You can tell the staff loves your pets as their own. The manager is fantastic and has many years of experience working with dogs which gives me such peace of mind when we board our girl for a few days. The staff also sends pictures everyday and keeps their phone on hand, providing EXTREMELY quick responses to any questions or concerns by text. You can even have your dog groomed! We often do a simple shampoo/dry and then I get to take my squeaky clean, and VERY tired pup home. If all of that wasn't enough... they also do things for the pawrents too. Sometimes they offer contests where you can win discounts! Last year for Christmas, they made us ornaments and this year... they outdid themselves. They had custom sweatshirts made, with a REAL picture of your dog in a Santa suit... I mean come on.. I thought I died and went to heaven!! The staff is awesome, very friendly and welcoming. They always greet Aspen by name, which says a lot about how much they care and pay attention to the dogs they see regularly. Aspen absolutely loves going, she gets so excited the second we pull up and always leaves tired and happy, which is exactly what I want to see after a stay. What I appreciate most is that I can really tell she's well taken care of while she's there. It gives me peace of mind when I have to leave her for a few days. Knocking off one star only because there wasn't much communication or updates during the stay (which some places do offer), but honestly, that's a small thing in an otherwise fantastic experience. We'll definitely keep coming back!

I informed them that she didn't like her face to be touched and her feet and I knew she would be a challenge for them. Other groomers gave up on Nahla and left her face half cut before. When I went back to pick her up, she looked AMAZING. I couldn't believe how successful they were. Her cut was a classic Toy Poodle cut as requested. I also wanted her feet cut down and they did such a great job with her. I know she wasn't the easiest client but hopefully that changes over time.
