Other dog owners at a doodle meet up recommended Dream. Lots of options and easy to book an appointment. They used to take Yelp requests but it's better to call. They do know how to manage doodles' hair. Ours has three different types and textures and the haircut always comes out well. The stylists talk through what you want and what will work based on face and body type, hair type, contingencies if there's matting, etc. It's small so only one dog is allowed to be picked up or drop off at a time. If you request, they'll also let you know earlier appointments open up. NOTE ABOUT THE SHOPPING CENTER: it is has VERY TIGHT parking spots and not many of them. There always seems to have some kind of construction, so it can be a little difficult getting your dog in and out of your car.

I've been taking my miniature schnauzer here to get groomed since he was a puppy. Now that he's one and had his fair share of visits, I am confident in giving this place five stars. I know puppies can be difficult, but they gave me no grief about his first visit. And every subsequent visit, we get a little report on his growing maturity. The staff here are so kind and seem to love their job. My dog can sometimes get knots in his fur, especially where his harness keeps him secure, and the groomers always do their best to get them out or try their best with his cut. They are quick and efficient, but still provide high quality styling and service. My little guy always looks so good when I pick him up. I highly recommend Dream Pet Grooming for your pet's needs. They have been nothing but excellent.

This was my first time bringing my dog to this groomer, and I had a great experience. I've tried several groomers before that didn't quite meet my expectations, so I did some research and came across this one. The reviews were positive, and I loved the photos they shared online. Going in, I already knew we wouldn't be able to achieve the full teddy bear look right away since my poodle had some matted areas. In the past, other groomers tended to give her more of a beard and mustache look instead. Stephanie, the groomer, was very honest and transparent about what she could do during this visit and explained that next time we'd be able to fully achieve the look I want. When I picked up my dog, she still looked very cute, and I was happy with the results. The staff was friendly, the service was great, and I'll definitely be coming back. I'm excited to see how she'll look at her next haircut!

My baby boy Ollie has been going here since he has a few months! They are the only ones who get his cut right. They are quick (usually 2 hour turn around time for a full groom) they respond so quickly via text, and they always treat my baby so well! The staff here are awesome! Sunny is so great with him! My dog has bit a different groomer when we tried a mobile groomer but no events here. They also have such cute clothes for him!!! They made sure he was groomed and dressed for our wedding. They hurt my dog and tried to cover it up. I noticed my dog wasn't himself after the grooming. Then I found some ointment was placed between his legs. Turns out they cut him with their blades. Not a single peep from them about this. I understand accident can happen, but failing to mention this says a lot about this place. We've been coming to Dream Pet Grooming for 3 years now. Sonny always does such a great job on Mochi's haircuts. The other stylists are good but we prefer Sonny. The only problem we've had was Mochi's lip was cut, but they told us right away and comped the service. We've not had any other problems since then and have continued to take mochi. I feel they specialize in mini poodle haircuts and even had a board for different hair lengths when first consulting on the style you want your dog cut. read more

The location is also very convenient since it's close to our home. One thing to note is that the pricing has changed over time. What started at $60 is now $98, and the cost seems to vary with each grooming, which can be a bit confusing. There have also been a few occasions when Archie's nails were missed, which I hope can be improved moving forward. Overall, we appreciate the quality of the grooming and the staff, and just hope for more consistency with pricing and services. Last year, we brought them frequently and always felt confident leaving them there. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the facility felt clean, and our dogs always seemed happy to be there. That's why it's so disappointing to see how much things have changed since the ownership transition. Since the change in ownership, we've noticed a significant decline in the overall experience. The staff no longer feels as friendly or approachable. While there are still a few kind employees, several team members come across as cold and unhelpful, making drop-off feel uncomfortable and even a bit intimidating. It no longer feels like the warm, welcoming environment it once was. We've also noticed the facility doesn't seem nearly as clean as it used to be. Our dogs consistently come home smelling strongly of urine after daycare. We occasionally check the live cameras throughout the day and frequently see urine sitting on the playroom floors for extended periods before being cleaned up. If messes in the common play areas are left unattended, it raises concerns about how often the kennels are being cleaned when the dogs are resting. Combined with the odor our dogs come home with, it has made us question the overall cleanliness of the facility. Another noticeable change is how little time our dogs now seem to spend in the play areas. We'll pay for a half-day of daycare, and by the time we pick them up, we're lucky if they've spent more than 30 minutes interacting with other dogs. The majority of their visit appears to be spent kenneled. We choose daycare because we want our dogs to have a safe, clean environment where they can socialize and play. If they're spending most of their visit in a kennel, it's difficult to justify paying for daycare when they could be comfortably resting at home in a cleaner environment for free. Customer service has also become frustrating. Recently, one of our dogs came home without his collar. We didn't realize it until we got home, so we called the facility and were told someone would call us back because they were too busy at the moment. We never received a callback. After calling several more times over the next few days without getting an answer, we ultimately had to drive to the facility ourselves just to ask about and retrieve the collar. Pickup has also become much slower than it used to be, often requiring a long wait before our dogs are brought out. We're genuinely disappointed because we loved this location for a long time and trusted the team with our pets. Unfortunately, since the ownership change, we've experienced a noticeable decline in cleanliness, customer service, and the overall level of care. We hope these concerns are taken seriously because we'd love to see this location return to the high standard that made us loyal customers in the first place.

