It's not as if we took a table away from paying customers in a packed restaurant. Charging that kind of fee when the restaurant was empty is one thing, but the dismissive and hostile attitude made it far worse. Aspen is known for warm hospitality, and everyone else we encountered was wonderful. Unfortunately, this was the worst customer service experience I had there. I would strongly recommend spending your money somewhere that values its guests.

He lived the crunch and flavor of the Caeser salad was amazing! The dressing was creamy, bright, tangy, and salty with a perfect touch of pepper. I'm very picky with my caeser dressing and prefer my own homemade dressing, but this one was the perfect amount of flavors I expect from a good caeser dressing. If I'm ever back in the area I will definitely be coming back to try some other dishes.
