Amazing service! Thank you Tony-- very professional & super educational! He came right on time at 9AM, we chatted a little and he gave us a diagnosis on our area rug / sectional. We just went through potty training our puppy so you could imagine how scary our rug looked!! Tony got right to work & had our rug looking brand new by the time we got home from running errands. Not only did Tony get our rug / sectional looking and smelling right but, he took the time to educate us on how to maintain the rugs and keep the urine / pet odors away! Thanks again! Looking forward to working with you in the future. read more

The service was absolutely amazing. The carpets came out super clean and I didn't even know it was possible. I rarely use carpet cleaning companies but this is the time I felt how big of a difference it can make. Can't recommend enough! read more

I'm very confused by his response to my review. 1. My carpet was not very old or worn out, I just moved into this apartment last year and they were brand new carpets. 2. I have one older child and no pets. The only stains on the carpet were from food in the dining room. No bleach stains, and no other stains on any of the carpets. 3. We didn't speak whatsoever. Only once when I was booking the appointment and that is it. We did not speak after the appointment, during the appointment, and he never commented on my carpets. So in his response to this review, he said he was "reluctant to do the job, he informed me that the carpet was old and needed replacement, he could not do the job and get it back to fully cleaned with no stains so it's just an improvement job". Literally none of those conversations happened. At all. 4. He said this was a restoration job? And it involved multiple cleanings? This was the first time anybody has cleaned my carpet since I moved in a year ago and it was the first time I have ever worked with him so he has only cleaned my carpet once. 5. He did my area rug, it actually made it lose its softness, and it was still as dirty as it was originally after it dried. Again, we did not speak during or after the cleaning so his comment about telling me not to leave the area rug on the cleaned carpet is not true either. Surely he's confusing my house with a different one because his response to my review is completely inaccurate. I'm not sure how he got it mixed up since I wrote the review right after he did my house, so I'd think he'd remember it. I'm hoping his response was a mistake and not purposely lying to account for the issues I wrote. I'd like to continue working with him because he has the best deals, but not sure after his response. read more

Tony from Pet Techs was great. I called him 2 days ago on Wednesday expecting to have to wait at least a week if not two to have my carpet cleaned and he was able to come in just two days later on Friday. He's very friendly and knowledgable about carpet cleaning and explained the whole process plus some extra tidbits regarding the chemicals he mixes and the processes he goes through for everything. I had some deep stains from traffic through the apartment and everything is looking good. read more

Did a great job. Prompt and worked with my time frame. Will use again if needed in my area

Very friendly , and on time ! Definitely recommend especially if u want a detailed carpet clean with stains removed . Thanks Tony .

I had Tony clean my carpets today. He was on time and very pleasant and friendly. Don't let their price fool you. His work was much better than all the other carpet cleaners I had use. Actually Tony was kind enough to spend extra time without charging me to clean up the work of the previous carpet cleaners who had used cheap and the wrong cleaners. My carpets look brand new now. I highly recommend him and his services. I will definitely use him again. Thank you Tony read more

Pet-Techs uses the best technology so that the carpet and subfloor is not soaked with water. I have been using Pet-Techs for over 5 years and have always been happy with their work. Pet Techs - Our rug - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Anaheim, California

This company is the best carpet cleaning company I've ever used by far! A number of years ago, my dog got into something very poisonous and created a stain in my carpet that was about 3 feet across. Tony came out and worked on that stain until it was completely GONE! More importantly, that stain never came back...never! 10 years later I replaced the carpet when I did a complete remodel of my home. 15 years later, I am still using Tony, even though I've moved pretty far away. I've tried other carpet cleaners, but my carpet looks dingy after only a few months. Tonys products and method last me a few years. Super nice guy, very experienced and very detailed in his work. I won't use anyone else. read more

One of the best cleaning services I've ever used!! I can't say enough about how amazing my rugs look after this cleaning. We called Tony and got a very quick turn around. Tony transformed our heavily soiled pet and life stained carpets to looking brand new. We even had battery acid from cheap batteries all over our beige rugs that are completely gone now! The cleaning process is quick and dries very quickly. We even got a complete vacuum after Tony was done to give everything that professionally cleaned look. I highly recommend this service. The price is better than most others and you will become a repeat customer because they do such a good job. Our house feels and smells new again and yours can too!! read more

Tony just cleaned the carpet in our home. We have two cats and one dog. He did an exceptional Job! I will never call anyone else. In my opinion he is the ONLY company to call when you need your carpets cleaned, regardless of whether you have pets. The biggest factor in his success at what he does is that he knows carpet types and stains and he knows what will work and what won't. He knew that our carpet was not nylon, etc. It is polypropylene, which is made from recycled water bottles! We never knew this and never treated our pet stains and odors properly. The other company we hired before did not know this and treated it like normal carpet which did not work. Tony has a background in restoration and has developed his own system. I cannot say enough good about him, including his character. Hire Tony if you want an honest individual who will do the job right! read more

