    I am so grateful to have found Pawtastic! With a senior dog, I need a groomer who is extra caring and careful of her needs..Pawtastic is just that! They are so gentle with her and accommodating. I have been with them for a few months and am truly so happy with their services. Not only do I recommend the grooming but also the hinoki spa treatment!

    I was looking for a new groomer and chose Pawtastic. I was very pleased with my first visit. They are very pleasant when you walk in the door. The dog salon is very cute. My dog Hudson has just had his second visit and I am still pleased. They are very professional and not trying to price gouge you.

    Absolutely loved their service today! Hodu got a full premium package groom which included a full bath, body cut/design, anal gland expression, ear cleaning, and nail trim. Their main priority was her comfort and I knew Hodu was in good hands when I saw that their priority was to have hodu have a stress-free experience. They don't use any metal cages and have transparent/see through stalls that they can wait in. Hodu was definitely nervous going into Pawtastic for the first time but the way she was able to roam around the front of the shop and familiarize herself definitely seemed to help with her anxiety. When I came back to pick her up she was napping and was so happy after her haircut. I could tell she was relaxed and definitely stress-free. The staff is really sweet and mindful of their customers/our preferences. They actually squeezed me in for this week and was really accommodating to my availability which I was really thankful for. I think their pricing is reasonable and clean/open space makes it worth the drive from fullerton for my pup's haircuts. I was super happy with how her haircut turned out as well!

    Pawtastic Grooming has been amazing with our dog Waffles, who's usually anxious and reactive around strangers. The groomers are incredibly patient, and it's a huge step that she actually feels comfortable with them. Their pricing is competitive, booking is always easy, and our other dogs enjoy going too. We also love the Korean-inspired grooming styles, and it's clear the groomers genuinely care about the dogs. The biggest thing I appreciate about them is they're always sending picture and video updates of the pups!! Highly recommend!

    They do such a great job with our terrier chihuahua mix, Atlas! They leave the areas I ask to keep a little longer (near his paws and nose) at the perfect length and groom him so nice. He looks so cute, happy and clean when I pick him up. I like that the space feels more open and inviting (with places for the dogs to roam) than other groomers I've been to. There's also a coffee shop nearby I could work at while I wait for him to finish grooming (and also our vet, Newport Pet Clinic). Such a convenient spot!

    Before this location in Tustin opened, - we would drive to the La Palma location...from Laguna Niguel. One day, we decided to try out a local groomers in Laguna to give it a chance - thinking we could find a good place that's nearby to help with driving an hour away. It took a whole year to grow out their fur because they cut it too short and choppy. I was literally devastated and traumatized because the cut was so bad, and they both had beautiful coats prior. The Tustin and the La Palma locations for OC Pawtastic is worth the drive. I have other family dogs that have been going to them too and they turn out beautiful every time. You can tell all of the staff truly care about your fur babies, and they are all so incredibly sweet. Every interaction I've had has been pleasant from beginning to end. We received videos for updates and they also took cute photos of our babies as well. I have never seen such great level of care at a groomers before. The shop is super cute and clean, and they even have a little photo area in the corner to take pictures with your dogs or of your dogs. Would highly recommend this business to anyone that needs their fur babies to be taken care of.

    Absolutely love this pet groomer! Highly recommend. I've taken my dogs there three times now and every time they come out looking so cute. Not only that but they are very good at communicating with you if there's something that they need to add or change during your pets appointment. 10/10!

    5 Stars - The Best for Our Fur Babies! I absolutely love Pawtastic! I've been bringing my two dogs, Rocco and Mason, to them for a long time--even when I had to drive quite a distance to their first location. It was always worth the trip because of the incredible care and grooming they provide. Now that they've opened this second location closer to home, I couldn't be happier! The new spot is just as amazing--super clean, organized, and has a warm, welcoming vibe. The staff treats Rocco and Mason like royalty. My go-to is their spa treatment--it's honestly better than what most humans get! I love spoiling our fur babies, and Pawtastic makes that easy. My favorite part? Picking them up after their appointment, looking so damn cute with their fresh, clean cuts, wagging their tails like they just stepped out of a doggy day spa. They're always so happy, and so are we--proud dog parents ready to show off their new look. Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants the best for their pups!

