vastly more expensive to acquire a new customer than to keep an existing one. Constantly badgering a buyer ensures they buy once and never return. Did I mention they're also seriously overpriced ? I learned my best grooming option for my 14.5 yr is the mobile groomer while also learning the last groomer I'd ever use again is this one.

I wish, I had their pics at this time, you'd see how great my pups look! For our two Cairyn…read moreterrier mix pups, we started with Beaus this spring after an unsuccessful search for kind, competent, and dog loving groomer(s). These people fit the bill in a big way. Our two babies come out with their pretty bows on, looking really fine. The cuts were just right and one dog, Starbucks, was so impressed with herself, that it's funny how she perched like a sphinx on the back seat!. They have been patient with our crazy schedules, often getting mixed up, and a couple of big illnesses this past May. They also do just about any reasonable request, such as medical soap shampoos (Starbucks has bad skin allergies, we bring the soap, of course). They are always on time with pickups and they do extremely well with handling us, the always worried and ever- calling parents! In short, if you want your dog to have grooming done by someone who actually likes your pup, and gives it hugs and is kind too--this is the place to get wet!

I informed them that she didn't like her face to be touched and her feet and I knew she would be a challenge for them. Other groomers gave up on Nahla and left her face half cut before. When I went back to pick her up, she looked AMAZING. I couldn't believe how successful they were. Her cut was a classic Toy Poodle cut as requested. I also wanted her feet cut down and they did such a great job with her. I know she wasn't the easiest client but hopefully that changes over time. Special thanks to the groomer (wish I could tip more) for all your patience and care for a difficult new client. Support your local small business.
