Though her lack of punctuality and manners alarmed me, I prioritized my dog's health and hygiene and decided to give her business anyways. I realized my error when she returned my dog and I noticed blood on his right ear. I'm sure this was done unintentionally, nevertheless she should have addressed it and apologized. When I brought it up, she was unapologetic and offered no compensation. My daughter Just returned from this groomer with my dog. I am Completely disgusted! My poor yorkie was tortured! The groomer must have shaved her too close and my poor baby was returned to me cut and scraped deeply. She charged me an additional $10 for biting. Now I understand why, my dog was defending herself. I called several times and continued to get an answering machine. Drove right over and she was closed! I will be visiting her tomorrow for explanation and to show her the pictures; should she try to deny it. Obviously, she knew what she did. She should have been honest with us. Not happy at all. BEWARE! This Groomer chopped up my dog's hair, adds last minute surcharges like if your dog barks in the cage while waiting to be groomed, If the dog urinates in the cage while waiting to be groomed, if the dog bites (She calls me 2 hrs later saying that she is charging me a $10 surcharge because he bites) I never knew in six years that he bites, when I picked him up I notice that she cut him behind the ear (I would bite too if someone cut me) Horrible attitude when you bring it to their attention. DO NOT COME HERE! My mom had called and made an appointment so I can bring my dog. My mom explain we would be coming from far. We take our dog to the vet next door and thought hey this will be a perfect place to take him for his hair cut. WORST DECISION! .. wasted money on a cab coming from far to be greeted rudely by the young lady she did not make us seem welcomed. She then told us our dog hair was knotted which is was not. She then told us his hair had to be cut to the skin. HELL NO!.. she like thats the only way we're doing it. How do you tell me what your doing on MY dog. Karen picked up my sister's dog and first of all, was an hour late and extremely unfriendly upon arrival. When she returned her dog, the haircut was completely uneven and shaved to her bare skin. Her ears are uneven and all of the fur on the top of her head is also gone. You can see the sadness in her dog's eyes. If we knew this would have been the result, we would have just done it ourselves. I would never recommend this place to anybody. If I can choose 0 stars, I definitely would. read more

First of all, I didn't answer my phone fast enough so when I gave her my dog she said to pick up the phone next time. We discussed a hair cut and I specifically asked her to keep the round bichon face, all I asked was for that to be saved because that's what makes a bichon! I specifically brush around her face so there is no amount of knots in the world for a groomer to shave my dogs face. My dog comes back looking like a rat, not like a bichon. Luckily hair grows back but I'll never ever go back to this groomer again. I wish I would have read these reviews before getting my dog groomed. I hope this review helps others out. read more

The lady at the front desk who took my info was very rude and they also got my appointment mixed up. Even when I called she had an attitude towards me. I didn't come off as rude either. Recently,they now do pick ups and drop offs,,,,,, the owner got an attitude and claimed she had texted me that the day I had proposed was good!!! Meanwhile (more times than none) has a habit of not returning calls until days later !!NOT, no calls or text were EVER made to confirm !
