The bar was hoping on a Thursday night and the margaritas looked very tasty and were going down easy. I order the steak street tacos with beans and rice. The tacos and the beans were great however the rice was lacking in my opinion. I should've just put some salsa on it and it would've been great. My wife had the ceviche and she really really liked it. Speaking of salsa, the house salsa that was served with the tortillas was very good a little bit of salt and a squeeze a lime, and it was perfect. Our waitress was a very nice young lady who was hustling as she was the only waitress on staff that night. All in all, this is a good place. I would highly recommend it and I'll be back again.

The food we ordered was bland, I ordered the steak and shrimp fajitas which lacked flavor and seasoning. On top of the lacking flavor the fajitas were not served hot and didn't sizzle or smoke like fajitas should smoke. We also were disappointed since many items listed on the menu weren't available. This restaurant also lacks a website to show off their menu which in 2025 is something that all restaurants should have along with a social media presence. I also didn't like that this restaurant tried to pull a fast one by charging $2 extra for shrimp when it did not specify that up-charge in the menu which is completely unacceptable. Overall this restaurant is a sorry excuse of a Mexican restaurant but I do see the potential of this place being on Gordon Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares or Jon Taffer's Bar Rescue.

A number of friends have recommended LIno's as being a good bar that is customer friendly and has good food. I just left there and am still disturbed by my experience there. It was a Saturday night around dinner time and I was looking forward to just a burger and a beer. The place was only about a quarter filled with plenty of seats at the bar. The atmosphere leaves something to be desired. I sat down at the bar and the bartender without the slightest bit of friendliness or smile just asked what do I want? I ordered a beer and a menu. There was a high top table behind me that had 4 or 5 couples that were loud. Sorry, let me say they were screaming, yelling and carrying on louder than I ever heard a group in a bar. The women were the loudest just screaming louder and louder. Suffice it to say I did not order and could not even finish half of my beer. I asked for the check and the bartender gave a knowing look as if to say "they are kind of loud". Why the heck can't a manager ask a group to quiet down and show some courtesy to other customers? I got to tell you this burger was delicious! No lie! It was crispy on the edges and moist and flavorful in the middle. The crispy edges were amazing. Plus it's big. I ate 1/2. It comes with fries. But you can get tator tots too. I got the fries. They are the coated kind. I'll be honest I am not a fan of coated fries. Should have gotten the tator tots. Those were better. But didn't know. Next time I do. There are a few locations. And other restaurants under this ownership in the area. I guess the ownership is throughout the far east side, we spoke to the server and she said they are good people and have good reputation too. That's good.
