The Caribou Club opened its doors in 1990 as Aspen's first members-only club, offering fine dining, an impressive wine list, bar and nightclub. The cuisine is elegant, sophisticated yet approachable. The staff was impressive with a great and friendly sommelier who made you feel at home with old friends! They have a great focus and attention to details to ensure a classy and feutre experience. The food was absolutely fantastic with one of the best rack of lamb I ever had. Their heavy load garlic cheese bread is a local fav! The line to get in was long and you need to be invited by a member. Then magically the tables are removed and the place transformed into a magical night club where old friends can rock the casbah with a beautiful cowboy/cowgirl crowd! What a cool place! I had the best time at the Caribou! We will be back!!!