It goes to show that the groomers really do take good care of her. They've literally been part of her life (at least for her grooming experience). She always get the full service groom, which includes haircut, bath, nail trim, paw trim, ear cleaning, and anal gland expression. Usually it takes about 1.5-2 hours depending on how busy they are. Once she's all nice and clean, the groomers always call or text me saying she's ready. Sometimes they even dress her up with a cute little bow~ There was a time while they were grooming her, they found a small scab on her body and immediately messaged me about it. It wasn't their fault actually, but it was because my dog was playing too rough with the two dogs we had at home. I do super appreciate that they reached out on this. It goes to show that they do care about animal welfare and immediately bring anything that could be worrisome to my attention asap. Definitely love their service and friendliness! I even got my cousin to bring her dog here! :)

I originally booked myself with a different stylist but was asked if I'd like to be rescheduled with a "golden doodle specialist." The caller seemed disheveled and stressed but I unfortunately paid it little mind. Great! My boy will look amazing after his trim. I came in with my shaggy but unmatted boy to get him cleaned up around the eyes and rump for hygiene, maybe paws as well. He is a puppy and should to be used to the groomer after all. Unfortunately, the stylist showed me what looked like velcro straps for the lengths with numbers. I didn't piece together very well how the lengths would translate to the dog. My last dog was a golden retriever with straight hair, not a golden doodle. I showed a picture from the same breeder, same breed. Just older. The stylist insisted it could not be done and went along and took my dog anyways. With a price of $100-$120, I was sure he'd turn out well I still gave the benefit of the doubt. I then waited ~3.5 hours for my pup to be finished. I expected it to take atleast two hours but since it was his first time, longer. So seemed on time. Surely the cut would be amazing Uhh... look at the pictures I can see some people liking this cut but I WAS NOT expecting what I got. I kept my composure but was very disappointed and shocked. If I wanted a shave, I'd have done it myself and saved $120. The salon at that time was also rather chaotic as the stylist's dog was barking and she said she would put him outside if he would not be quiet. Far too much for my young pup whose first professional grooming had been done here. I left without saying anything and decided to ask for a discount over email after my thoughts settled, but my partner called rather frustrated before I could. She was met with rather unprofessional comments. "It will grow back." "Your boyfriend didn't say anything." "It wasn't the same dog." "We can't do it." I made many mistakes. Lapse in my judgement by not reading red flags, not leaving after the stylist said she could not cut my dog the same way as the reference, and failing to see the customer service is severely lacking. TLDR - Tell them what you want and if they say they can't do it, leave. Do not use their velcro length suggestion. Do not bring young and anxious dogs here as their handling is meh. I do take responsibility as I heard afterwards that this is a common occurrence with Goldendoodles

We brought him in at 13 weeks to the EveryPup Program, where he is in a clean and disinfected facility with other safe and healthy pups and he gets training every day by Dave. Almost from day 1 we started noticing huge changes, and he matured so rapidly it's like we have a different dog! He is very calm, polite and attentive, and has been able to self-regulate so well. Dave is always available for our questions and follow ups, and he sends over progress notes and photos every day from training sessions. We also would ask him about problem behavior such as counter surfing or jumping up on people to greet, and Dave would target those specific behaviors as well. We also appreciated how fast and quickly they acted on our puppy swallowing something he shouldn't have, and immediately gave him some hydrogen peroxide to get him to throw it up, which saved us from extremely expensive and likely traumatic vet visits and possible surgery. Very grateful! Every day we pick up our puppy he is so happy from a day of playing and getting love from all the staff, and is tired and ready for some cuddles and naps when he gets home. The staff here are so caring and really love each dog, I trust them to take care of our puppy. Highly recommend!

