Only when I asked these questions, extra chargers were brought up: - Square footage is more than 200sqft? (Ours was 210sqft) Thats an extra $50 - Oh, not on the first floor, thats another $50 for "mobility cleaning" - Oh, you might have a stain to address (our home is pretty clean, and we were only wanted a fresh carpet for a newborn on the way - was just asking how they remove stains). Yet another $50. This would be on top of whatever special they had 3 rooms for $135. This was all my own questioning to them to get a quote, not the other way around either. Otherwise, they would've showed up, and then hit us with these hidden fees. Bonus was after I said thanks, I'll call if I am interested. Their cleaner called that morning saying they would arrive at 8AM as if the appointment was already confirmed.

Carpet Kings to the rescue!!! they literally saved the day!…read moreUnfortunately, we had an Airbnb tenant smoke inside of our home for 6 straight weeks. We thought we'd have to throw away our couches, decorative pillows, & love seat. We called carpet Kings and they seriously were there and less than 2 hours! They guaranteed that their steam cleaning would permanently remove the odor. Honestly, I was extremely skeptical that it would work, so they offered to do 1 couch pillow as a test.. It absolutely worked! They saved 2 couches, a loveseat and 25 pillows! The smoke odor is completely gone and was not replaced with heavy fragrance or chemical smells. I thought we would pay thousands of dollars for this service but NO, they are extremely reasonable, too! The technicians were so friendly & professional. I cannot say enough great things about this business. They deserve all of their positive reviews & then some! The owner was happy to invoice me with the correct wording for my Airbnb claim; truly a lifesaver, I am so grateful for them

Devin was incredibly flexible with scheduling, communicated clearly, and made the whole process easy. He treated the carpet with enzyme treatment, cleaned the loft and stairs, and paid close attention to the areas where the issue had been the worst. The service was fantastic. The attention to detail was phenomenal. He was professional, personable, and clearly cared about doing the job well. What stood out most is that Quick N Clean was very affordable, but the quality did not feel lower-end at all. Sometimes you worry that a lower price means you're sacrificing quality, but that was not the case here. Devin delivered excellent work at a fair price. I would absolutely recommend Devin and Quick N Clean, especially for issues where you want someone who is responsive, honest, and thorough.
