Beware: I have been taking our dog to be groomers here for 7 years and loved the previous owner. I called for an appointment and they said they could no longer take our dog because we had missed 3 appointments- which all these were due to extenuating circumstances and we paid for the service and fine each time! I was appalled that they would just do this as we love our groomer and we did not file anything against them when they chemically burned our dogs corneas with some shampoo 2 years ago - Flower Mound Emergency animal clinic has the records . We considered that an error as we are loyal to our vendors, although ut was a horrific experience! I would not recommend them at all now as this new owner does this to loyal customers. So sad. But they will reap what they sow. read more

No longer recommend! My dog's groomer left. A new person named Jamie groomed him yesterday. He has a deep knick under his right eye and his neck is scalped. His skin is inflamed and itching. Thankfully I bathed him today to remove whatever product was used on him. This is how I noticed these issues and left phone message today requesting refund and noting my dissatisfaction. I just went into the shop about an hour ago with my new puppy. She has been having some stomach issues and I knew I needed to change her food I just didn't know where to start. The woman inside of the shop is a registered dietitian she got me set up with everything I needed to get my dog happy and comfortable! Seriously I learned more in that 20 minutes then I have with most of the vet visits I've had throughout the course of my life. We're trying some new food now, and I'll definitely be back! Garbage standard of service, Wish I NEVER came here I brought my dog for a haircut and shower for 60$, when I came to pick my dog up he was cut horribly looked abusive and I was told I still had to pay full price still. Absolutely horrible customer service I said can I leave 30$ and bring him back to get finished I got kicked out and banned for no wanting to pay full price crazy manager didn't even answer my question on why i couldn't bring my dog to get groomed even though I paid half of the service I received. Do not use this groomer. I took my dog in and my dog ended up with a neck sprain and cuts on each of her ears. The owner then called denying everything and yelled at me when it's my dog who was injured. After getting all of my dogs groomed here for many years, I've sadly made the decision after yesterday's appointment to never return. I brought in my rescue dog for her only ever third appointment. I booked with the same girl she had used the other two times. When I called after three hours to check on the progress, they said another 45 mins to an hour. So an hour rolls by and I show up. The girl checking me out tells me that in order for my dog to come back she needs to be medicated and that she really didn't like the dryer. Which fine, I don't have any issue with that. She is an anxious rescue who I'm sure like us all could benefit from a little calming agent. However as I'm waiting, I'm assuming she was the manager comes over to me an explains how the groomer is very frustrated and how she "made notes" in her system that she told me that in order for me to bring my dog in she'd need to be medicated. I'm an extremely type A person, I'm pretty sure I'd 100% remember being told something like that. When I explained how I was never told this, she never once apologized or took any ownership of not relaying that information. She just kept pressing the issue. I explained how she had a vet appointment the next week and I would discuss the issue with them. When my dog came out her haircut was super uneven, I don't think any hair was cut off her tail at all. I can deal with the hair cut being off, but being scolded and assuming I was lying about being told something just really didn't sit well with me. We'll be taking our money elsewhere. read more

I have used them for grooming my 13 yr. old Border Collie a couple of times. He gets well groomed but the more important thing is that when I told them he is having difficulty standing for long periods of time they said they would give him periodic breaks. He also likes to bark his head off when he sees other dogs and they are able to keep him calm. Yesterday when it was time to pick him up and the place was packed with people and pets for an adoption event. I was concerned about him making a big racket and setting off all the others so they suggested I drive around back and they delivered him to me without incident. I really appreciate the caring way they are taking care of my sweet old dog. read more

My little best friend Tanner has a high-grade heart murmur and his back left leg is a mix of prosthetics, pins, and wires. I was very anxious taking him to the groomer given his recent heart episode but the person who answered the phone put me right at ease. She patiently listened to me talk about Tanner's health and needs then recommended we find a spot where he could be that groomer's only client to get him in and out quickly with minimal stress. Autumn, his groomer, did an amazing job carefully bathing him and giving him a trim. I am SO thankful for the attention to detail and safety by her!! He looks handsome and I'm very happy with our overall experience. I'd highly recommend them for all animals to get groomed, especially special needs ones. Thank you! read more

I have to hand it to Mallory at Earthwise, she handled our chocolate lab very well. Gus has had 4 surgeries on his back legs and is very sensitive about anyone brushing or bathing him. He's a happy camper 99% of the time unless he needs grooming. I warned them ahead of time and then crossed my fingers. He came home looking gorgeous and exhausted. I have been taking my 3 dogs for over a year to this place. And I would give them 0 stars. Poor management and have no clue how to retain your customer. First I was late 5 minutes , and because I'm never late , I called ahead to let them know that I will be 5 minutes late, well they charged me $15 dollar for that because that put the groomer behind, I thought it was not fair again because it was the first time I was late but , I paid that. Second time screw the appointment and didn't do absolutely nothing to solve the mistake they did! Plus their groomer are the worst! the only good one don't work Saturday. We brought our 3 1/2 year-old family member, a dog named Bella, in for her first time grooming experience on Monday. Autumn, the groomer, gave her a great all-over trim which left her looking so much neater and clean! Bella is a shy dog, but she came back to us happy and unscarred by the experience! There were no nicks on her skin and she was absolutely not traumatized! (she is a rescue puppy and we always bathed her ourselves because we wanted to make sure she was handled correctly!). Bottom line is that we were very happy with our experience and we will definitely be back! The staff seems to really love dogs and cater to them, and we were very happy with the results! read more

