I had to BEG for photos and updates knowing my dog wasn't eating for a week. Then they pass the SAME PHOTO and even sent me a screen shot of the edited time stamp to prove that they it wasn't edited. Guess they didn't look hard enough because the date the photo was really taken was on their screen shot. Attached are pics of the two weight pictures (drop off and pick up), a screen shot of the text message exchange and a close up showing the actual time stamp. The biggest thing is that I had a dog with special needs that was away from home not eating and I wasn't getting communication.

First and last time taking my two dogs to this location…read more I've always boarded my dogs at the Arlington location and have had good experiences there. I wasn't aware this location doesn't offer a multi-dog discount when dogs share a suite like Arlington does. At check-in, I specifically asked if my dogs would be staying together so they could receive the discount, and I was told yes. I also asked at check-in whether this location provides Pawgress Reports and photos during boarding because I've always received them at the Arlington location. I was told yes, but unfortunately, I never received a single report or photo during my dogs' 9-day stay. They stayed for 9 days, and I packed individual bags of food for each meal--one for each dog in the morning and one for each dog at night--for a total of 36 bags. When I picked them up, both of my dogs' paws were covered in urine and smelled strongly of pee, which was extremely upsetting. The employee at the front desk also returned about half of the food I had packed. When I asked why so much food was left, she responded, "Well, you packed 36 bags," in a way that made me feel dismissed. The math is simple: 9 days × 2 dogs × 2 meals per day = 36 bags. I ended the conversation because I felt like I was being made to feel foolish for packing the correct amount of food. Casey, the manager, did call me afterward, and I appreciate that she took the time to listen to my concerns. However, I'm still very disappointed that my dogs appeared to have been left in conditions where they were covered in urine when I picked them up. Based on my experience, I would recommend taking your pets to the Arlington location instead.