Would love to see price increases calm down so we don't get priced out of affording their services. With that said, we still keep going because it's hard to find the level of service and good to great grooming technique used by the Spaw. We have not used other services here so will not comment on that. Plenty of parking and decent availability, but I would call at least a couple of weeks in advance for scheduling. This past Thursday, July 2nd, I swung by Paw Sweet Paw on my way home to pick up my dog, since my wife dropped her off for a half day. I told the young lady at the front I was here to pick up Boba, and she said, "I'll be right back with Boba."I waited for 15 minutes for her to return, and when she did, she did not have my dog with her, and she stated something like, "they are in the process of moving the dogs". Some more time goes by, and a manager walks by, and I am livid by this point, and I said, "Where is my flippin dog, although I didn't use flippin. She said, " Please hold on for one minute and she walked away and went upstairs. By this point, it had been a half hour, and not to mention there was another gentleman there to drop off his dog, and he had been waiting 15 minutes. Some more time goes by, and I told the lady at the front that I was walking to the back to get my dog, and you can call whoever you want, but this is BS. When I opened up the gate and was proceeding to walk back, the manager came walking down the steps, and again, I said Where the _ _ _ _ _ _ _ HELL is my dog, to which she replied, I don't know how to tell you this, but WE GAVE YOUR DOG TO THE WRONG PERSON. Needless to say, I lost it, and I said, how the hell is that even POSSIBLE on your end, let alone the person that took my dog home. Who the hell picks up their dog and realizes that this is not my dog and takes it home?????? The Manager said that somehow either she lost her paper collar or someone neglected to read the name on the collar and handed her off to another staff member, and they are the ones that gave her to the wrong owner.....When the new owners of Paw Sweet Paw took over, they implemented this paper tag collar policy, and when you check your dog in, they take the regular collars off of the dog and put a paper collar on the dog. I think it is absolutely ridiculous, but somehow, they believe it's to protect the dogs in case they get in a fight or something, to which I still don't understand. By this point, I cannot even see straight, and I am basically yelling at the Manager as to where my dog is and who the hell is going to get her. She said, "I just spoke to the owner, and I am driving to her house right now to get Boba." The lady that took my dog had two dogs, so as the manager was leaving, I said You might want to go back and get her dog..... She said it would take her about 15 minutes to get to the lady's house and 15 minutes back. Finally, after well over an hour, I got my dog back!!!!!!.. Needless to say, she was extremely anxious and was panting very heavily all the way home, and her heart was racing as well. She finally settled down later that night.....I am not sure what dogs think, but I believe Boba might've been thinking she was being abandoned because she has never been anywhere except Paw Sweet Paw. All in all, I think it was about a 1.5-hour ordeal (nightmare). The Manager said she started 3 weeks ago, apologized profusely, and said she is going to rectify the problem so that it never happens again. She also said that the District Manager would be calling my wife, because by this time, my wife had come down as well. They did call later on that night from a blocked number and left a message with no number to call back. We're still waiting for her to call back. It really sucks because this is the only place we have ever taken Boba, and she actually likes it there cause she is not locked up all day and can play with other dogs. My dog is already anxious, so the idea of finding a new boarding place is less than desirable, but I might have no choice.

He got two ear infections, paws red itchy, and bloody. He seemed traumatized and very ill. I took him to the vet and they had put him on antibiotics, they gave him steroids and allergy shots and it's still 16 days after and his paws are not healed and my puppy is getting worse and lots and lots of vet bills. It is worth it to pay for a dog sitter.

I am really pleased with my experience with this salon! I took my dog here for his first-ever grooming appointment, and they took such good care of him. After checking in with the front desk, the groomer asked what cut we wanted. We wanted to accentuate some of his already quirky features and asked that they give him a mohawk down his back. The result was super cute and exactly what we wanted. His cut was clean and fun; we were so happy with the outcome! When we came in to pick up our doggo, he was sitting patiently next to the groomer as another dog was being groomed. He seemed totally at ease and comfortable, and I am so happy that we chose this place for his first grooming appointment. After leaving, I realized I forgot to ask the groomer which hairbrush we should use since he has a coat I am not accustomed to, and she sent a photo of the brushes she recommended. She went the extra mile to answer my question, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this salon if you are looking for a groomer for your furry friend! read more

