I've been to Furly's several times now, and every visit has been a great experience. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to take the time to answer questions and offer helpful recommendations. You can tell they genuinely care about pets and their customers. It's so refreshing to find a local, family owned pet shop with such outstanding service and quality brands! Geoff took the time to talk to me about certain concerns with my Mastiff. He answered all of my questions and more! He gave me cost-effective options and the reasoning behind each. I highly recommend Furly's to anyone looking for top tier products and expert advice for their pets! read more

How did I not know this place existed! Great pet store with all the special touches. I asked my husband and kids to pick up birthday presents for our puppy's 1st birthday. I just said to go to petco because I didn't know there was another pet store in town. They brought home unique birthday treats, doggy crown, and a birthday cake stuffy. They ate the special treats (hamburger and bday bone) before I could get a picture. read more

Absolutely the best Pet store. Love the variety of REAL human grade dog foods. Not just kibble . Most of the employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. The owner is super friendly and gave me a referral for a holistic vet since I won't go to the traditional ones pushing kibble and vaccines down my throat. Love their annual sale and bbq and other events. Takes me 45 minutes to get there, but worth the drive read more

I simply love Furly's. I can't recommend it enough. I'm thrilled to have moved back to Lake Forest so I can make this my new home base for pet products. I have past experience in this industry and I'm shocked I never visited Furly's until now! I had always heard about this place from clients, and never heard a single bad thing. I have been here a handful of times now. I'm glad I finally got to see it all for myself! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. They're always willing to help me and answer my questions. They know their stuff, and never act like you're a bother. Additionally, they've got a great selection of products, and the store is laid out really nicely. It's bright, clean, and spacious. Parking is a complete non-issue. I have no desire to shop elsewhere or visit a chain store unless I absolutely have to. This place has everything you could possibly need, and I feel good about supporting them. Their reviews and reputation in this industry do not lie. See for yourself! read more

Knowledge, professional, and kind. I have been meaning to stop by this pet store for years. I finally was motivated to do so after seeing they were listed on the Lake Forest gift card site. They had the dog shampoo I ran out of and treats my dog will actually eat! I need to go back since I now want to switch her food to a more healthy option. The amount of health food and treats at this brick and mortar was impressive! read more

I absolutely love Furly's. They have every kind of food you could ever ask for your pets, the staff is amazingly kind and helpful, and they have great perks, like free bags of food after 12 purchases and treat samples. The very best thing is how helpful they were in helping me find a CBD oil for my cat in final stages of cancer. They showed me what they would recommend, talked me through the ingredients and the dosage and how to increase the dose as needed. Within a few doses, my cat noticeably started feeling better. He stopped hiding as much and started eating more again. They helped me increase his quality of life and I could not be more thankful. read more

I had to find another pet supply store after my go to store closed it's doors to move out of state. I looked at multiple places prior to settling on Furly's. I try to support small businesses as much as possible so I never thought to look at large chain stores for my animals. I decided to go to Furly's despite having another small family owned business literally across the street from me. Why did I choose Furly's? Well, better quality foods here and I feed my cats raw food. Furly's has double or triple the amount of raw food available for my cats as other places I have visited. The owner is usually always there and if not, he always answers my outreaches and questions on Facebook Messenger. Furly's is a fun place for your fur babies to go. There are so many good and quality toys, treats and food here. Furly's really cares about your animals and they plan events throughout the year including an area in the store for your beloved babies to take seasonal photos. The owner knows his stuff and can educate you on the better brands and why, as well as give your more affordable options. I have been referring friends/family to Furly's. I appreciate their rewards programs which you can rack up points for discounts on your purchases. During all this COVID-19 craziness, you can now also order for pick up or order for a delivery to your home within 7 miles from their store. Take your babies here. They really are worth it. read more

It's a smallish store so of course it's not going to have the same inventory as a Petsmart or Petco, but whenever we need something we know we can get from Furly's (which, honestly, is most things), we'd rather go there than anywhere else. The staff and owner have all been very knowledgeable and kind and do not try to upsell you or sell you things you don't need. They also have a variety of treat samples behind the counter! When we first got Ada and she was still slightly anxious and not food motivated at all, the sales associate gave us a bunch of different treat samples so we could go home and try to figure out what she liked. read more

Love love love Furly's! For my first time here I actually called beforehand to see if they carried OpenFarm products and the employee on the phone was so kind - she asked which specific line I was looking for and made sure they had them in stock before I went into the store. The store is very clean and the staff are so knowledgeable and nice. read more

I love this place. They have everything for dogs and the staff is so helpful. Definitely recommend!