Tony was on time, very friendly, truly cares and is passionate about what he does. The carpets came out great. We will definitely use him again. read more

Giving this company ONE star is a stretch. I called today to get information about having an expensive hand-made area rug cleaned for my employer. A simple service for a carpet cleaning company to handle, right?! W - R - O - N - G!!!! Because I didn't have a "current pet problem" or because I could not tell him "the odor level of the area rug" - he responded by yelling at me! He told me that because I couldn't give him the information HE wanted that the price for cleaning was $150 and without giving me time to respond, he continued with, "okay?! Thanks. Bye!" CLICK. Extremely rude! They lack customer service and will hang up on you! Do NOT waste your time in calling! They WILL NOT help you. They just lost a client. And something tells me they will continue to do so. P.S. If you're a "current customer" of this company - call them to request your NAME & personal PHONE NUMBER be taken OFF their website. read more

STAY AWAY So many red flags presented themselves yet I still proceeded. First, I called the Tony (949-888-2627). Once I told him my location he began to complain about various clients around me. Between the negative banter, he put me on hold not once, but twice to take other phone calls. I explained my location but by the end of our conversation, Tony had threatened to show up and LEAVE if my apartment wasn't close enough to where he parked. We scheduled an appt for 10am --- fast forward --- 9:51am. Tony showed up and calls me asking, "Where are you, you're late?!! I'm here beating on your door. I have other jobs I have to get to!" I assured him I would be there by 10am, as I was less than a mile away. At 10am, on the dot, I pull up to my apt as he is leaving. Get this, he (the owner) then called me (the customer) to screeeam "I HAVE OTHER JOBS! WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE?!" I can't believe the audacity. He has no respect for his customers, nor does he know how to allot enough time for appointments, apparently. This crazed man has triggers...anything can set him off....and trust me, he comes undone at the seams. Very unprofessional and as rude. Doesn't need his own business, that's for sure. read more

Unprofessional, would not honor flyer sent out yesterday! Hung up on me! Said he lives too far from HB even though he had someone bombard my neighborhood with flyers! I can not recommend! read more

I have used Pet- Techs (Tony) three times over the last two years. He is very reliable. He always responds right away to phone calls. He calls to confirm your appointment and is very considerate of your time. He has always been on time. Tony takes pride in his work. Wants to make sure the customer is happy. I highly recommend him. I will definitely use this service again. read more

Training a puppy is a disaster and there is accidents everywhere. I did not want to go with a regular person who cleans carpets, I wanted to find someone who specializes in getting the dog urine stench out and not just masking the smell. I am so happy we found Tony! He is very helpful and informative on what really happens when your pet pees in the carpet. Will definitely continue to use him in the future! read more

Tony helped with cleaning the spot on my carpet (it had the pigment from the coffee as depicted in the picture before and after treatment). He also did a great and quick job for cleaning the rest of the carpet. I am highly satisfied with his help. read more

Nice guy, explains everything he does and why and the price was, well, good.....................until 3 months go by and the stains that I had that he told me he would remove and they wouldn't come back....DID. A bit worse than before. So, the old saying...you get what you pay for..... seems to be true. Not only does my carpet not look clean, not only did the stains come back but the furniture he cleaned do not look clean. Sorry to be the guy who is honest but when I pay for something because of the claims made by the vendor I expect that they are realized. No such luck here and will not use the service again. read more

I found Pet Techs through a friend who had used them in the past and loved them. Tony was so helpful with getting out our pet smell from the couch. He showed up on time, even called to confirm the appointment. The cleaner he used smelled great and was non toxic which was important with my pets. He was friendly, polite, and efficient. He even made me a bottle to go of his cleaning spray for spot treating!! We will definitely use Pet Techs for our future carpet and upholstery cleaning needs! read more

Tony came right after my husband called this morning! He is such a wonderful, friendly, kind, knowledgeable, personal, caring person and this all translates over to his work. It is hard to find small businesses these days who can back up their claims and Tony can back up everything he taught us about keeping our carpets clean from pet stains when they occur. His product is also non-toxic, which is important for our household, as I have Lupus, and it can leave me very sick with exposure to toxic chemicals. Thankfully Tony takes the time to use natural products to get the job done! There is a fresh, clean smell now, void of any toxic perfumes or chemicals. We know we have found a partner to help care for our dog and home in Tony. We will be using him again and again as our dog ages. It sure is comforting and a relief to know he is here and he gets the job done better than the competition naturally, professionally, cheerfully, and with all the knowledge he needs to do his very best! read more

Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone. Very professional, knowledgeable and passionate about doing an exceptional job which we appreciated very much not like the last guy who just came in and cleaned the carpets and arguably left them worst than before! Tony did an exceptionally great job and really took the time to explain all that he was doing, and the "why" behind the "what"! Our carpets look incredible to say the least. He was able to redo the poor job the last guys did. I highly recommend his services! Incredible work! read more

