Tried this mobile grooming service for the first time and am absolutely happy with my decision to do so. Having 3 dogs and 2 kids and working it's harder to find time to get my dogs groomed. My goldendoodle desperately needed a cut as she was matted in several places. I was able to contact them with the ease of texting. They were immediately responsive and got me in the same day. I believe my groomers name was Jason. Hw was so professional and kind. He took Ellie, my dog, to the car and washed, cut, cleaned her. She came back looking great! It was what I expected the cost of her groom to be ($150). That seems to be the going rate of her grooms. Thank you so much for taking care of my sweet girl!

I just wanted to update and add that I have been using Paws On Wheels Spa to groom my 2 pups for over a year now and they are just AMAZING! I can't say enough great things about them. I have senior dogs that can be a bit difficult to groom but Jason is so sweet and kind with both of them and they come out looking wonderful and feeling so much better after being pampered! Me and my pup had the best experience with Paws on Wheels! Jason was on time and and had such a kind demeanor - my pup was at ease to go with him. Mona is a goldendoodle and I'm sure those with fur babies with special hair understand the nervousness of having your pup come out looking silly. Her hair had also become very matted so I knew there was a chance she would be shaved down pretty short. Not only was Jason able to make her new, short look adorable - he cut her face shape like a goldendoodle! Mauricio is great with my puppy. She is only four pounds and he is very gentle with her. She goes crazy when she hears him pull up. He is quick and her cuts are always clean, even and the length I asked for. Mauricio listens to all your concerns before the grooming and gives after care instructions to preserve his efforts in between appointments. He responds quickly when you ask questions in between appointments too. Can't recommend more! read more

Jason has been doing Oscar's hair for all of Oscar's 11 years. Oscar gets a lot of compliments from my friends. But what is more important is that Oscar has received compliments from other groomers too. I am lucky we found Jason. And even luckier that Jason drives up to the house to groom Oscar in his van. I had been getting desperate to get one of my boys groomed. His hair was growing too long and he was starting to become batted in some spots. I had been looking for a while for a reputable groomer. I refused to take him to one of the big box stores to groom after a disastrous experience with a previous dog. I came across Paws on Wheels on Yelp a couple weeks ago. I didn't see very many reviews but the ones I saw were recent and very good, so I reached out to them. Within minutes, I got a response fromMari and after showing her older and recent pics of my boy, was able to give a quick and reasonable estimate. Now I wasn't expecting them to have any openings right away, but to my surprise, they had an opening that same day. Jason showed up on time. The van looked clean and Jason was very nice. I asked if he had seen the pics as I wanted my boy to look close to how he was as a puppers 3 years ago. Jason told me not to worry about my boy! I was sure he was in good hands from the reviews I had already seen. My boy was done within the hour and he looked exactly how I expected him to look! I was extremely happy with the results and would recommend Paws on Wheels to anyone looking for a very good mobile pet groomer! These guys are great and I will definitely be using them again! Mauricio did a beautiful job with my maltipoo. I've had such a hard time finding a groomer I liked. He did such a good job and was able to work out a few mats she had. Some groomers are too quick to shave everything off. Plus the mobile grooming is so convenient. read more

I picked him up and he had been de-shedded, nails AND his paws were trimmed!!! Some customers might be happy about getting a service they didn't pay for. If the de-shedding, nail and paw trim was what my dog needed AND it was a job well done, I might feel differently. But that is NOT the case! De-shedding issue: My Golden does NOT have the long, flowing "typical" Golden fur. His is fur is fine and short, it just doesn't grow much and does NOT to be de-shedded!! It finally had just gotten long enough this past year that it layed down. Now, it's sticking up every where, gets tiny tangles, is a shaggy mess! Nail trim and Trimmed paw issue: When I say, they trimmed his paws, you can see where they just snipped the "grinch fur" sticking up on the top of his paws, not that they did a nice trim job and blended the fur etc. Some Golden owners might not like the "grinch feet" but I am not one of them! The nails didn't even need a trim, now they have jagged edges!! The paw trim was not a job well done and was NOT a service I asked for!! My biggest issue though, is getting a service I DID NOT ask for or want!! WHY were grooming tools even near my dog when I ONLY ordered a basic bath?? I have sent an email asking a manager or owner to call me to discuss this. I have also called multiple times asking to speak to someone in charge or call me and nothing!! It's been a week now, No response to my email and no call back. So this is my first negative review EVER! So at this point, all I can say is, DO NOT GO HERE if you want any level of professional customer service or if you want any service that is what you asked for and looks good!

I am absolutely devastated by what happened to my dog under Helen's care. I trusted her to groom my…read morebeloved Bernese Mountain Dog, but instead, he was left injured and sick. She used harsh chemicals on him and left them on too long, which burned and irritated his skin. On top of that, she aggressively scratched him with deshedding tools, leaving him raw and in pain. Within 24 hours, my sweet happy and energetic dog became lethargic and very unwell, barely able to move and not eating or drinking. We had to rush him to the emergency vet, where we were told that his rash and sickness were caused by contaminated grooming tools and/or the harsh deshedding products that were left on him. I asked all the questions and double checked that there was nothing else that could have caused this and he doubled down on the groomer causing this harm. Hearing this from a medical professional broke my heart -- my dog suffered because of carelessness and disregard. No pet owner and more importantly no pet should ever have to go through what we did. I entrusted Helen with the health and safety of my dog, and instead, he was harmed and traumatized. Please think twice before allowing Helen to touch your dog. Our pets deserve gentle, safe, and compassionate care -- not to be put at risk. Very friendly staff and you pay ~$15 to enter a room full of cats ready to play with and adopt. The gift shop out front is wonderful! Cat toys, cat nip, cat-themed jewelry and t-shirts. There's a little bit of everything. The coffee set up, due to health regulations, is just a small Keurig machine, and you can't bring your drink into the cat visiting parlor. This place is dangerous, if you love cats, it may be almost impossible not to walk out with a new feline member of your family.

We are new to the area and needed a mobile groomer. Jason was very responsive and was able to groom our fur baby within a few days. Showed him a picture of how I normally have our dog groomed and he did exactly what I asked. Our baby was under a lot of stress with the move and getting settled in and Paws on Wheels helped with the transition by coming to our house. I won't hesitate to use him again. read more

Mauricio came on short notice and looked after my 2 dogs. He was punctual, pleasant, and efficient. His work was good and our dogs look and smell great! Best grooming my pup has gotten by far. Jason really understood what I wanted and was was best for my dogs breed. My pup Remi (golden doodle) is 8 months and Jason was very patient with him. Mauricio has groomed my dog Penny a few times before and he has been the only one to be able to finish because he is a very scared dog! Mauricio did such an outstanding job cleaning up my Pomeranian! He was very bushy and his coat was just getting out of control for me. I requested that he not get shaved down and still make look like a fluffy Pom. He made him look amazing and my pup seems super happy. read more
