I've walked by this store so many times but today I decided to go in. The first thing that struck me was the variety of dog food! They managed to fill up both sides of an entire aisle with a large variety of brands and proteins for dogs. I've never seen a variety like this at other pet stores. I went to the snack aisle and was pleasantly surprised (again) by the variety of items that I haven't seen before. I walked away with dried rabbit ears, a huge pig ear, and wild caught dried Baltic fish. I will be back to try out more things for my pup. There's toys but a small variety. There's a reward program and I was able to sign up instantly by giving my name and number to the cashier. read more

The customer service in this store was on point super knowledgeable and helpful. Wide variety of pet food choices and samples if you want to try out what your dog likes before buying. Definitely recommended read more

Great spot, wish they had more for pets outside of cats and dogs (the logo was misleading with the frog on it). Picked up a few things for my snake and spider here but ultimately had to make 2 trips and stop at a larger chain pet store . Overall super cute offerings for cat and dog pets and great customer service. read more

Closed for Juneteenth? I needed kitten formula right away for some orphaned kittens and came to this store in order to support a small business. Shocked that they were closed (all other stores were open) and had to drive to Petco instead. read more

Best pet supply. They are very helpful and always has free samples by the check out!

I always try my best to shop local. Pet Supply exclusively sells excellent pet products in Orange County. It was time to bite the bullet and work with Santa to get our son, Stevie Ray, a new cat tree. He's been good this year, minus the few zoomies that have almost knocked me over. I went in just to look at the cat trees. Behold! I found this beauty. So many scratchers and they put it together, so I didn't have to. They had such great service that they event got it down and carried it out! I also got cat treats while I was there. It's high quality products and my go to for good service! read more

Probably won't ever come back here again. The energy in the five of the people that worked there were just really low energy and unwilling to help me with a question I had for a dog collar. Mind you it was on sale, but the lack of willingness to help was enough for me to take my business elsewhere read more

Underrated, humbly named pet store in the Woodbury Town Center, Pet Supply is home to more than just goodies for your standard felines and canines! Being a rabbit owner is pretty tough luck since most of your options are either Pet Smart or online. But thanks to Pet Supply I now buy all of my goodies here! The staff are so sweet and helpful. They're always asking if you need anything (I never do since I'm always casually browsing) and the service is quick. They have a membership program so you can track your purchases but I do wish they had a loyalty program so that if you spend x amount of dollars you get something out of it. Just a thought! The prices of the items at the store are competitive to the commercial chains which makes it an easy decision when it comes to purchasing them as I would much rather support a local business. Anyways, lots of love to this team and this store! See you in a couple days... because I'm always grabbing more treats and toys for the bunny! (49/100--2022) read more

I finally stopped going to Petco & Petsmart. This place is the best! It's super clean, organized, and everyone that works here are super friendly! I purchased a raincoat for my goldendoodle, but when I got home it fit him a bit small. When I came back to return it they were super friendly and helped me exchange it to a bigger size. I love how the poncho fits and the cool dog toys that keep our teething puppy busy! read more

This is a very cute shop with tons of amazing, high-quality healthy food options for dogs and cats! I'm especially thankful to Katherine who provided top tier customer service. She was kind, helpful, and really thorough. She advised me on the best kibble, treats, and toys for German shepherds. You can tell she is knowledgeable about all things dogs. This store thrives due to both the variety of excellent options provided here that you probably won't find in other pet stores as well as the lovely workers at Pet Supply who truly care about animals and people. read more

We love coming here for our OTC medical needs. After a Saturday morning hike, I noticed Emi's eyes were super inflamed and irritated. Since the vets office was closed, I called the store to ask if they had anything we can give her until Monday morning when the vet's office opened again. The girl on the phone was very nice. She told us to come in and she would help us pick something out. We applied the drops as directed on the bottle. Her eyes got better in 2 days so we didn't need to see the vet on Monday. This saved us $200 to $300 for the vet visit. Their customer service is excellent. Just Pawsome! read more

The sales associates have been super helpful and consistent. Extremely wide selection of high quality products for my two British Shorthairs -- one has a food allergy to chicken so this store has helped me found several kibble alternatives. Highly recommend read more

We've been loyal customers of Pet Supply Woodbury ever since we brought our dog home in 2018. Over the years, the team has consistently been kind, attentive, and genuinely supportive of our dog's needs. Their product selection is excellent, and the shelves are always fully stocked. We especially appreciate the frequent buyer programs and discounts on many of the items we regularly purchase. They even host fun community events from time to time, which we love. Another bonus is the location--right next to UPS, Trader Joe's, HomeGoods, and Paris Baguette--making it incredibly convenient to stop by while running other errands. read more

Great staff, great inventory, clean and well organized. What else do I need for a place to find pet supplies? It's perfect!

