This vet clinic is AMAZING! I called them because we rescued a stray dog that got hit by a car. His injuries required an extensive orthopedic surgery and even though this clinic was not equipped to do the surgery, they were so caring and concerned! They even called the next day and asked me how he was doing. They did not get a dime from me, but were truly concerned about this dog that they had never seen! All I can say is WOW!! How many vets would do this?!! I talked to the vet tech here a couple of times and he referred me to an emergency vet that would be able to perform this surgery. We love this vet! We have taken all of our Golden Retrievers to him. They are all rescues and we adopt the "over 8" crowd. We have had 5 since 2009. Dr. Eubank is by far the best vet I've ever been to. He and his staff are caring and professional. He is the most compassionate vet in town. He is accommodating to everything I need. I thought I was his number one patient but after reading these reviews, he treats everyone like they are number one, huh? Great facility and Dr! The clinic isn't loud or crowded, no crazy barking or scary noises, pretty stress free for our pup! Staff is super friendly and caring! She insisted I take my four senior rescue dogs especially the one that had a tumor growing under her paw, ouch. Thoroughly explained everything, may have to remove her toe. Great place to take your pets. The owner/operator has done everything from surgery to cleaning out my dogs ears and every time his work is satisfactory. Most of the time they are also up front and trustworthy about costs which is hard to find at a vet. The staff is very friendly and provide very good attention to you and your pets. Most vets do everything they can to upsell and make you feel bad if you say no, but Dr E just tells you like it is, and makes you feel like your pet is the only one that exists. Excellent. Dr. Eubank has been our family vet ever since I returned to Texas. We could not go anywhere else We began to see him with my 2 precious Siamese cats, who are now serious seniors, with his Mobile Vet Services. He has made the decision to have an actual clinic in a traditional brick and mortar building, "practicing medicine the way He wants to". Well, all I can say is, that's exactly what you want for him to do. Due to his professional and accurate diagnosis he saved my precious lilac point from breast cancer, helped us with putting a lovely senior collie to sleep (horrible experience of loss, but, Dr. Eubank's sense of dignity for your animal is always a priority; he has availed himself to caring for our pets on the week-end, when he is usually closed. But, the Eubank's Clinic is great. He is such a gentleman, he went to A&M. Greets your pet 1st, I happily noticed, then welcomes you and shakes your hand. It's a clean, fresh smelling (important!) facility. He has a staff, however, keeps his hand in everything, so, you just might be reaching the doctor himself on the phone...I guess we, as well as other longtime clients and patients are somewhat used to that, as we never had to go through a "gate-keeper". His prices are reasonable, although now with a new facility, rates have gone up a bit, but, they are competitive. For the expertise, knowledge, caliber of facility, as well as state of the art equipment, plus, the respect with which he treats your pet, as well as you, it is truly a "bargain". Who hasn't gone to a somewhat burned out facility, or, facility facing burn-out, and suffered through it. He doesn't "load on" add ons. He presents items he feels that may be of benefit. But, there is no hard sell, or, heavy guilt laid on you for not leaving with a couple hundred dollars of extras, although those things DO keep the doors open, as well as help the prices stay a little lower with a little extra "head room" for the electricity and equipment. I have been so grateful to this man for his consideration to our pets, which is so genuine, as well as any strays I have brought in. I have horses and was warned by him that he doesn't treat horses any longer, so, I needed to find someone. He wasn't kidding. Two days after I had relocated my 2 mares to a new boarding facility, we had a pretty serious accident with both horses. I called to ask what I could do....He asked if I was close, met me at the Mobile Services location. When I arrived, he had my "kit" all prepared, and gave me the best instruction on wound preparation for bandaging a horse's leg (there are specific ways to do different injuries). Incredibly, I found my lessons beneficial, so much so that I decided to do them myself rather than have the vet I consulted later, who was closer to the pasture wrap them, as mine stayed wrapped for up to 3 days-to their next dressing change, the new equine vet's kept coming off the 1st to 2nd day (and, btw, I was grateful to the veterinarian who's services I consulted in Allen, he was fine, it was just that Dr. E. had taught me how to bandage very, very well, thank goodness. There are too many wonderful things about this man, as a person, as well as a veterinarian. He really is the one who was an "animal whisperer" as he grew up on a ranch in East Texas. His parents raised him "right". He has a lovely family who work in the clinic from time to time. It just doesn't get better. He has spoiled me to any other vet I may ever encounter in the future. However, our family is absolutely grateful for him, and to him, without question. You cannot go wrong here. You might find it's well worth the drive, just as we have. When you find someone who has everything you would place on a "wish list", you are willing to pack a lunch just to get there. You, and your "companion" will be so happy you did. There are just far more success stories for our family here, with Dr. Eubank, than sad ones, for us, without question. Like I said, he's an excellent veterinarian. read more
