My memory is bad . The staffer , her name starts with a C was sooo nice . I m caring for a stray till I can get him rescued . I'm from up county but was in area . Got a perfect play toy and she even donated some samples . The toy has flexible metal rod with bright orange long feathery thing and got kitty to come closer. Can't pick Him up yet but he'll lay down next to me and play (rough) . He needs a home before the rains . He's still afraid but would socialize in a home , maybe not w small children as he still uses claws too much . Was dumped July/ August . I recently got a new puppy and I've visited at least half a dozen pet supply stores in the last month - everything from the big chain stores to the small business ones like this one. I have to say that of all the pet stores, this one really stood out! First of all, I had the pleasure of interacting with Jason, the manager (and I believe owner) of the store. He was extremely friendly and helpful! I went there looking for a specific dog treat and fortunately they had it. I picked up a couple bags of it, and then I asked Jason what other treats or chews would be good for a puppy. Jason took the time to explain the various chews to me and showed me which ones would be best for my puppy and which ones would not be so good. He was very honest and extremely helpful. I would much rather support a small business like this one as opposed to the large chain stores. They're located in a business park area off of Alicia Pkwy and Via Fabricante. If you happen to be in the area, I'd highly recommend stopping by and supporting this small business! read more

I loved the energy when I walked in. The store being clean, bright, and aesthetically pleasing. The employees are friendly and helpful. I had a young girl help me who was very knowledgeable and attentive. I'm not familiar with the dog food brands they carry, but she took the time to explain the difference and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision. I wish I could remember her name. I also bought some freeze dried turkey hearts on her recommendation. My dogs weren't sure at first but now they love them and I feel good about it. At the register, she reminded me to keep the receipt in case I needed to return the dog food. I appreciate the gesture. It makes me feel like a small town store where everyone knows your name. The icing on the cake was having my purchase loaded in the car for me. I didn't get his name but I'll update my review and get pictures. Again, no rush, we enjoyed a bit of small talk and off I went. We rescued a dog from WAGS in Westminster and when we told them they gave us a big bag of welcome home things like a small bag of food, a large can of food, treats and even a supplement. LOVE THIS PLACE!! To the business owner: I came in around 10am today (11-04-2020) and I want to give a shout out to both employees working. Looking back, I wish I remembered their names. They were both so friendly and on a day like today when tensions are high due to the election, it was nice to to be greeted by friendly faces and friendly conversation. It was a great start to my day! To other yelpers: This place is amazing! Extremely clean and friendly atmosphere. It is small, but because of the amazing organization in the store, they fit a lot of product in without it feeling cluttered and everything is in clear view and easy to find. Even though I didn't get any toys at the time, I liked their large collection of items that are great for small to large dogs. They have a bunch of different full balance diet options from kibble to raw. They even carry The Honest Kitchen Clusters! I wasn't expecting them to have it to be honest because it's such a new product and hard to find, and even though I was only going in to buy two days worth of food for my large bread dogs, I ended up buying a 20lb bag of clusters and a bag of NorthWest Naturals treats that we're on sale (an other brand that is a favorite of mine). Came here for the first time a week ago looking for some CBD for my dog. The person I spoke with on the phone was very polite even when I rudely interrupted him when someone came up to talk to me while I was on the phone. He was knowledgeable, asked me all about my needs and had recommendations, so I came to the store the next day. I'm pretty sure he was the same employee that helped me out when I came to the store. As soon as he saw me, he asked if I needed help and I got what I needed right away. I also found some tasty wet food pouches for my cats and some licorice chews for myself. Very cool store! There are many kinds of treats and lots of variety between cats and dogs. There's even bird supplies and fish goodies and all sorts of foods and beds. There was a lot to choose from for supplies but only a few things for clothing or outfits. I was looking for a birthday present for A friends puppy party (cuz fur baby lives matter) and walked around for probably 20 minutes before asking for guidance. A nice fellow showed me the cologne section which I thought was hilarious and fitting so I thought that. If your dog friends have dietary issues this is the perfect solution! I browsed some more, wishing my dog could fit into the adorable yellow raincoat complete with reflective stripe but alas, it was not to be. They have fresh food, frozen treats and even a bakery for your pups! Definitely come by for your own pups and enjoy the fun little trinkets for cats, birds, lizards and other kinds of pets too! read more

I was a consistent customer of Pet Country until they closed and decided to try Pet Supply Warehouse. They have been great, matching the level of service I received at Pet Country over the years! When you enter you are greeted and offered assistance, but if you don't need any, they are great and will also leave you be! If you need something specific, don't hesitate to ask- they do their best to meet your needs. Their prices are consistent, and I would prefer to support a small family business over a big box and pay a little more anyways. There was some confusion recently on a coupon they offered, and they did a great job of making it right. I always see their employees and customers wearing masks when I go in during Covid times and have had no issues with my comfort level while shopping. I lost my dog about a year and a half ago, but still go in consistently for the cat and always find what I need. If they don't have it in stock, they'll call me once the order arrives. I usually go into pet co but I started researching food and noticed pet supply warehouse carry what I needed. I didn't think much of it but I'm so glad I came here. I didn't catch the gentleman that helped me but he was so nice and even gave me a sample of a certain band I wanted to try out to. They have a large variety of food, frozen bones our dogs love, first aid items that are always needed, toys, and a long list of "stuff."
