Excellent choice for lunch. Food is surprisingly good, especially the Asian station. We had an outstanding shrimp pad Thai with good wok hei. It might not be traditional but it was damn delicious. Other food options were more than acceptable, including large slices of pizza. Ramen was disappointing but mostly because of the small portion and lukewarm broth. Service is friendly and quick. Seating can be limited but that's standard during lunch rushes. On nicer days there are seats out front and on a patio out back, accessible through the dining room. The views are stunning so it's a great place to stop.

I recently attended an event here and the location is out of this world. After a gondola ride to the top, you arrive to beautiful views. We saw this at night so I can only imagine how spectacular it is during the day. During the event, they had a few food options to snack on and I am still dreaming about the mini grilled cheeses. They were absolutely delish! Can't wait to come back and see this spot during the day!

Best cafe food out of the 4 mountains in Aspen. Great beef & broccoli bowl, salads, & ramen.

We purchased the gondola lift ticket package, which came with a credit so we opted to eat here. Burger was $17 and very average tasting, but high prices are to be expected at the top of a mountain. Enjoy the gorgeous views!

Beautiful views up here where you can enjoy a filling lunch. The grilled cheese and the tuna melt were tasty! Easy to order and everyone was friendly! If you need to warm up with some coffee, head over to the coffee shop for some Lavazza!

Think this might be the only good option on the Aspen slopes. The big plus is the bathrooms are not downstairs. All these on slope lodges have the bathrooms downstairs make it hard with ski boots to get there. Food options were perfect. I had the tuna melt. Aspen is filled with locals and no kids.

The view is epic! Wow! Lots of tables, inside and outside. Big windows with amazing views. Wrap around deck. Full bar. Lots of food choices. $$$$

This place is must visit and must try place. You are at 11200 feet high in the mountains and good tasting food as well. Unlike mid-vail , here food was pretty awesome. Both buffalo chicken sandwich and the cheese pizza were awesome. I was so tempted that even though stomach was full, I went and bought soup at end. Tried veggie delight chilly soup and was awesome as well. Altogether all 3 things which we tried were awesome. Take aspen mountain gondola and reach to the top in about 15-20 mins to try this when you visit Aspen.

A must go if you are up there in the mountains. The soup and stew were very delicious and hit the spot in that cold weather. Price was reasonable, too.

Love the wok dishes. 2nd time back and still awesome! I'm not a fan of eggplant normally that is not breaded but this was good too. Not sure of any other food there as i will order at the wok every time. Draft prices very reasonable and the view!

    Ramin, pizza and fruit.

Great selection of good food. Amazing views. Friendly service. Definitely having lunch here again.

Gondola up to Sundeck (there's Aspen in the distance). 10 minute ride. Not recommended for those with a fear of heights!

From the moment we walked in, I loved the atmosphere -- it has such a cozy yet high-end feel that makes it perfect for a special occasion. Our server, Jay, was amazing. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and gave us great recommendations that really enhanced our experience. We ordered the Caesar salad, which I understand is one of their signature dishes, and it did not disappoint -- fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The onion soup was perfect for the weather, warm, comforting, and very tasty. We also had the burger, which was excellent and very satisfying. We didn't order more only because we had already had snacks on the mountain, but honestly, everything we saw being served around us looked incredible. It's definitely a place I would love to come back to in order to try more dishes. Highly recommend for both the ambiance, the service, and the quality of the food.

Hot, delicious, loved that the cheese was thin and not a thick layer. Same goes for the bread. 2. Ribeye cap (special; 8oz) - Very peppered with a crust on top. Delicious and more lean than I thought (which is not a bad thing). 3. Asparagus - Nice touch that they split them lengthwise. Salt and pepper, sauce on the side as requested. Very good. 4. Bison burger - Big, oily, messy. Truffle fries are average but good flavor. The bacon in the burger is overpowering so had to remove and put on the side. Overall a nice steakhouse dinner, especially for a mountain town. Recommend to try!

We ordered wine to start, and the selection is about average, lots of pricey wines and not a whole lot of more affordable, good quality wines were offered. Nonetheless, we thoroughly enjoyed ours! They started us with a complimentary pork belly appetizer which was incredible! Next we had among the 5 of us: the kale salad (amazing) the fried calamari (lots of tentacles with small pieces, could be better) Margarita pizza - average, wouldn't order it again The burrata, definitely our best choice! For dinner we had the ribeye, also a wonderful choice and cooked beautifully. The tuna was really good, but cut a little odd so it was sort of awkward to eat. The cavatelli pasta with sausage was also very good, I'd definitely order that again. The chicken was good, a large serving so certainly shareable. For sides we had the mushroom risotto which was perfectly done and very flavorful (my favorite part of the meal), the meatballs which were quite dense and garlicky, and the brussel sprouts which were pretty good. I personally had the rigatoni bolognese, which unfortunately was so undercooked I couldn't eat it at all. Not al dente, just flat out underdone :( the presentation was beautiful though! And someone in my party ordered iced tea, for which they brought sugar, but she said it was so sweet already so I'm not sure if they know is sweetened already? They offered us an array of desserts to make up for the few mishaps which were all amazeeee, especially the tiramisu and the chocolate ice cream with toasted fluff on top and caramel! It had a different name but either way it was great. I'd come back to try it again possibly, but we have had so many incredible dinners in Aspen I had to give this place a 3, mostly because the only thing I ordered was the rigatoni (inedible). Better luck next time I suppose!