Had my dog groomed her four times between 2015 and 2016. Grooming itself was good, pricing reasonable, but all but one time he came home with an infection (ear infection from two of the visits, bacterial infection in folds of mouth from a third). Unfortunately it took me taking him four times to figure out that while his haircut/grooming looked nice, he was coming home with an infection most times. Maybe it was something allergy related, the other dogs there at the same time, cleanliness of facilities/tools, or just bad luck on our part. read more

This place had 5 star reviews so I chose to bring our Coton de Tulear here for grooming. First impression upon entering is the overwhelming smell of urine. Not great, but ok. Grooming was ok, not the best I've experienced, and overpriced in my opinion. We paid less in Argyle and it included a bandana and cologne. I went ahead and scheduled a 2nd grooming but had the exact same experience, including the urine smell. Won't be back. read more

My rating is purely based on retail shopping and not grooming, we have never utilized their grooming services. I was super stoked to check out this place due to their stock of premium, quality brand merch (food, supplements, treats, etc). It was 2.5 hr drive roundtrip and sadly, I was not impressed. The store is small so shopping made me feel cramped and closed in. I understand not everyone is on board with face-masking in stores but due to rising covid numbers in DFW areas, myself being a primary caretaker for sick, immunocompromised family members, I was not thrilled the groomer came out talking to a customer without a mask and another team member wasn't wearing a mask at first but later donned a mask that barely covered her mouth. If we were outdoors, not an issue, but in such close proximity in a small store, not ideal. I also learned of their return policy which is more of an exchange rather than no questions asked, satisfaction guaranteed refund policy like PSP or Hollywood Feed. But I still gave 2 stars because, like mentioned before, they DO have some great premium brand products that other stores/boutiques may not necessarily carry but I don't think it's the right place for me to feel like I can safely and comfortably shop for our babies. read more

I loved the service! My dog Lola is very timid and fearful of everything!! Heather is the groomer on staff that we see and she has made Lola feel so comfortable she doesn't hesitate walking back to the grooming area without me anymore. She even took a treat from her last time! The owner is so nice and informative. They always have the best snacks, toys food and even accessories for my baby. After visiting a few times, buying some goodies/ healthy food and talking to the nice staff members, we brought our dog Vinni in for her 1st professional grooming experience yesterday. We were super nervous as she'd never been in a proper grooming situation before and as a rescue you don't really know how they'll react in new places, with new people, etc. Vinni gets spooked and bolts. Into traffic. I've seen it happen and I was terrified to leave her with anyone. Ever. She has booked it out of friends homes and run home in the middle of the street. Not. Great. Suffice it to say, I had nightmares. Not a prob, one word: Jackie. Oh my goodness. When she came out to meet us, her energy immediately made us feel better. This shop is filled with the nicest, kindest, most patient people in all of the land! EVERYONE in here has a genuine love for animals. It's obvious once you walk in. And this place a way cool. Love the décor. Love the vibe. We're from LA, California where everything is super dog centric. This place is rad! Vinni is our second go at a "furever" home. After losing my beloved Murray in '14 and my hub's dog Shadow last year, we weren't sure we could ever love another. Then deal with the worry that goes into their well-being? No way. Enter this nameless little love bug we call: Vin. We took the leap! How stoked are we to know we've found someplace safe for our little bun. Vinni looked & smelled like heaven. The best she's ever been!! Everyone in there held Vinni and loved on her just enough to put her at ease. The one thing I'll never forgot tho: the feeling I had watching Jackie walk away. back to us, taking Vinni to the back: TOTAL TRUST. I can't tell you exactly how or why, but I knew she was in good hands. The best hands. The only hands capable of putting both of us (me and the dog lol) at ease. The tender care and affection this amazing woman gave our dog after just 4 minutes took my breath away. I walked out without a care in the world. Vinni is a 6lb chihuahua, so it was fast, but they are so stream-lined in there I imagine most dogs would be faster rather than not. Their selection is top notch. Everything is geared toward a healthy pet. I can't thank everyone enough. Truly amazing souls!!!!! So grateful to have found "home". read more

The entire staff at Earthwise is helpful, professional and kind. Heather is the best groomer that has ever groomed my dogs. One of my dogs is very small and very timid. Whenever Heather knows Princess will be there, she sets up little hideaway for her. Princess runs into the little hideaway, but by the time I get back to pick her up, she is running around and playing and happy as can be. I am grateful that she feels safe and secure there. Just went into this store less than 30 minutes ago. Website stated they have RC Pet products. Was looking for Pawks Pet Socks for my senior dogs. Drove 45 minutes to find out they do not carry RC Pet Products after all. Clerk tried to send me to Big Box pet supply store that does not carry that product ( and the ones they do have are not worth purchasing). Clerk was not friendly. Was disappointed to experience this lack of service after seeing the other reviews. What a waste!!!! read more

the place I usually take my dog to get groomed isn't open on weekends so I was researching for places and thought I'd give EathWise a try. Soooooo glad I did!!!! They were very friendly and understanding (even though I called twice to reschedule last minute). The groomer was super sweet and explained everything that would be done with Rocky and seemed very knowledgeable as well. Everyone that worked there seemed very genuine and friendly. Their prices are very decent and they were done with Rocky in about an hour for bath and nails. Will definitely be coming back! It's in a great location too so you can keep busy while you're waiting for your pooch! read more
