She was young and walked me through the store and showed me the bath station and explained how it works : 1. They supply the collars that are water proof so yours doesn't get wet 2. The bath stations are amazing, 3 different shampoos look at my pics to see the variety of shampoos- one for sensitive skin as well . 3. The dryer is right there, she explained you put quarters in it and it dries your pup after the wash . 4. They supply bath towels to towel dry your pup if you choose to NOT use the dryer and just towel dry your pup if they have a fear of dryers or you want to air dry in the summer . 5. You also get a little treat for your pup at the end. 6. They have a big pet scale so you can. Weigh your pet. 7. The biggest bonus is YOU DONT have to clean anything up like at home , they do . So for $18.00 and when you buy 3 baths you get your 4th bath FREE YES YOUR 4th bath free so that only makes your 4 baths only $ 13.50 each not $18 that's a really great deal !!! 8. What I expected to be a $80-90 trip ended up turning into ~$150. When you go to Sydnee's booking portal online, a large dog bath is quoted to be starting at $75 for a dog within the range of 51-75 pounds. However, upon completion they charged me $100 for the bath. This would fall into the XL dog range, which did not make sense to me at all. I called the shop back to clarify why there was a such a huge discrepancy in price and they answered that my dog's coat is extra thick so they charge more for labor, which was never mentioned on the website. Also, I will post a picture of my golden for you guys to determine if her coat is "extra thick" or not. I think not. I also got a de-shedding treatment for my pup which was quoted to be $15. However, I was charged an extra $15 because of the "extra time"it took to do the de-shedding treatment. The bath time window they give online is 3 hours. I dropped my dog off at 11:55 and picked her up at 3:20 (they called me at 3:04 for pickup). What extra time is there? We were in the allotted time window for the bath and the lady on the phone even said that they started on my dog late so it should have taken even LESS time. At the end of the day, it's only a bit of a difference in price so I didn't give them a hard time, but I wish I had known about the extra fees that they hide in the bill. Just be wary of coming here because they will try to sneak things in! The work they do is average but the price is roughly DOUBLE. P.S. they had the audacity to show me a tip screen after I paid, which added another ~$15 on top of my bill.

But the staff were incredibly patient, friendly, and understanding. They handled everything with such kindness and made Champ feel comfortable throughout his visit. I've been going to this vet clinic since 2017, and I've honestly had a great experience each time…read more The staff is professional, and Dr. Joanne and Dr. Lai are always very straightforward about what is and isn't medically necessary. We have two cats that have been well taken care of by the staff (one was born November 2016, and the other was born October 2020). Scheduling appointments is seamless with the front desk, and I get reminders via text, phone calls, and even the Petdesk app that help me stay on track. During the peak of Covid, they were very careful to wear masks and had a good protocol in place to ensure safety of all workers and fur baby parents (e.g. phone call consultations with drop off; allowing individuals in room with masks required). Both of our cats have been spayed, and I've brought in one cat for dental cleaning twice. Both Dr. Joanne and Dr. Lai provided regular updates of how our cats were doing post-anesthesia, and they provided excellent post-anesthesia/surgery care plans that were easy to follow. Whenever one of my cats has had any potential health issue, Dr. Joanne and Dr. Lai always make sure I'm aware (e.g. diarrhea caused by stomach sensitivity to food) and provide a solution (e.g. change out food with recommended kibble; how to trim butt for sanitary pooping/peeing areas; conservative medicine(s) to help that are easy to administer). I'm writing a review after all of this time because last week, my older cat had a freak accident and pulled out her nail. I called the front desk, and they were able to get me in for an emergency visit the same day. Dr. Joanne called me within an hour of me dropping off my cat, and gave me a very thorough breakdown of what happened, what she was going to do, and the possibilities (good and bad) that could happen with my cat's recovery. After picking up my cat, I've been keeping on a medical cone (aka cone of shame) to help with her healing process, and just finished bringing her in for a weekly follow-up on her recovery process. Dr. Joanne was extremely attentive and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I trust this vet clinic very much, and I really appreciate everyone's attentiveness. It's very obvious that they all care about making sure our cats are healthy and happy.
