This place is amazing. The people who work here are welcoming, nice, and helpful. They have a self wash station that has everything from towels, shampoo, and blow dryers. There are many types of blow dryers from low to high pressure. Their wash station is adjustable to all heights' of your pet. They have many variety of shampoos to wash your baby with. Three different size towels, an apron to keep yourself clean, and multiple brushes and tools for after wash. All of this for only $10. Nail cut is $14 and they also have a grooming service. Have been coming in the location for years. We've bought our food here and have bathed our dog here. The gentleman that has helped us before has always known our boxer girl barks but she's just saying hello. That person has always been kind Today we came in for a bath. The person/employee here today asked if we were in for a bath. I said yes and because he came out of no where he scared me and my boxer. Of course she started barking. I told my boxer girl to be still and it's okay. As she kept barking the person who came out of no where said, "Shut up"! "Shut up"! "Sit and shut up"! I was beside myself and almost started to cry. I apologized. I apologized and said, "She's just barking she was startled. She's a dog". I was about to tel that person to not speak to my dog that way. When he yelled at me saying, "You need to leave"! "I feel threatened"! "Shut up"! "I lost my cool but you have made me angry". I started to cry because my boxer is a dog and she was barking and there was no reason for this person to ask me to leave when he startled us and he could have left the area. I didn't say anything and left. I can't believe the way we were yelled at and I will not return to this location. If you have a dog that barks stay away because if this person is working he will yell at you. I don't understand. We've been coming here for years. You have lost a very loyal customer and I will share my experience with social media, family, and friends. I hope you read this and take note. I do not like to leave negative review but I am going to be fair and try to list out both pros and cons just as precaution to others who might like to try this business I have seen rave reviews about their grooming service so decided to give it a try. First I tried calling and the guy picked up very quick but promised me he would call back in 30 min. Well I waited for over an hour but no call back so decided to call again. Then he apologize with some random excuse but did give me a spot for grooming very soon which is the defo pros But here comes the cons: Fast forward appt day 9/13 @830 : we showed up promptly noticing the door shut and the store completely closed. So we made many phone calls leaving several phone msg and continued to wait for another 40 min until 9:10( their store supposed to open at 9) but still nada. So we left Then fast forward hours later at 130pm I did not hear anything at ALL from either the store manager or groomer. So decided to give them a call again. Well I suppose the store manager picked up the phone as if nothing has happened. Then I asked what was going on he just simply said the groomer is on quarantine from suspecting Covid contact. But then why didn't I get an notification before the cancellation ? " oh the guy who was supposed to contact msg you didn't give you any msg ? " and I said NO Okay then how about the closed store after 9am opening hour ? Then he said heavy traffic. How about returning my call after four missed phone msg earlier ? Then I got the " didn't you get our cancellation msg again? " a big huh are you kidding me ? I understand their groomer might be superb, but they gotta work on their customer service and creditability, they are both incompetent and irresponsible. Will not consider making another appt with this store unless they could show more respect to their clients in the future read more

We came to bathe our dogs but now they have no dryers?? Very strange because they used to have dryers. That doesn't work for a long haired dog. Total mess and frustrating. We loaded back up and left. read more

My two dogs Jackie and Miller LOVE this place! We have taken them to DIY bath and loved it. It was so simple and everything was ready available BUT then we took them in for a grooming! Eva is AMAZING! Now we are on a regular schedule. I drop them off in the morning and when I pick them up they are both so happy! Took both of my puppies here and they look and smell absolutely amazing! I have a 3 yr old pit bull lab mix as well as an 11 yr old German Shepard! My German Shepard has been smelling like mildew from getting in the pool during the summer and this is the only groomer that was able to get the smell out! Best groomer I have ever taken my pups!!!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this business. The owner, Jennifer Williams is truly a special lady. I have spoken to her various times since she opened and she has always offered great advice. Most recently, I went to her store to find the best food and supplements I could for my dog Willow who was diagnosed with terminal nasal cancer. Not only did Jennifer give me great advice for both Willow's current state and her potential state in the future, she truly cared. This has been such heartbreaking news for our family. Our sweet girl is much too young to be battling such an awful disease. But even in this troubling time people like Jennifer remind you that there is good in the world. I brought Willow back for a bath and Jennifer even stepped in to give her a good scrub down, lots of love and extra treats. My gratitude cannot be expressed but thank you. read more

They provided all the necessities (apron for the washer and for the washee: towels, several types of shampoo depending on your needs, conditioner, shed preventative, dryer, brushes) and a few extras (a grooming table and treats!). Just bring your dirty dog and leave clean and happy. They also have a store full of treats, toys, food, and all kinds of pet care products.