They are very professional and friendly. They do a great job! My carpets always look brand new when they leave. They have a great service for a great price. I used Pet-Tech to clean my carpet, area rug and couch. He told me they would be dry in55 minutes. 13 hours later they were still wet! When I called him to tell him that everything was still wet he yelled at me and told me I owed it to him to fix the problem. I cant believe I let him come back but I did. He " soaked" up the water and left. I was left with sticky, smelly carpets and couch. My area rug curled up on the edges and I had to redo the area rug myself! Never use this guy!!! He will ruin your stuff. This was the (949) number I called. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I called them stating I had a large living room and a bedroom. Tony himself stated that was 2 rooms and gave me a quote of $42. Before he came, I did what any decent person would do and moved all of my furniture and vacuumed the carpet. He showed up, took a look around and asked to see the pet stains. I showed him and he insisted on lifting the carpet. He was struggling with lifting the carpet , so I asked " will you be able to get that back in to place?" He then became irritated and explained how carpet was made to be lifted and put back into place. so, I told him to carry on. He then lifted the other side and ripped my carpet!! He then said " I don't know if I even want to do this job." "And this is more than two rooms." I said, " what do you mean you don't want to do this job?" " I'm all ready for you." He said " what did you do, move a piece of furniture?" " I didn't tell you to move the furniture, you moved it yourself ." And carried on in an angry tone telling me that was my decision. I asked why he didn't tell me over the phone that it was a possibility that he might not do the carpet, so I didn't have to go through all of the work and sit home. He was so RUDE, UNAPOLOGETIC, and UNPROFESSIONAL! He left and here I am, with a ripped carpet, writing a Yelp review rather than having my carpet cleaned . read more

Wonderful service cleaning my rugs that really needed to be cleaned because they were white. I learned that the previous cleaner used some other solution that left my rugs grey so Tony not only help fix the grey issue but used the right chemicals so that I would not have that grey build up again! I am very happy with this service and will def use him again! Thanks again for a great job! read more

I have 2 adorable dogs that are not the most obedient and I have also used this service for about 2 years now. It is amazing! I was screwed over several times by Chem Dry and wasted almost $600. When tony came the first time he was extremely honest and even pulled my carpet back and treated the bottom and padding. The price was very very fair especially after dealing with Chem dry. It was very apparent how knowledgeable he is regarding pet stains and urine breakdown-especially the science behind it all. Since then I have him come about every 6 months for a touch up and the price is more than reasonable! I've recommended him to several friends and coworkers who have been very happy with this service as well! My carpet always smells new- which is so important with two little dogs that aren't always reliable with their potty habits. It's always dry in 2 hrs and you can pretty much rub your face in the carpet and it smells amazing! So so so worth it! Don't even bother with a big company! read more

I found Pet-techs from a flyer in my neighborhood and called for an appointment for the next day. The prices are amazing. I got my sectional couch and 2 rooms cleaned for $100!!! I would definitely use this company again. read more

Tony was a delight to work with. I have two cats and one dog and multiple carpet stains from my adorable mess makers. Tony was able to get out the stains and the gross odors with his magical solution. My favorite part about this method of carpet cleaning is the quick drying time, only 20 minutes! Tony is very professional and gave me a great deal for his services. I can safely say, this is the place I am going for all my future carpet cleaning needs. read more

WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Must I even need to leave a review as I have already read a had full of bad reviews. I really should have looked here first. The other day I received a flyer on my door for Pet-Techs carpet cleaning service. We are expecting a baby an want fresh carpets for when she arrives so I thought we should give him a call and set up an appt. My fiancé called to set up a cleaning for 2 rooms and 5 steps that lead up to our bedroom. This man who drives a White Ford truck with a hard shell top showed up to my house walked in and assed the job of cleaning a small apartment. 700 sqft. The man had told me him and my fiancé agreed on a price for the job already. After he demanded to see the money my fiancé left for the job he tried to tell me I was paying him to do 3 rooms? I live in a one bedroom apartment with a living room... I proceeded to confirm with my fiancé on the "agreed" price.... Turns out they never agreed on a price. The man was being very pushy and rude telling me he wasn't going to start the service until my fiancé confirmed and that he was going to call him instead. I said, "ok you want $70 for 2 rooms and the 5 stairs..." I then asked, "what if I don't want to have the stairs cleaned?" He then replied he had to charge me for them... I said, "I do not want you to clean the stairs so what is your price to clean just the 2 rooms?" He threw a huge tantrum and Said, "you know what Im not even going to do this job", and he walked out and left.... Me: what just happened? I called my Fiancé and explained what had happened he called the guy for an explanation.. the mans screws came loose and he cussed my fiancé out and said he was not a man of his word and that they had agreed on a specific amount over the phone prior to doing the job. which was not true not only did they give us faulty advertising the man was extremely..... Rude Sketchy Unprofessional Im surprised they even have a business license it should honestly be revoked. This man is a loose cannon. read more