I can't say enough great things about Dream Pet Grooming! Coco always comes home looking absolutely adorable, smelling amazing, and clearly so well cared for. The team is incredibly friendly, patient, and professional, and you can tell they truly love what they do. What impressed me even more was their customer service. I texted the store early in the morning before they were even open, and they reached back out to me within the hour and were kind enough to squeeze Coco in for a same-day appointment. Yoyo had a great mini trim here with Sunny! Yoyo is a maltipoo and has stains around the eyes, sunny did such a good job trimming all the delicate areas and Yoyo look so much cleaner and stylish after the service! Sunny also informed me about yoyo's performance that yoyo is sensitive with brushing and ear areas, which is important for me to know. I had to ask them to deshed her again because her hair was shedding in clumps and loose hair was all over her coat. My border collie didn't get a sanitary trim that was included in her bath, her butt and belly fur was as long as it was when we came in. I also watched loose clumps of fur come out in clumps of the Sammy that was picked up at the same time as my girls and watched those parents complain about the service as well I'll not be back Edit: My German shepherd is 11 years old, it's very common for elderly dogs to have bumps, lumps and cysts. If that was something they couldn't accommodate, that should have been communicated and I would have taken her elsewhere. Regardless of that I shouldn't have had to ask for her to be rebrushed at all. Which only happened once, I don't know where the "twice rebrushing came from" It's also uncommon for a sanitary cut to mean different things based on your dog's gender and that should be communicated prior to booking. Had I known that your sanitary trim only included cleaning up around the butthole, and not belly, butt and leg trims which is normal for any other groomer, I wouldn't have been surprised. Regardless my opinion stays the same, they're not equipped to groom dogs of all breeds and will not groom dogs of all genders the same

The only note is that pricing jumped near 10% at least two years in a row. With tip, it can cost nearly $150 or more for a small dog cut, which does seem pricier. Would love to see price increases calm down so we don't get priced out of affording their services. With that said, we still keep going because it's hard to find the level of service and good to great grooming technique used by the Spaw. We have not used other services here so will not comment on that. Plenty of parking and decent availability, but I would call at least a couple of weeks in advance for scheduling. We've been bringing our pups to the Jamboree location for quite a while, and up until the beginning…read moreof this year, we had nothing but positive experiences. Last year, we brought them frequently and always felt confident leaving them there. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the facility felt clean, and our dogs always seemed happy to be there. That's why it's so disappointing to see how much things have changed since the ownership transition. Since the change in ownership, we've noticed a significant decline in the overall experience. The staff no longer feels as friendly or approachable. While there are still a few kind employees, several team members come across as cold and unhelpful, making drop-off feel uncomfortable and even a bit intimidating. It no longer feels like the warm, welcoming environment it once was. We've also noticed the facility doesn't seem nearly as clean as it used to be. Our dogs consistently come home smelling strongly of urine after daycare. We occasionally check the live cameras throughout the day and frequently see urine sitting on the playroom floors for extended periods before being cleaned up. If messes in the common play areas are left unattended, it raises concerns about how often the kennels are being cleaned when the dogs are resting. Combined with the odor our dogs come home with, it has made us question the overall cleanliness of the facility. Another noticeable change is how little time our dogs now seem to spend in the play areas. We'll pay for a half-day of daycare, and by the time we pick them up, we're lucky if they've spent more than 30 minutes interacting with other dogs. The majority of their visit appears to be spent kenneled. We choose daycare because we want our dogs to have a safe, clean environment where they can socialize and play. If they're spending most of their visit in a kennel, it's difficult to justify paying for daycare when they could be comfortably resting at home in a cleaner environment for free. Customer service has also become frustrating. Recently, one of our dogs came home without his collar. We didn't realize it until we got home, so we called the facility and were told someone would call us back because they were too busy at the moment. We never received a callback. After calling several more times over the next few days without getting an answer, we ultimately had to drive to the facility ourselves just to ask about and retrieve the collar. Pickup has also become much slower than it used to be, often requiring a long wait before our dogs are brought out. We're genuinely disappointed because we loved this location for a long time and trusted the team with our pets. Unfortunately, since the ownership change, we've experienced a noticeable decline in cleanliness, customer service, and the overall level of care. We hope these concerns are taken seriously because we'd love to see this location return to the high standard that made us loyal customers in the first place.

The lady at the front desk told us, something along the lines of, oh by the way, the groomer in the back said that his nail looks weird in the back right. We were under the impression they left it alone. So we reply with concern and share that we'd monitor him for any active licking since there hasn't been any concern up until now. She told us that sometimes cat nails are super fragile and that there might have been something black underneath. We went home and took him out of his carrier to see his foot actively bleeding. We attempted to wrap his foot up but had no luck and just put a cone on him until he could receive professional care. This bleeding was not a previous issue and with how much blood came out of his paw, it does not look like he even has a nail there anymore. We understand accidents happen, but I think we would have preferred an honest and upfront conversation. Something like "we're so sorry, he moved when we clipped his nails" would have been much preferable over coming home and seeing our cat actively bleeding.