    We've been taking our pups here for several months and each time we are more than satisfied with their grooming and care! They are always beautifully cut and in a happy mood when we pick them up. Thank you pawtastic for always giving consistent services

    I've been bringing my pup here for the past 6-9 months or so. She's a mini golden doodle and gets a full groom every 4 weeks. She's 21 lbs and the full groom plus tooth brushing is $110 every time. I see the negative reviews here regarding "hidden fees," but I think people are in denial of what it means when you bring in a matted pup or want a special type of cut. There are "hidden fees" when I get my hair done if I want something that isn't basic. People are wild. Not only is Pawtastic very fairly priced, but the women who run this business are absolutely lovely. They are so kind and welcoming and they spoil my pup while she's with them. Her cut is always consistent and she's happy walking in the door and spending time with her groomers. I plan to stay with this groomer forever! So grateful for this team of women who keep my pup fresh and cute. 10/10 recommend.

    Love this place! Always friendly, quick, and the salon is always clean! My lil buddy always comes home happy and really cute!! Other places seem to take forever and seems like my Dog sits in a cage for far too long waiting for her turn. This place is always quick but does an amazing job!!!

    This is my favorite grooming place for my two dogs. I've had a bad experience elsewhere that after coming here, I would never go anywhere else. They also will text you updates on your dogs as well and send pictures. Great place and the dogs came out well groomed.

    Took my Maltese Kahlo to Pawtastic Grooming for the first time and had a great experience! The staff was super friendly with both of us, they were quick, and Kahlo's haircut turned out too cute. I could tell she wasn't as stressed out as she's been at other places, which means so much, we truly feel like we can trust them with our baby. The price was also reasonable and they texted us this cute pic when she was done. Definitely bringing her back! :)

The groomers always come out to meet me and ask what I'm looking for. I've tried out other places in the area and this is the best place.

    My puppy stayed for two weeks at Paw Sweet Paw, and I have to say the marketing does a better job…read morethan how the business actually operates. Prior to the stay, I was told first-timers get 1 week of free boarding. Knowing that we'd be out of the country for 2 weeks, this was perfect, on top of thinking the workers were nice. I also made sure they would be sending photo updates EVERY DAY via email and that there are cameras in the play area for us to check on him. As the front desk lady could tell, I made sure to make their lives easier, so I printed out 2 A4 sheets of things to know about my pup, being as detailed as possible so they wouldn't be confused about what to do since he's still a puppy. Two weeks later, we had to ask our friend to pick him up because they said no one could help release the pup on Easter Day. When they went to pick him up, both the bowl and the bed were missing, and they couldn't find them on the spot. They had to be delivered the day after, and ONLY because I made that phone call to confirm if they could find my puppy's bowl and his ginormous bed. During those two weeks, we clearly informed them that we would be out of the country and that SMS wouldn't work, yet they didn't remember until I emailed them, twice. Over the 15 days, I could barely see my pup on the camera, and I only received THREE email updates and one 10-second video of my puppy, which didn't even show anything meaningful. It felt like it was recorded just for the sake of sending something. One of the updates was also sent only after I emailed them the second time. Being told we'd be getting one week of free pet boarding for first-timers was WHY we chose to stay here. The staff also told us we could call for a refund if we were mischarged. Two weeks later, when we called, the lady told me they were going through reorganization, so workers were moving around, maybe that's why things were missing, and that the free first week only applied to daycare. I would have to speak to the manager about my concern. The manager obviously had the answer in mind and avoided my phone calls a couple of times, on top of my calls getting hung up more than 2-3 times during transfer. When she finally picked up, without hesitation to my question, she said she couldn't refund me for the first free week, but she could offer me a discount, or a free daycare day or some other discounts. Lol. What's the difference between giving me back a 1-week refund as your team promised versus a discount? Why not solve the problem instead of dancing around it? Why am I getting "punished" when your workers told me the wrong thing? Sure, you might lose a couple hundred bucks, but what's more valuable is that you're losing is a customer who will no longer trust your business, and the word-of-mouth effect that could've helped bring in more customers. As a business owner, you should understand better why pet owners trust you with their dogs and what they expect, especially in Orange County. Unfortunately, our first experience was horrendous and extremely disappointing. The level of disorganization and hassle is beyond disappointing. If you're looking for a pet boarding hotel, I strongly suggest finding somewhere else. Like the lady said, they're going through reorganization, so they might be too busy taking care of customers right now anyway.
