So Ive taken my pup to Petco since he was a puppy now he's 4. One groomer was so Dam rude she called overhead fir lockdown because I told her to take ger leash off and I would put ny own off due to my request for her nit to shave ny schnauzer down to look luke a rat. Mind you rhe previous customers bought his puppy in and it snapped at anothergroomer and she jyst went off. Hate us such a strong word but the groomers there are rude, hateful and no compassion for pets. I dislike rats but I wouldn't let them cut a rat for me. Downright neglectful in the "care" of their animals. Spoiled bedding, glass covered in feces, no hay for the guinea pigs and way to small of cages. It's sad to see animals suffer purely for the financial gain of a company. This store NEEDS to do better so customers have to stop being the ones stepping up to the plate. read more

If I could give them a 0 I would. The ferret cages are disgusting, the employee out and out lied to me about they're fed dry food every hour & they turn it over and see they have water, they had 1/4 of a water bottle of water, and see they have wet food, which looked like it was fermenting it was so old and nasty. She was more I interested in talking to coworkers. Out of Nutro canned food and Greenies that I buy; and "we don't know when we will get a truck next week". If you don't order it then I'm sure you won't get it in. Just a nasty, smelly, unorganized, uncaring Petco. read more

I haven't been to this location in a long time, but went today for a visit and I knew right away that I had to update this review. It smelled bad, as most animal-related places do. This was beyond the usual pet smell. I soon found out why. Every animal area was filthy. There were litter boxes overflowing, dirty food and water, even dead fish. The store was a mess, dirty floors, empty boxes laying around, and unstocked shelves. I only saw one employee while I was there, and there were signs for hiring, so maybe they are understaffed. There is no excuse for this. Digusting! read more

I have to amend my earlier review of this Petco location. Service was outstanding! I was greeted when I walked into the store - was asked immediately if I needed help. While I was looking at the dog food brand I normally buy I was approached by a salesman and he asked if he could help. He carried the bag of food for me to the cashier and offered to carry it out to my car. Such a huge improvement over previous visits. I will definitely come back. read more

0 Stars if I could! The fish tanks were all infested with parasites when i went to get cherry shrimp for my 10 gallon tank. INFESTED. I pointed it out to the associate who stated oh it wasnt lukr that yesterday. I'm sorry but hundreds of white (small and LARGE) parasitic worms do not simply appear overnight. Obviously the associates do not properly care for their fish and maintain their tanks, the tank decor and water integrity properly. I'm so grossed out. I'm sorry for those who bought fish here and urge you to check your tanks for parasites. read more

decent enough store. the employees try really hard to help you find something but sometimes i felt like they were being sarcastic or rude but not outright. a bit condescending just a few certain ppl. the training class thing they do is HORRIBLE for customers shopping. they move a bunch of stuff in an already tiny shop to make a big space to rope off area for dog training classes. so when u come in with your own dog your "a distraction" well sorry. but you allow other dogs and your holding class in the middle of store RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE DOOR!! and i NEED to get something off the shelf by your class. wish they paid more attention when someone is standing at the register. i dont steal but i wonder if they have ppl just take the merch and leave because ive waited at the counter more than 10min on multiple occassions. once i had to go open the stock door and ask for them to check me out. read more

I love this store! I love the Dog Trainer Stacey!! She is awesome. A puppy came into my life about 5 months ago at the age of 8 weeks. We started the puppy 1 training the day after I got her. I was so impressed with Stacey's ability to train me to train my puppy lol!! She is so positive, energetic and passionate about how we train our dogs and communicate with them. I must have asked her 100 questions about what to do about different situations and she was always patient with me and took the time to explain. My puppy is 7 months old now and we have been through Puppy 1 and Puppy 2 training. Wherever I take her people are so impressed with her behavior they almost can't believe she is only 7 months. As for the rest of the staff - they are pretty great also! They are nice and helpful with anything I need or concerns I may have. This was written almost 2 years ago and somehow I never posted it!! Stacey is still there and I too another class! I like this store because it is smaller and they have become part of my extended family. They take the time to get to know their customers, and I have more then once heard the associates address customers by their name as they enter the store. read more

Smallest Petco I've ever been to, and I'm from a small town. The store smelled terrible and I was not greeted once. I stood in a line that was lit but never had an associate attempt to check me out. Needless to say I put my item back and took my business elsewhere. Petco needs to look at their management at this location or it will be another empty building soon. read more

the employees have always been nice, however it's truly disgusting and tragic to see how they keep their ferret cage. first of all for three ferrets it's incredibly small, secondly there's so much feces in the cage and absolutely no where for them to play, and no hammocks. read more