100 Star review, Furley's Pet Supply would get it from me. This is the best source for pet supplies and quite possibly the world's Best Retailer! The are amazingly helpful, very friendly, the store is very well stocked with everything we need or want. Family owned and operated, these people really care about how they run their business! Customer Care 1,000 Stars Lucky us, their store is close and while that might not be the case for you, trust me when I say you will be so glad you went the extra mile. Thank you, Furly's! read more

I checked this place out for more cat food, first time at Furly's. All I can say is, OMG!!!! What a selection of EVERYTHING you will ever need! I LOVE this place. Here, you'll find brands that you've heard of and some you haven't seen before. Raven helped me, and she assisted me in finding exactly what I was looking for. ANYTHING in canned food, either in a case or individual, you will find. Another thing I LOVE is that it's a small independent family owned business, that's a huge plus for me!!! The location is out of my way, but it was so worth coming here, so glad I did. Excellent customer service, and they have their own rewards program so sign up. Huge selection of pet supplies! This will be my go-to place now. You will never be disappointed here. I'm all for helping small businesses. Highly recommended. read more

I made an online purchase after spending time with my brother's dog over the holidays and noticing that he loved my dog's P.L.A.Y. "Percy the Peacock" toy. After an online search, Furly's was the single retailer I could find that still carried the toy. I mistakenly submitted an incorrect address, and the toy was sent back to the company. Not only did they alert me to the issue, but they were so accommodating, helpful, and polite, despite the mishap being my mistake. I will certainly make my future pup purchases through Furly's in an effort to support this lovely, small business. read more

We love Furly's! It's just around the corner from Sports Park where we take our dog to walk every day. They carry food brands such as Orijen and Acana. If you feed your dog raw, they have tons of brands and harder to find options. Their pricing is competitive to neighboring chains but with the luxury of smaller brands and local offerings. We come to visit often because of our dogs food allergies. Their return policy has been wonderful since some items did not work out. Great shop, don't like to go anywhere else! read more

When you have pets, you only want what is best for them and that includes everything from food to treats to toys and everything in between. Furly's is a great one stop shop located in an industrial area of Lake Forest that may be overlooked by some. In driving past this place on our way to and from a nearby gas station I had always noticed it but assumed it was some sort of corporate building and not a regular store open to the public just based off its location. We were pleasantly surprised to find it was open to the public and even more surprised by the terrific product offerings inside. It is great to see so many of these independent type pet supply shops opening up around Orange County as they tend to go out of their way to sell the premium and nutritious brands that the big chain stores refuse to carry. It is always nice to be able to walk in and shop worry free about the ingredients and chemical compounds found in the foods and treats that are being sold without having to scan over the ingredients list with a magnifying glass. Due to some health issues with one of our dogs, we recently began to feed him a raw diet which has organically relieved him of all of his meds and other symptoms. Our other dog, although not on raw food yet also is given premium kibble and wet foods not found at Petco or PetSmart and I am happy to see that they carry all of the brands we support and much more at this store. It has been on the new and other outlets numerous times over the years about the issues that arise from feeding your pets treats and foods that are coming from China and other outside sources. It is nice to see that the majority of the foods offered here are U.S. made and a large portion of the treats both high and lower end are from New Zealand and other healthy countries. This opens up endless possibilities for treats and foods we can buy and not have to worry about the repercussions later that come with it. Furly's sells a large number of dry, wet, raw and freeze dried food for both your dogs and cats as well as a good assortment of toys, harnesses, bowls, leashes, chewies (raw hides, bully sticks, antlers etc...) and just about anything else you would need. The customer service here is also top notch and the gentleman working the front was eager to help answer any questions we had as well as inform us of their points program with Perka and you even get a $5 discount through Yelp with purchase of $20 or more. This is the type of place we like to shop at for our pets and is just another option of where we can find the OC Raw food we currently feed him (which is a brand not carried by too many). We will continue to be customers from here on out. read more

This establishment has been near work for quite some time, but we never made our way in. I either did not notice unless I happened to go down this street, or I would notice and soon forget. I figured that it was not a business that any person could just step foot in. We finally made our way in during a scorching hot day, as I needed to get a particular brand of dog treats for a friend and I was hoping they had it in order to avoid going to another store the next day. They did have them! We figured we would stop in once we saw pictures on Yelp that showed that it was a regular business. I hope that their location does not hurt them. I absolutely loved this store, and wish I had known or remembered to go sooner. The place is huge, much bigger than it looks on the outside. It's a big warehouse, with very clean aisles, and all the shelves are nicely stocked. What I loved the most is that pretty much everything I saw in there was a good, safe, reliable brand that I feel comfortable buying for my pups. They have pretty much anything from frozen raw food, freeze dried food and treats, wet food, dry food, cat food, dog food, bowls, toys, treats, beds, bully sticks, cleaning supplies, and the list goes on and on. This business is owned by a husband and wife. I love local and small companies in this type of business because they stock with quality products and care about your animal's needs. Also their pricing fits right in with about everyone else, so this makes it convenient for me. There is a $5 discount on Yelp if you spend $20 or more. They also have a mailing list to join for coupons. They gave us some treats and a trachea chew to take home to our pups. Definitely check these guys out. read more