Walked in, I got greeted even before I realized I was inside the store. Girl at the front counter was very friendly and approachable, so I asked her about a few products for which she not only gave me her very honest opinion, but knew all about the products I asked about. Super impressive and very helpful. She made some recommendations for my specific needs and rang me up. In and out of the store in less than 10 minutes! I am a big fan of efficiency. The store front may look small but it isn't small inside. It's not quite a petco sized store but they are large and they definitely pack a punch with amazing products and items you can't find at a petco or pet smart. More importantly, great and helpful staff there to answer questions and help you out when in a hurry. Love this store and highly recommend it for pet owners! read more

The customer service is horrible. I was just there unfortunately my dog had too poo because accidents happen and i picked up after wards immediately. The two girls there are extremely lazy and were rolling their eyes at me, i'm there at the pet store with my pet to find reasonable food for her tummy issues she's been having . If you wanna have eyes rolled at you and hear complaints this is the place to go . Left immediately poor customer service =no business from me. read more

I like to support the smaller, local pet shops instead of the big chains, so I was really bummed out when the Pet Supply shop off Culver closed down. This location isn't that close but I came here looking for Grizzly supplements and was pretty happy to find that they carried exactly what I was looking for. I remember the staff at the Culver location being very friendly and super helpful and that is the case at this location as well. Drew helped me out a lot during my visit and I truly appreciated the time and help. This location is much bigger than the Culver one so it has a lot of inventory and a great selection. I will be coming here now on for all my pet needs. read more

I love this shop. They literally have everything you need and very reasonable prices. There are always sales or specials on different things every time you go. Love the folks here. They are friendly, listen to your concerns/questions, and offer various suggestions. They also, generously, take back pet food if your pet did not like it. We have been pet parents now for over 13 years and have been happy to make the drive to Pet Supply in Woodbury Town Center since they closed the one in Heritage Plaza near Ralphs. Although their selection is not as substantial as other stores, they stock the right products and seem to care about the well being of pets. The customer service at this location needs improvement however. Today, we were in the store and there was poop on the floor near us. My husband was watching both of our yorkies making sure that the leashes were not getting tangled, so he had eyes on out two pups the entire time, when a store employee told a customer that she had stepped in poop. I instinctively apologized thinking perhaps my dog had pooped but when I turned to look at the poop on the floor it was a big, long, black, soft poop and definitely did not belong to either of our pets, and trust me, parents know how their precious ones poop. The employee was incredibly rude to the point of saying, "I haven't seen any other dogs in here for a while" after telling her it wasn't our pet's waste. So not only was she rude, she obviously is not aware of the pets in the store because there were 4 other dogs there or leaving when we got there. Additionally, she asked if we had a bag which we did but, really?!?! You're a pet store, if you are not going to be prepared if a pet pees or poops and think it's acceptable when your employees are rude to your customers you have a problem. It makes me so sad that every employee there was rude and dismissive and really makes me feel that I don't want to spend my money there anymore. read more

When they used to be on Culver, my partner and I discovered it and fell in love with the friendly staff and wonderful selection they had for dog food, treats, etc. Since they moved to their current location, we still frequent the shop but now for our cat haha. They still have a good selection for cat products and I love that they have a buyers program where after a certain amount of times buying a product, you receive one free. I can't remember if it applies towards kitty litter, but I know it definitely does for large bags of Solid Gold brand cat food...! As mentioned, the products we mostly come in for are for kitty kibble and litter... and most of the time they have it in stock. But if they don't? No worries! They'll take down what you need and order that shipment right away and contact you when it's in their shop so you can come purchase it. So long as you can wait, this shop'll always try to take care of you. Pet owners, I definitely recommend this shop. Totally worth visiting :) read more

I love this local pet supply store. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable, it makes it easy to get quality products for your pooch. More than once, we've asked for recommendations for our dog and the staff are always willing to help. I was just there this weekend and a staff offered to bring in a sample of a product so I can check it out, no pressure to buy if I didn't want it. Just great service! I think there's a new wave of pet owners that are looking for the best for their furry buddies and this place does not disappoint. You won't find mainstream brands here because that food is mostly filler and not the best for our pets' health. Pet Supply carries great brands that are vetted and will keep my boy living a long, happy, healthy life. It's pricey but you're paying for the best stuff. read more
